Wow! What a great experience when my machine at home broke. Never been to a laundromat before. So many machines here. Nice and clean. Everything you need. I was worried I was gonna have to go with a bucket of quarters but they had me covered. Change machines, ATM, detergent, you name it. I hope I never need them again but if I do this is my spot! 💜

I've enjoyed excellent service with this laundromat, unlike with Top Kat's wash 'n fold service.The owners are courteous and I like to spend with those who appreciate my cash. Since my family has allergies we need our laundry taken care of especially well and they do just that. I hope their quality service continues. Prices are very competitive and I appreciate that as well! I will be returning soon.

Very clean and well maintained. Prices are good, but I will say that clothes are very wet when they come out of the washer. Also, be extremely cautious using the atm. I was double charged for a withdrawal because the atm malfunctioned. Lastly, I really wish they were open on Sunday. It's a big laundry day for many! Edit: I understand the ATM issue wasn't your fault, but I did want to warn other customers.

This is the absolute best laundromat in Waterbury. Very spacious, numerous machines available for use (washers and dryers), clean and affordable. I’ve spent the same amount of money washing and drying versus the free drying laundromat’s that are around. I haven’t been to a laundromat in years since I purchased a set at home but my washer is down, and I need to get my laundry done. 90 minutes and I’m done

This is by far the cleanest, most beautiful, and well thought out laundromat I have ever gone to. I love all of the plants all over. Each time I go do laundry I take a stroll around to see how much the plants have grown and discover new cuttings they've got growing. There are plenty of carts for your clothes. There's plenty of nice, clean folding tables. They have clean and folded rags available in a few spots to wipe things down with (and those are never empty so you have no excuse to not clean up after yourself.) The big sink is super convenient. They have washers in various sizes, and they are always nice, clean, and well kept. The dryers work great. The bathrooms are super clean. And the family that owns it... they are so lovely. There's also a nice young lady who speaks Spanish and is always making sure things are kept clean and stocked. The TVs show things in both Spanish and English which is a nice touch. Overall... I never thought I'd say this, but this place makes it nice to go and do laundry. This is one of those family owned business that you can and should be happy and proud to have in your neighborhood.

A review, for a laundromat? Some might say that’s crazy however - this laundromat is worth all the stars. always clean, and when I say clean, they’re actively cleaning the washing machines and dryers. There’s beautiful plants everywhere. & there’s great parking and space. My only downside, I wish they were open on Sunday 🙂

Owner is really nice and the attendant keeps everything sparkling Edit: March of 2023 - Wash Wave continues to be my Laundromat of choice. Cleanest in Waterbury. My only request would be please add some more comfortable seating. Laundry can take a while and a bench leads to uncomfortableneas.

This is by FAR the best, biggest and CLEANEST laundromat in Waterbury! The dryer aren't free but they're so cheap it isn't an issue. All the machines are in working order and clean like brand new. They have alittle store inside for detergent and other laundry needs as well as snacks, drinks and even a small arcade for the kiddos!
