We have been very happy with the service at Soapies. The people are friendly, they take quite a bit of care and time on pre-washing and hand drying your car (this may depend on the plan - we typically use the top-end option). The wash equipment is gentle yet effective and the liquid ceramic shine option makes a noticeable difference. We do hand wash our cars during the year and use car wash plans selectively for months where schedules (or heat :-) don't allow. We are very happy with the service and value we get from Soapies). Highly recommended if you need a good wash!

Regular customer that comes in 1-2 a month. I had just been in a day ago and cleaned my car and vacuumed it out. Nothing bad about my experience that day. However, the next morning we had football game around the corner and when we got in car fire ants got into my car to look for food, which there was none, and were all over my sons booster seat. Popped in here just to vacuum my son's seat and lady who worked there was on me fast to tell me vacuums were only for paying customers. I explained I was just in here the day before and what happened with ants and just needed it for seat, I even apologized and told her I just assumed since I come in so often it wasn't a big deal since I wasn't cleaning the whole car and just the seat and I didn't plan to make it a regular occurrence. She wasn't very friendly and made me feel like i was stealing which bothered me since i was a regular. I think it will be my last time at this car wash.

Would give none if it was an option. I vacuum my car then wash and leave, and have done that at every car wash. I was approached by some lady who I didn’t even know was an employee due to her hot dog express shirt… that “vacuums are not free”. “You have to wash your car first”. I replied “okay” and was told I didn’t need to be rude. I didn’t know saying okay was being rude. And she waited until I got in my car and left. I would have gone around and washed my car but I’ll drive down the road to another car wash for that after that encounter and will never go back. I like to vacuum, wash, leave. If I’m going to pay I think I should be able to do so in that order as a paying customer without a rude exchange with someone. And not be accused of trying to escape with a free vacuum. Oops I actually did today anyway. Legit vacuumed my whole car too lol. I’ll go find a new place to wash and clean my car thank you! Word of advice after reading several comments with the same issue, post a big ol’ sign where you drive in to the vacuums to avoid further confusion for those like me who choose to vacuum, then wash so we don’t go back or go in at all for that matter.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I vacuum then wash my car. The service attendant cut off the vacuum while my son and I were cleaning out the inside. With all the rudeness the attendant mustered up,then proceeds to tell me this vacuum is for paying customers only. I calmly told her,you didn't give me time to wash the car. Their approach was totally unnecessary and extremely rude.. Needless to say,I'll never wash my car again at Soapies on Hwy 80. Perfect way to lose a 20+year customer.. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Went today. Been going for 15 yrs. Manager wanted me to remove heavy folding chairs from my truck bed. Chairs are always back there. Never an issue. My truck dirty from construction on roads. Apparently that's not what a car wash does. Request a refund and they debited my account twice! SMH, so just wont be back after all these years!

I had to swipe my card a total of 3 times (stupid me) just to get my car washed. The brush didn't work properly the whole time I used it. It cost me the whole first swipe trying to figure out what to do since I'd started. Tried using the presoak but the gun didn't seem to want to switch to it. Switched to the tire clean and that worked fine. Switched to high pressure soap and got high pressure water only. I would really like to know how to request a refund.

Love soapies, although they have several issues with their memberships that they don’t/can’t sort out. They have always washed my bronco clean with no complaints, and they have good vacuums and usually clothes and cleaners free of charge to clean the inside of your vehicle.

Had to leave there. Says online they are open till 7pm, I got there before 6:30pm and cones were blocking the entrance, workers were taking down the vacuum hoses. I asked if they were still open all I got was a head nod and pointed in the direction to go, well there were cones there. So was the head no a yes or no. Poor customer service and business practices.

I've used several tyler texas basic car washes and they do not pre brush or hand dry your vehicle after the wash. EXCELLENT SERVIICE AND CUSTOMER CARE.

Normally I clean my car myself, but I did the works package here because I had caked mud in the tire flaps of my car. The lady told me that was the one I needed, tho I thought I saw the same underbelly cleaning for the cheaper one...I'm not sure if that was me getting scammed but anyways. For the wash, I'd give it FIVE STARS! My car was so clean after. I was very impressed compared to others in town. I give it three stars because the prices do not match up with the ones on the picture. I paid $25 for the works - way more than I wanted to. I think that's a tad expensive for a wash anyway...I think, at least update the picture please so that people know what they're paying for? But thank you so much for cleaning my car! I know who to come to for harder washes.

I love this car wash they hand wash prior to the automatic wash, also they have great vacuums that are ALWAYS working, nothing worse than taking everything out of your car to vacuum and the appliance not be operating at full capacity. I like that they have rags available for use as well.
