Plenty of parking. Super friendly helpful staff. Manager should be given a raise. Her interactions with staff and customers should be the standard by which others are judged. I drive right past 2 other big autoparts stores to go here. The 30 min drive is worth it everytime.

Clean store a good amount of employee's. I did have to ask someone for help as i was asking about a specific item. Unfortunately what he told me regarding the lights was to buy the gof light's led to put in my headlights. He said alot of people do it and seem to work fine. He did print out item number and told me another store had them but not there. I looked up online and the box says for fog lights only. 2nd the info telling me i can use them as headlights are false as it says it is illegal and yes it is brighter but does not give the correct distance as a headlight should. I was glad they did not have in stock because i was ready to purchase. Very happy i did not as i was given false information and told its ok to do when it is illegal in this state

Went there and the people were nice but the parts don't stand up. Replaced 2 radiators with in three months and also replaced 2 starters with in three months and 2 toggle switches. People that work there but parts are not cheap but they are made cheap. Will never go back.

Staff is very nice,polite and helpful. The quality of their parts is rather poor and questionable. Have had several comebacks using O'Reilly parts due to defective/part failure. They will replace the defective part no problem,but the customer does not pay me a second time due to a defective part that I installed. Been doing repairs for 35+ years and I'm not into loosing money with poor quality parts. I really like the place, but can you blame me for being hesistant buying parts at O'Reilly's?

The service person was extremely helpful to me with a battery exchange. He carried several batteries from the back to match up sizes with an old battery. He also assisted me carrying the battery to my car.

I just left Oreillys. They were having a meeting, and I thought I was gonna have trouble finding someone to help with windshield wipers. Out of the weeds emerged a great helper, a middle aged gentleman with glasses who was super helpful. I mean really helpful. Without asking he offered his assistance and went outside with me and helped install the wipers. It was 10 degrees outside ! Superlative service- I’m a new customer! Only want that guy to wait on me !!

When the new store in New Bedford opened I tried it, was happy with the service, but a few times I overheard the manager speaking rudely to her employees. I had to deal with her today and will never return, condescending and rude is the best way to describe her. She should not be part of this chain,she will drive away more business,I will try to convince everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Had the break pads we needed in store. Allowed us to put up a poster for our Veterans Day Rucking For Veterans Charity Event, even supplied a plastic page protector and tape! We've always used them for auto parts, but them going above and beyond for us really sealed the deal for them being our only auto parts store!!

I was having quiet a rough couple hours with my car stopping and having to get it over to the location. But Bebo was absolutely helpful with helping me get my new battery & was a pleasure to speak with . Very personable, kind & most importantly quick with getting what I needed so I can continue with my day. Thank You Bebo for your help & hard work . Keep those kind of staff happy ! Worth keeping & will have me coming back for all my auto needs!

NEW REVISED REVIEW: 5 stars today: 3/28/24 The young man behind the counter helped me very promptly and professionally. I needed wiper blades and knew the type I wanted and had already picked them out, he confirmed that they were top of the line. Then he replaced them for me in the rain, explained that there is a warranty on them if I should have a problem. WAY YO GO! it was exactly 7:30...I was first in line, he was short with dark hair. Please give him a raise, he completely renewed my opinion of this business. The older gentleman opening the store, held the door for me..slas chivalry is not dead!! OLDER REVIEW: The girl who called me was very nice. The young men, not so much. I waited 8 hours for a part and it didn't come in and they didn't call me. When I called to check, they could have cared less. They were cussing in the background and acting very unprofessional. The part was delivered to the wrong store and the nice young lady who helped me, she found out what happened and called me to tell me she had it sent to the right store. She was very nice.

Thank you Melvin!! On on of the coldest nights my car battery decided to die on me at a gas pump! Managed to get it jumped and quickly ran to O'Reilly's. Melvin met us outside with a new battery. As cold as it was Melvin got the job done in a few minutes. He did a great job and very professional. Thank you again Melvin!!

I have been coming to this O'Rileys for 8 years because i always appreciated the customer service but the last couple years its gone down hill. Today was the topper came in around 8am no one was up front, waited for 5 minutes with no greeting or anything. Two workers saw me, but we're more concerned with the incoming shipment than at least acknowledging that I was in the store. Is that a like a third was on a phone call?Probably with the customer. I walked out. If the person up front is on the phone in the back, the other employees should at least acknowledge somebody standing there, waiting and let them know like.Hey, it's gonna be a few minutes. Very disappointed

Went to O’Reilly‘s auto parts on Hathaway Road in New Bedford mass it was about a half hour before they were closing. I’d work at 16. I would be at work. My truck need an oil change in the worst way so I did not have time to do the research she’ll get pot numbers 830 at night when it was dark out of my truck. It’s a new truck to me and I am not familiar with it. I called the gentleman. I told him exactly what I had gave him the serial number of the truck which I think is ridiculous in the first place Long story short, the gentleman that took my information told me that’s what I needed and he had everything in stock when I showed up. He went over and took it off the shelves and gave me oil filter. It was well over $100 for 2 gallons of oil and an oil filter for my Chevy 2500 HD Duramax diesel Instead of give me 15 W 40 the guy gives me 5W 40 made for a foreign German cars in my oil filter was three times smaller than the original never haven’t changed the oil before. I didn’t know when I got home. I emptied the oil went to change the oil filter and that’s when I realized put the old filter back on thank God I put a screwdriver through it then I had no oil at my house so I had to put that oil into my truck in order to get back to O’Reillys and was given a hard time Treating me like I was deceased. I will never go to O’Reillys again after the way I was treated there. I’m

Great experience at O'Reilly's Auto parts today I needed a new key battery for my from my car is they were able to find the exact battery I needed and inserted it into my key and the customer service was amazing while I was exiting the store there are three O'Reilly workers and they held the door and told me all to have a great day cut great customer service is hard to come by so keep those guys around there was also a woman there that was very pleasant and had great customer service and had a great beautiful smile on her face while I was there I of course bought some little trees listen to the ones that I bought Be Kind and I definitely felt the kindness inside O'Reilly Auto parts keep up the great work
