Paid $28 to have my Truck cleaned a few weeks ago, they were closing up when I purchase the wash, after coming out of the wash I noticed that the back of the truck as well as the grill and around the doors and rims were full and dirt, but wasn’t cleaned off during the wash. The assistant manager told me to keep my ticket and to come back to have it cleaned again. Fast-forward until today, I come to the store to have one of my other cars clean, They tried to sell me a 30 day package and I mentioned to the guy, I don’t wanna get the package because you guys charge out this money and Don’t get fully cleaned all the time, So he tells me he’s going to talk to the manager and he’ll be right back, the manager instantly comes back over and Tell me YOUR GONNA HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR CLEANING TODAY 🤨 Which was real shocking to me because I never asked for his assistance nor did I ask him or the person talking to me for a free cleaning, I Simply Remind him Why I didn’t want the cleaning program package and that I would still bring my truck back to get cleaned at a later date, he then told me that he isn’t going to be able to honor cleaning for my truck, because it would be Out of the next day warranty🤦🏻‍♀️ Out of all the years I’ve been coming here, I’ve never had an experience like this….

Is there a give 0 zero rating option?today I went to this car wash. One man was standing in the payment place. He didn’t explain clearly about membership. He just said to sign on the paper, and it is free for a month. I signed it and He gave me another paper with $48/39/31/ $20/monthly brochure . I think my English is not good . Don’t listen to him . Listen carefully and understand everything and then you discide yourself. Don’t get scammed

It's a decent car wash. It's convenient. The membership was really good when I joined. Not sure what it is these days, and Sarge is the best hands down! The big con is that A lot of the machines break down often. If Sarge is there, he can fix almost anything & keeps the place running pretty good. I'm worried about how it will function the day he leaves.

Be aware! Terrible customer service. Over Charged my account and said it’s what I signed up for. Refused to refund my account and was very rude about it!! Don’t recommend! The wash is terrible sometimes I have to go through twice and still vehicle isn’t clean. Also vacuum suction is horrible.

I do not recommend this place. My first time I went here they offered me this deal at low cost for the membership and cancel at anytime. However, I did cancel it to find out it did not cancel. If you are going cancel it do not do it at the wash, just call the service number. I found out I been being charged quite a few months and of course they are not going refund my money. Which makes it comical that I end up paying for a daily wash not knowing I still had this membership attached to my car. So it never recognized my plate that I was already a member. The last time I went here in February 25' I went and no one was their to guide you on the track. I am looking around to see where they are and he wanted to yell at me for him not being around where the manager asked what happened and talked to some supervisor over the phone. Also the entrance is just confusing and hard to get in when its your first time there.

I am on one of Wash N' Roll Car Wash plans where I receive unlimited carwashes. Everything is supplied, towels, window spray if you forget your own. The vacuums are strong and powerful and gets the job done. Personnel are very kind and helpful during your entry into and offer prewash for windows and bumpers. Please check them out.

I'm a member, but about to cancel it. They are lazy and don't want to brush the cars anymore. My suv never gets cleaned in the back at this particular car wash, so when they don't brush it, it's useless. Sad to see it going down hill already.

Entered everything was fine up until the point I had to get my car through the line of the car wash. Worker their was super disrespectful mumbling loudly from and cursing out of frustration of how the car wasn’t lined up straight. Never going back and my truck wasn’t even cleaned properly.

The customer service is the worst. When I arrived, I had to wait at the mouth of the tracks for an associate to acknowledge me and begin the car wash. Once he came over, he guided me on to the tracks in which I heard a scrap I stopped. He continued his instructions to come forward and pointed to turn left and right and left again. Once at the end of the car wash and the go light was on. I heard a loud scrapping. I stopped immediately and got out to check. My mud guard over my driver side front tire was damaged. I slowly pulled over to the vacuum area and explained the damage to the same associate. He told me if I heard a scrap why I didn't stop and what was he suppose to do. I explained I did stop but his guidance told me to continue and I assumed all is well. He told me he was rushing because he had other things to do and what do I want him to do about it. I could not drive the car with the mud guard sticking out as it was. I asked to speak to someone else and he said he could give me a customer service number. He came back with a card. I called and they were closed. I called my God mother to come assist as he continued to walk around the vacuum area with very limited cars coming through. Once my family arrived and talked to him, he called the assistant manager to come down. The AM at least tried to help by putting the car up on a jack and finished ripping the guard off where it had ripped at the top center. He filed an incident report and took pictures. I never received a call as stated but instead an email naming they are not responsible for a vehicle 3 years & older. Poor service and wash is decent. I'll cancel my membership and find a different place for business

I moved to the area back in May and needed to find a new car wash to visit. I have been coming here since then, but the wash is not great as well as the staff. The workers seem to not be so kind, however there was a very nice lady who did help one day but I haven’t seen her in a while. Another con is the vacuums are always clogged. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend but if it’s all you got then you do you!

The blower at the end of the tunnel has not been working for a long time. When you pay $20 for a car wash, the car should come out dry, not half wet on one side. I mentioned this to customer service before, but nothing has been fixed. It’s frustrating to spend extra time drying the car yourself, especially when the air hoses or towels aren’t available. Some vacuums are also broken and never repaired. This place could be much better if they simply maintained their equipment.

I have been visiting this place for a couple of months, and since then they still haven’t fixed their blower at the end of the tunnel. I called and explained the issue to customer service, but they just said, “We’ll let them know.” The problem is, when you pay $15–$20 for a car wash, you realize your car is still wet on the right side because the blowers are not working. Then you have to use the air pressure or towels to dry it yourself — which takes extra time, if you can even find an empty spot and a working air pressure hose. Some of the vacuum cleaners are also broken and never fixed. I honestly don’t understand how a business can operate like this. Either they’re trying to build a bad reputation, or they simply have so much money that they don’t care if customers come back.

I wish I saw the other reviews here before going to this place. My car went in dirty and came out dirty. I paid for the premium tier and it was as if I needed to do it twice at least to get what one decent car wash would do for me. Not to mention how overpriced it is.

$15 MINIMUM for a car wash and it doesn’t even clean your car. They try to upsell you the membership hard every time (why would I want the membership when I have to get TWO car washes to clean my car?). Only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because guy at the till was nice. I went through the wash twice in a row and this was all still on my car. Out $15 and there’s still bird crap on my car 👍

I usually don’t go out of my way to write reviews about anything negative- but this one is a special exception, the women’s who rang me up I couldn’t even understand and charged me a membership without even telling me then when I went to go cancel it didn’t allow me to cancel for a month until I was charged now totally $80 for ONE WASH. When I called costumer service they were extremely rude and basically told me that it’s too bad but cancelled now. Avoid this company at all cost please!!! Anywhere else is better

This is hands down one of the worst car washes in Tennessee, maybe the entire country. The dryer on the right side has been broken for over SIX months. Yes, six freaking months. I’ve complained to every single employee there, even the manager, and every time I get the same excuse: “We have the parts, we’re just waiting for the company to install it.” Are you serious? You’re running a CAR WASH, and the most important part of the wash—the dryer—has been out of service for half a year. Even a child knows you can’t operate a car wash properly without a working dryer. I run a limo company, so sometimes I just need to get in, wash my car, and get back to work to pick up a client. Instead, I’m forced to waste an extra 15–20 minutes drying the car myself because Wash N’ Roll refuses to fix their equipment. The worst part? The employees and manager clearly do not care. I’ve told them multiple times, and it’s like talking to a wall. Meanwhile, they have no problem charging me $20 every month for a “membership” to a broken car wash. That’s not just bad service—it’s basically a scam. I’m only still going because it’s the closest car wash to my house, but trust me: if you value your time, money, and sanity, stay far away from this place. Wash N’ Roll Antioch is a joke of a business, and corporate clearly doesn’t care either. I wish I can give 0 stars which they deserve.

I went to this location and signed up my truck. I was told that if I swap from my other car wash Cheetah (which I highly recommend as they do not screw you over), I was told at wash and roll that if I signed up my truck then I can add my car for an extra $20 added to my current plan as long as I bring my paperwork when I signed up. I did that today and now I am being told that I have to purchase a family plan with more limitations and more cost so I just cancelled it on the spot. I am going back to Chretah where they know how to treat customers. I only left cheetah because I was told I would be getting a better deal which was not the truth.
