I'm editing this review on 6/4/23. It seems they are not cleaning the brushes and drapes that wash the car. I had swirl marks on my car in the clear coat. Not good. They have very few vacuums and all the thiefs come and use them for free, so good luck getting one.

Very good automated car wash. Staff does a good job on the prewash, a little tip doesn't hurt either. You can't beat the price for the how well it cleans. Free vacuums are a big plus!! Next time will let the detail my truck and see how they do on it. I have been told they do an amazing job.

Posted photos of AFTER running my Ram through in their photo shots above. Bugs all over the mirrors and wheels received no shine (25.00 wash). Do NOT recommend this service. The first set of brushes were not even working and the attendant did NOT inform us that again, some of the brushes were not operating. This is the 2nd time this has happened but they expect full payment even when their equipment is broken.

Had a good run. The computer said I had not paid (and computers are never wrong), but it got pulled from my account. The manager was disrespectful about it. I plan to have the bank cancel this, and not come back. I have also had the detailing done before, it does not get your wheels cleaned. I had them redo the wheels, and they were still dirty. The wash is decent though.

Stopped at this car wash on my way back home on 01/01/2023. Couple of young men there were excellent at their jobs. Very nice and helpful. Car was super clean, including the back which is always a bit dirty after most washes! Will definitely be back when I am in Longview, great service!

I had just taken my dogs for a ride in my truck and needed a car wash anyway. I was passing by this place and saw that they were open. I pull into the car wash pay, and pull up the the entrance of the wash and asked one of the employees about the free vacuums they offer as I wanted to vacuum the hair off of my seat. The employee said that they already took all of the hoses down because they close soon. I said “well I already paid for the car wash, is there anyway you can put a hose back out so I can vacuum real quick?” Another employee walked up and said “we close at 8.” I then looked at the time and noticed that it was about 7:45. I said “it won’t take me but a couple of minutes to vacuum.” And he agreed and all was well. I then see another employee with a pair of pliers and he began to remove the antenna off of my truck. No comment about it or asking. He then motioned for the window to be rolled down and just handed to us without a word. I go thru the wash and pull around to the vacuums and see 3 employees standing there and they motioned me into a spot. Now, there was also 3-4 other people vacuuming their cars at this time. I pull in and an employee walks up and very rudely showed me the screen of his phone and said “I’m removing the vacuum at 8:10. You have 9 minutes.” Then walked off. By the time the wash was over and I had pulled completely around the building, and re-applied my antenna, it was 8:01. I never like being “that guy” that shows up right at closing but I had already paid for the wash and committed to the wash lane before I knew they were closing at 8, as everything still advertised that they were open. While I was vacuuming these 3 employees were standing near by, just watching me, one sitting and eating chips while watching me. All in all this was a very poor experience and will more than likely not return to this car wash. I’m going to have to find somewhere else to vacuum the rest of my car tomorrow as I didn’t want to have an employee just physically remove the hose while I was vacuuming. Would be a great car wash to go to if the employees knew how to treat and talk to their customers.

Normally I would never give anyone a one-star for a business. Practically a car wash then you go there you would think that it is going to clean the dirt off of your car, well my scenario on a simple car Wash wasn't like that. and I tried to tell these people the machine didn't clean the car and I showed all the residue, they didn't want to listen in here to begin with how come my car was dirty. I told him it might come off if I pass one more time and they said that is not possible. If I am a customer they should take care of the customer. I did not tell him anything it was going to be hard for machine to do. Since they're not even touching no labor involved. so be it I would never recommend this particular car Wash ever to anyone. Even in a standard car wash not fancy they have customer service. This place has zero customer service. In East Texas you do wrong people would know it. I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Go wash your own car is much better.

The auto wash is good but only a few of the vacuum hoses work properly. The membership seems impossible to cancel. I've left contact info on their site and their phone just gives a fast busy signal. The only reason I give 2 stars is because they do good scrubbing the car before the auto wash & the auto wash does a good job.

The $8 wash is a good value, and does a pretty good job. I haven’t tried the Premium or Ultimate wash yet. Love the free vacuums. They are strong and do a great job!

I love the addition of the mat holder and the air. The only thing that I would say is that i paid for my tires to have shine and I don't believe that it was completed, and that's not the first time. But in general, I have a good experience with this car wash.

I really enjoyed this car wash but after a few times of it not working or long wait lines i just stopped coming to it. Sometimes i want to stop by but yep, it be a long wait or their vacuum area be packed. Pass.

Owner should have a talk with their employees working the pay stall. If the arms only come up one at a time, and the employee is shooting the breeze with a customer AFTER putting the payment through...then it holds up the automated fast pass line after someone ELSE has made a payment. Most go through automatic car washes because they are in a hurry, need a fast wash, and want to save some time. I know that's why I use them.

Fairly good wash job for an automatic tunnel. Kudos for having towels and keeping them stocked. Vacuums worked well. Fair price.

I went here today and I went to tell them my car was wet on one side and the supervisor told me that it was because of the weather and I could just take my business elsewhere. Because they couldn't help what happened. It was really how he told me not to never come back and how rude he was gonna paying customer. I told him I bring both my cars there all the time and this has never happened before. After he kept telling me I can just take my business elsewhere for saying is this how you treat your customers he told me I could never come back there anymore. I think y'all should never treat anyone in such ways just because they are saying something about the machine is not working properly. He should not be running any establishment if he is going to treat a regular customer like that. And mind you no I never cursed or raised my voice at anyone. So I went to the location on gilmer rd and they told me that was the supervisor and he said you can't come back over there you just can go and that he was just the manager and I should just not go back. So with all that I nor my family will be spending our money with wash masters

I was just there yesterday and paid for the ultimate Wash which is $25. When I got to my destination I noticed that my car was not clean. I called and spoke to the gas station and they had to walk clear across the way for me to speak to somebody for the car wash. I spoke to a man named Damien and I told him that I was just in there not even 30 minutes ago and my car was not cleaned. He then told me that they would give me a rewash and that they were sorry. I was cool with that. Today I go to get my car washed there was a lady there her English was not very good so I tried to explain to her what was going on. She looked at my car and said yes the "ultimate Wash" will fix that and I said clearly not because I was here yesterday and it's still not clean. She then walks away in a man approaches me very hostile,very unprofessional I pull up my bank app showing that I was just there yesterday and he began to blame me for my car not being clean. 👀 Stated of that I must be parking under trees and all kinds of just nonsense. He was very abrupt,very cocky, very much was not listening to anything I had to say he said "we washed 300 cars yesterday and you're the only one complaining, I'm not giving you a rewash!" I told him that I was told by his employee once again that it would be done. He then said "This must be your first time here we don't do this we don't use the brushes" All kinds of excuses instead of just giving me a rewash which is all that I wanted. We went back and forth he was very rude and then he said I'm just going to give you the money back which is fine but he made a lot of comments about my car saying "you're car is old" Which my car is a 2024 GMC Terrain so make that make sense. I really feel like there is not any structure at that facility. If a customer calls and complains especially after paying $25, then you can see it was still dirty even stating that. Just doesn't seem like they care about the customer when it comes to making things right. When I originally wanted to get my car detailed to begin with. But I didn't have time to because I had a family medical emergency that I had to attend to so I just decided to get it done there I knew it will be fast. However being fast and not having good quality car washes are not the same as being fast and having good quality. My family and I uses this car wash a lot and I can assure you just from me telling them how I was treated by a man trying to intimidate me will NEVER come back. At the end of the day it was the disrespect and the principal for me. 🤌🤌🤌 I wish them well on their future endeavors.

$25.00 and no one person pre-sprayed, or brush my car. Went through it and it's the WORST car wash ever. I used it for 4 years and have been satisfied, but the new guys are not good. Poor chemicals, lazy attendees, just garbage. I won't be going back for a wash.....gas.....beer....anything again.
