I had an amazing experience at this carwash! The service was top-notch. The staff was efficient, and my car came out looking amazing. What really stood out was the exceptional customer service—Isaiah, the manager, was incredibly professional and friendly. He made sure everything was done right and even checked in to make sure I was happy with the results. You can tell he really cares about customer satisfaction. The car comes out clean except for the panel in the back (see the picture). The soap is still there every time I go through the wash. Also, I’m beginning to see small scratches on my car that I believe is the result of the car wash. You may have these and wonder where do they come from. Also, the car doesn’t come out dry. I had spoken to the manager and he said it should come out dry. He did mention he’ll check into it but I had not seen anything different at this time.

As always, I loved getting my Car washed at Mr Car Wash. I don't even know if I ever had to wait in line to get my Car washed. I pull up, enter the wash and just like that I'm exiting the wash. My car Clean & I'm on my way.

I recently paid my membership and asked the booth worker to replace the sticker, and with the knife he damaged the tint on my car's windshield and (they don't want to pay me) 😡

This is the 2nd time this month I have gotten to this location around 6:30 pm. And the lead attendant has confronted me about them closing. The attendant this time told me because it’s getting dark. If this car wash is changing there hours based on the position of the sun rather the business website. I’m going to have to cancel my membership.

Today January 30 2026...She's Beautiful Again! I thought for sure we would need 2 trips thru the wash! But no ONLY 1 TRIP... THANK YOU, SOOO MUCH, Our BLACK RAPTOR was DETROYED FROM The salt and road grime from the GYNORMOUS ICE STORM Here in Nashville and the 200 mi I had to drive alot saving family and friends obliterated my "ALWAYS" pearling truck!! They saved it today, hell yes! Black n Still Beautiful Again!

The gentleman working was very nice however even after going through the wash twice my car still has bird poop on it. I decided to go to a different car wash for the exterior but thought I'd utilize the vacuum. The suction was pretty poor and the vacuum next to me was covered in water.

One of the nicest car washes in the area! Well taken care of, plenty of self-detailing stalls (with vacuums & compressed air!), friendly staff and overall great experience. This carwash does a good job of washing the exterior so when you come out your car looks clean & spot free. Would recommend and will be back again!
