No more free vacuum You are lying . I went there today you had 1 worker there today !! He said if I’m not member I can’t use vaccum !! Maybe you should check up on your business more to see how’s it’s being ran then . So yea my 1 star is going to stay until I go back a get a car wash an a free vaccum thank you buddy . Tsss I used to love this place until I was discriminated against !! Legit .

Shoutout to the Manager Erik at Platinum Car Wash and Oil at the Waterbury location! He is always so nice and helpful! The employees always go above and beyond there! Tire shine, vacuum, cleaned the inside of my windows and dash, power washed my rubber mats, and got the million bugs off the front of my car! I have 3 boys and they are always so nice to them when I go! They have a special right now, buy a monthly membership and get the next month free! You can go as many times as you want and can cancel at anytime! Highly recommend if you can’t wash your car at home. My car looks so clean now!

I had a couple scuffs on my car, brought it to them and let me tell you it came out looking like a mirror!! They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. Eric and his team are highly professional knowledgeable and courteous to their customers. If you have not had your car detailed by them I recommend that you stop at the Waterbury location. GO HERE. I live in MA and can never find a car wash where I leave feeling like I got a brand new car. I searched high and low and came across Platinum while I was going to be in CT and figured I would give it a try. Bonus - my first wash was free! Upon arrival I was greeted by Eric (talk about a nice human) who was so helpful and gave me five star treatment so much so I will BE SURE to come back every single time I am in CT. If I lived here I would 100000000 percent be a member. So if you live here you should 10000000 percent be a member.

I absolutely love coming here! The staff is always friendly especially Eric very professional, and they really take the time to make sure my car looks spotless every time. The wash is thorough, the inside always smells fresh, and they pay attention to the little details that make a big difference. Hands down the best in Waterbury ! Very pleased with the results and absolutely amazing service ! Made sure my car was sparkling inside and out. I had stains from my sunroof left open that no one thought they could take out, and my son wrote all over the top on one side. Now gone like it never even happened. Also got an oil change and let me tell you my car has never felt this smooth, I am trilled with my first experience and will be back !
