I seem to have better luck getting most parts at O'Reilly's than I do at AutoZone. The hub store has a back "commercial" area with employees who are more knowledgeable and can answer any questions you may have better than the employees at the main counter up front.

I've been going out of my way to shop at this particular store multiple times a month for almost a year and how is my loyalty rewarded? By having an employee I once overheard tell another employee the price she gets for selling her ADHD meds telling me to leave my backpack at the front. She even had the audacity to admit that women, and only women, are still allowed to walk around the store with their purse. Until whoever's in charge realizes gender discrimination in 2024 is not ok, I will have to find somewhere else to shop.

Lady at desk was telling me the Google reference that I checked for prices were basically for affect.. and that not the REAL PRICES.. so they're basically baiting you into store ( prices came from O'Reilly website w correct car information needed for brake pads, specifically for O'Reilly's).. but you get there.. and those prices are no where near the affordable prices seem on their personal website... VERY DISAPPOINTED IN O'REILLY'S.. LYING BALD FACE TO THE PUBLIC LIKE THAT.. GREED AND BEING MISLEAD THROUGH SAid website will NOT MAKE FOR GOOD BUSINESS.. and I'm telling everyone.. ol bait and switch routine... 🤷♀️😕🤯😑

I'd suggest to anyone who values the quality of their parts not to do business at this location until it falls under new management. They have a bad habit of putting cheaper items in more expensive packaging

The store clerk was extremely rude and condescending. In there spending money and just simply needed to use the restroom. He told me they don't have a public restroom condescendingly like I'm some vagrant. I've used their restroom more than once. Don't go to the store the like I said they're rude

Got my parts as requested. Michael is THE GUY. He knows his stuff. Bryan & the Manager didn't know what I was needing & the girl with a nose ring interrupted the manager while he was waiting on me so the manager gave me to Michael. He knew exactly what to do & where to search for my parts. He ordered them for next day pickup & he delivered. I was able to pick them up the next day & got them installed promptly. Thanks Michael!

I went to O’Reillys on W. Marshall Ave. I had an assistant manager by the name of Robin that helped me I think I was in the store from about 9:30 AM this morning till about 12:15 pm gonna be 12:15 pm I’ve been she’s been waiting on me and excellent service we had struggles trying to find the part but we have eventually found it.each and everyone of them were great and excellent service just want to give kudos to the employees over there Have a blessed day Thank You!!!

CARLOS is an incredible asset to this store. He went above and beyond, not only finding me the part for my 2008 Ford pickup, but after helping customers waiting in line (speaking English and Spanish) he came out and installed the new back brake light assembly for me as I was stuck out of town with no tools. Every time I go in to buy things I need, the employees are always courteous and willing to help me without hesitation. It's hard to find this kind of service with a smile these days. Thank you very much. The car and electric bike were bought with $$$ that my father died for. It was not about the $$$ itself but what it represented. Love, loyalty and respect to others. I added these comments because I purchased the items for the car and bike!!!!

The guys here are over the top with customer service! I was looking for an output shaft seal, that had no part number to be found on it. They were to able to measure it, find a replacement, and get me a part number! hopefully they can have it ordered for me. Would recommend this location.

want to give a big shout-out to Dylan at the O’Reilly’s location on E. Marshall for his top-notch customer service. I came in a little late (around 8:20 pm — when most people are already half-asleep and counting down the minutes to closing). The issue was with a pesky fuse on my car, and let’s just say as a lady of a certain age, car fuses are not my specialty. Dylan treated me like it was 8 o’clock in the morning on a bright Monday, not twenty minutes to closing. His positive attitude, attentiveness, and willingness to help were such a breath of fresh air. He even came outside and assisted with pulling the old fuses, which was no small favor. Because of his help, I left with my headlight working, my car street-legal again, and my peace of mind restored. I don’t know how far my words will go, but please let Dylan (and his manager) know how much I appreciated his kindness, professionalism, and patience. It’s not every day you meet someone who can turn a frustrating car problem into such a pleasant experience — but Dylan did exactly that.
