Car wash didn’t even wash the car. Kept saying back up than go forward. We backed up like it said than the dryers came on. There was no water or anything that even came out of the machine. Waste of money. Also none of the numbers to call them work they have both been disconnected.

Not many self wash facilitates left in my part of town. I've been coming here for a few years and never had any issues. All wash bays work and the attendant is always nice and helpful.

On March 8th, I put a $20 bill n change machine & only received back $5 in change. Called to report issue and was told someone would call me back, which it has now been over 2 months, and no call back or any other form correspondence.

The foam brush kind of stinks, it doesn't really scrub and it wont get your tires clean. If your looking to wash your own car its going to cost as much as the auto wash and if you didnt bring rags the stuff here wont do a good job.

I used my debit card to wash my vehicle myself, once I finished it said to push the red bottom when done. So I looked at the amount and it said $5.50. I pushed the button and waited for the receipt. No receipt. Checked my account later and they charged $10.00 . Jerk. I called the number listed on the website and go figure. It has been disconnected.

An excellent car wash. Always find it fully operational. The 3 "wand" bays are well lit, maintained & give a good amount of time for the money. Debit/credit cards are accepted. The two drive-thru bays offer a quick & superb soup-to-nuts wash/wax/dry. One (my favorite) is touchless, the other has brushes.

I used the touchless option. The wash was OK. The only problem is the system that they use to hold the car in place. Are some weird pipes on each side so you can run over with your car and they hold the car in place. It is a pain to stop the car in the right location. Unfortunately today, my front and back rims on the left side got scratched. I moved forward and reverse a couple of times and both rims got scratched. Be careful if someone else try to the touchless car wash option.

This place COULD be pretty good place to wash your car, as it's one of the few with a blower in the self service stall, BUT the place has signs everywhere saying they accept credit cards, but when you try, it says card use is DISABLED. In every stall, the same thing. Ridiculous! I'll just drive to Jtown, where I should have went to start with!

Most expensive touch less wash didn't even knock bird droppings off the side window. Tried the cheap touch wash and it didn't either. The large grooves in my hood also didn't look touched. But at least it doesn't drag your car around like other places, so extra star for that.

This is the worst car wash ever! I think my vehicle was worse after my visit. I call the number to talk to someone and had to leave a message with no return response. Waste of money..a lot of money.

It's 4 dollars for a couple minutes. Expect to pay 8-12 dollars if you want to spray off your car and tires. and half the equipment does not work. Don't recommend

The self car wash decent setup everything wash wise was good. Used the vending machine for interior cleaner and the machine didn't work properly so loss of money the fragrance machine had broken knob vacuum worked as it should

Avoid at all cost. I used the touchless automatic and it was horrible. The sensors don’t work properly so it doesn’t know when your car is in position to start. It left bird droppings on my hood meaning it didn’t properly clean my front end. Also the exit door sensors are malfunctioning too. Avoid!

The Car wash is older but go there for the vacuums. They have the flat scoop and are only 4 quarters. Whereas the wash is $4.🤔

Carwash needs lots of work! Pre wash sprayers don’t come on anymore at least 6 months. Missing drivers side wash brush for a few weeks now. Most of the time you don’t get features you pay for with your premium membership and with the long wait time it’s too much trouble to say something to go thru again! So frustrating this happens all the time. This place used to be good but now it is neglected. It’s been bad for about 3 months. Large pot hole at exit of wash hasn’t been fixed. Not sure what has happened here. Another gripe is even when the car wash is working properly the red brushes and ultra dryers on the left-hand side wouldn’t even touch my vehicle. And I have a large SUV. The super dry towels at the end of the wash only come on about 20% of the time. I hope management does something about this to fix this place or I will be looking for another spot!!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. My kids spilled a 44oz Cherry Limeade on the outside of the car by slamming the door & it fell off the roof. Went through for the $8 quick no touch wash, only for it to stop about 30-45 seconds after it started with my car covered in soap. I had to back up go through the self serve to rinse it off. Then I went to the machine to get a protectant wipe to wipe the dash & doors and it took another dollar from me. Won't recommend or be back!

Scammers. Self service using card reader says $4.00. There is no timer or other visual indicator. Nothing. Swiped card, used for a few minutes. Was charged $10. Dishonest scammers. Will never use them again.

This place absolutely sucks, took my vehicle there for a touchless wash, it was supposed to be $17. Input a $10 in then a $5, it took then$5 but didn't credit it. I attempted to put a $1 and it would not take any more cash while still saying it needed $7 more. The refund button doesn't work, went with the $10 wash to get out of there. Drove in, it started and got the car all wet with just water then stopped working and the door opened. I went to clementis instead and guess what, theirs actually worked!! This place absolutely sucks.
