This is the best place I've ever dealt with. A lady run over the rear of our Kicks while I was in my Dr's office. Pretty much show up, tell a small bit of what's going on & then it's pretty much all in their hands, if you want them to do whatever work. We were told that it could be between 3-5 weeks to complete the work. We were getting a call before 2 complete weeks. We just had to tell the insurance company that we wanted this company to fix our car. I promise, the wait to get your vehicle fixed is so worth it. No run around. Straight forward, no hassle, get it done people. Recommend to any & everyone.

I had my rear bumper replaced with McDaniels Auto Body some time back and even though it has been awhile since the repairs were made I just wanted to let everyone know that they have a great staff at the one in Longview on hwy 80. They are very nice and respectful and friendly and really appreciative of veterans and just people in general and they care about the service they provide. Not to mention the ladies at the front desk were very helpful and my bumper looks great and if I ever need repairs in the future they will be the first place I call.

I was so pleased with the work on my vehicle! My vehicle looked brand new and the repairs were excellent!. Only new parts were used to replace the damage done to my vehicle. Each interaction was professional and precise from the front desk personnel to the shop technicians to the supervisor. Awesome place. Have dealt with the folks at the Longview shop and have always been very happy with their work. Glad to see them open a shop in Kilgore where we live. Very nice people who kept us fully informed on every detail of the repair work, and finished several days ahead of schedule. I highly recommend McDaniels auto body! We moved here from out of state a year ago and recently sustained over $20,000 damage to our vehicle that was not our fault. They had the vehicle for just over a month and did a tremendous job on the auto body. The SUV looks brand new. The paint is immaculate. McDaniels was referred to us through our car wash guy and we’re so happy we followed through and took our car there.
