I was so scared out of my mind. A customer had live just born rats falling out of their laundry bags. I freaked out.I thought it was fake rubbery pink toys.Till I saw all dem things moving.I had a panic And anxiety attack. The customers near me ran to the front. Laundry attendance simply swept them all and put in trash.

I been coming to this place lots of times but it doesn't matter if it's holidays or not, don't need to stop me from coming to wash my close you never know if I am really in need of getting the job done and the easy way they tell you that the laundrymat is close is the same thing they can do about the price.

Very clean. Love the free dryers! They do no use coins and you do have to use their card. However, it never expires and you can put exactly what you need on it.

This is a wonderful laundromat. Very clean and plenty of seating and counters to fold on. The attendant was more than helpful and showed me how to do everything because im fairly new to laundromats. She was also cleaning and doing her job at all times. The card that you use is free, you just have to load it with the $ you need and it is reloadable. This business is also located next to Dollar Tree and McDonald's plus many other stores so you can do errands while your laundry is being done. It's the best of both worlds and resonable price with free drying. Love it!!

Original Review 2018: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very clean. Offers free dry as well. Staff is excellent, prices amazing compared to other laundromats, and Free Wi-Fi! Updated Review (12/13/2021): We started frequenting this laundromat about 3 years ago. At that time, we had given it 5 stars for cleanliness, price point, service from employees (even if you did your laundry and not drop off), hours, and Free Wi-Fi. Generally we do our laundry every 2-3 weeks, so the amount of times we've frequented this laundromat has been close to 20-30 times a year. Man, has this place gone downhill in not only the past year, but primarily in just the past few months. Earlier this year, we would have dropped 2 stars giving it a 3 as it's no longer a clean and decent laundromat. We were here just 3 weeks ago, and there was an ever so slight price increase to all the machines (washers AND dryers) along with the "Free Wi-Fi" no longer being offered, and the place an utter disaster with several handwritten signs on the door about it closing early. Today we walk into an almost $5 increase on the 80lb washers (bringing then from $13 and change to $18.10) and even see the other washers have gone up in price yet again along with another 10¢ increase on the dryers. The dryers don't even heat up as much as they used to, making the time to dry almost double the amount of time I used to have to use (making it not a free dry). The "Free Wi-Fi" is still not being offered, the handwritten signs on the doors are still there about closing early, and the place is an even worse disaster than it previously was. We live in Bristol, and there are absolutely no decent laundromats there which is why we take a 20 minute ride to this location in Waterbury as it lived up to it's name "Best Laundromat Waterbury" at one point. Unfortunately, going forward, we don't think this laundromat will be an option to us any longer and how highly we spoke to others about this laundromat will have to cease as well.

Everytime I come here my clothes go missing. Last time I went they did something funny with my daughters clothes. Went in when her clothes had 3 mins left to wash, took my other clothes out the dryer & put them in my car, came back & my daughters clothes were gone. I didn’t think anything of it at first. The girl working told me my clothes were all drying, so after I come back to get the rest of my clothes in the dryer, I notice I still didn’t have my daughters clothes. So I go back in & they have my daughters clothes in a folding rack next to them at the folding tables, still wet not even dry. Mind you all my other clothes were still in the washing machine after the cycle was done. What was the point of taking my daughters clothes out if you weren’t going to put them to dry? When I started spazzing out everybody’s demeanor changed like they weren’t giving me attitude acting like I was crazy when I said something about my clothes missing the first time. Then all of a sudden they said my daughters clothes were in a completely different washer (I didn’t even use that particular machine so they’re lying) I felt like they were doing something weird trying to take my daughters clothes & I don’t like that. She even tried to say they were somebody else’s. They act like they don’t speak English until you start flipping out. Don’t come here it’s always some funny stuff going on with my clothes!!! They just lucky nobody ended up getting slapped for playing with my daughters s h i t

I so love this laundromat. The attendance are pleasant. It's always clean and comfortable. I drive further to come to this one instead of the one on Wolcott st which is closer to me but the atmosphere there is horrible. This one is worth the trip and money.

It is june 2 around 5:30 pm and this store is so dirty. Floors are just disgusting. Top of your washer are bad. Papers all over floor and 1 person working always and they are just intent to laundry that was brought to them and not cleaning store at all. Oh it may happen before they go home but i use to love this store for how clean it was but not no more. I haven't come in a month and probably will not anymore or will and just keep writing bad reveiws. What is wrong with you owners??? Have you no pride!!!

I took my 2 months old puppy to the laundromat with me and the owner told me to take out my puppy outside when is cold only a heartless person would do something like that. I used to be a regular customer but not anymore instead of telling me politely he was rude. He probably think I would take out my puppy outside like his laundromat is the only one in the town but guess what is tons of laundromat near by better than yours and people are more educated than you. I went to another laundromat and the owner there was nice and didn’t care I was with my puppy.

It would be nice if we could just add the correct amount of money like we always do, instead of adding a five dollars for a $4.10 wash. So most times many persons ended up losing $0.90 on so many cards because sometimes when you put the card in to add money the system does not work and does not pick it up so that's just a waste of time and money. It would also be nice if there was a machine where we could use coins at least $0.25 or $0.10 because it's just a waste of money and we're unable to transfer from one card to the next. I always try to use the same cards especially when I have money on there but sometimes the machine does not pick it up to say that I have money on there because it doesn't work so I end up losing all that money. * In order to get a clean place when you go there try to go very early in the mornings, because once the time gets busy then the place starts getting all messy and I see where the workers try to clean up but it's hard to keep up with all that mess, especially persons throwing stuff on the floor each time they take clothes from dryer or washer. Great place though 😉

Went here twice the first time was very pleasant the attendant helped me out a lot it being my first time ever going to the laundromat. I was in and out in time and all the machines worked well. Second time I came staff was very friendly, but when it came down to drying I did not know the drying wasn’t free.. the first time I used multiple machines because I had multiple loads and it did not charge for drying. Second time I had less loads and it took money off my card.. when I asked the attendant why it took money she said first 30 minutes is free but more than that is not. I asked if there were any signs that state that she said no.. which I agree because there are no signs that stating that.. last time this did not happen now it’s a different story, I have no idea if I want to come back because I was misled.

Great laundromat. This is NOT a coin operated facility -- you'll need to add money to a card via the machines located to the left when you first walk in. You can pay by cash or credit card. As long as you use the washers on the premises, you get free drying. There are 3 sizes of washers -- Huge, Large, and Regular. **I'll update this next time I visit with the actual sizes and prices.** The dryers cost $0.55? per each 7 minute cycle, IF YOU DON'T WASH. There are 2 sizes of dryers, I prefer the large ones but there are small available also. When you use your card in the washing machine a certain amount of drying cycles are added to your card. I've never used all my free dryer time and the amount given is fairly generous. The downsides: every time I visit there are dryer sheets all over (slip hazard) and the floor could use a good dust mop (try not to drop clean items) but the facility itself appears neat and tidy. There is a restroom available to customers but I wouldn't recommend using it...Mickey D's is a better option. Overall, this is a decent laundromat and my preferred place to bring my business.

I am constantly here to wash my personal clothes and the sheets I use for massage therapy services. The place is always clean and the workers are very nice. Specially Aslin, she always goes above and beyond for her customers. She is usually there later in the week and is the only one I trust to wash and fold my linens. Great job Aslin, thank you for all your hard work!

I wash my clothes here every week and use their wash-and-fold service. They always have my clothes ready within 24 hours—usually closer to 12 hours—which I really appreciate. I drop my clothes off weekly, and overall the service has been great. There was one time when my clothes didn’t come back as clean as usual, but after I spoke with the staff, the issue was resolved and I haven’t had any problems since. I’m happy with the service and will continue coming back.
