I went to Wash Hounds for a basic car wash. The automatic car wash did a great job! The whole process was quick, efficient and easy. Once I realized they had detailing services, I had the interior and exterior of my car detailed! They did an AMAZING job, my car looks brand new!!! The people were knowledgeable, good at what they do and they really care! Definitely recommending to my friends and I was so impressed that I signed up for the unlimited monthly package!

By far this is the worst car wash! Spent $30 for the “works” which was finished in 5 minutes. All they did was clean the mats. The rest of the interior was exactly the same, and only added tire shine to one tire, bizarre and a complete waste of money.

Worst Carwash ever, don't ever waste time and money going to them This is what they did after getting a $36 + tax service.I went back to talk to the manager and instead of apologizing and agreed that they need to train theirs staff she blamed everything on the machines, she didn't know what to say when I showed her the inside of the car though. My car was the only car at that time very early on a Sunday, abou 7 guys were just talking around my car and nobody was able to see how bad of a job they did. I realized about the exterior until I got back to my house and just couldn't believe it.

Exactly what our car needed. Just a basic exterior and interior cleaning on my way out of area early Saturday Morning $22.00. The cleanup team, did an excellent job drying vacuuming and dusting the interior.

Very nice staff, very polite. My only issue here is that I’ve never been to a car wash as often as I come here -tried monthly but not happy as they simply cannot dry a car properly. I ALWAYS have to whip the car down again myself to get rid of water drip lines and soap residue. Its actually very annoying so not very happy.

I came in for a silver wash and upholstery clean. Let me tell you this is my favorite car wash- everyone is very friendly and they consistently do a great job. The woman who cleaned my upholstery worked so hard on it- I was watching her and she scrubbed and scrubbed to make my upholstery spotless! I am so happy! Thanks so much. Make sure you tip them they work hard

Service was great! Same day, no appointment needed. I have jeep wrangler, soft top. Needed hand wash and detailing, since I’m going off road sometime. My car now sparkles and smells brand new. Highly recommend!

Husband went today. We use them regularly The attendant refused to wash any of the formats in our car which needed it desperately. He asked nicely the attendance said no He saw other others get their mats washed. We didn’t understand why. He won’t be back we’ll be finding a new place

I've gone twice within the last month. My first experience was low. First some one directed me to drive my car to the left of the drying station then stopped me and demanded I go over to the right, where I proceeded to sit for five minute. No came over to wipe down/dry my car. Then I was told to back up, behind a car that came out of the wash after me, to wait another few minutes. When they finally got to my car they did not do a very fine job of wiping it down. My second visit was not that much better. There were noticable leaves and crabapple berries on the car. It was only until I got out and started cleaning them off myself that a service tech came back with some spray cleaner. Even still, much was left on the car. I left a tip. I may still go back one more time, but there strikes and I'll find another place.

Absolutely Amazing Job! I inherited an old car from a family member that passed. Unfortunately this car sat in a moist garage for at least 3-5 years. Aside from that the majority of its life it was not taken care of and I don’t think it ever received a wash. That said, the paint was dull, dirt and grime was caked on so thick, and there were even spots with mold/lichen growing on them! Wash Hounds did an amazing job detailing this car and making it look brand new again. Not bad for a 15 year old car!! Vehicle: 2009 Ford Fusion (Please Note: The headlights were replaced immediately before the detail service.)

What a fabulous surprise’. I have been using wash hounds for a few years and they have always done a great job! I signed up for an unlimited plan. However, Because of my schedule I realized I wasn’t making good use of the plan so I decided to cancel. A couple of months later I came in for a cleaning. China a manager here saw that I had previously had an Unlimited account that I rarely used. So she said she felt bad and offered me a free interior super clean which included my exterior wash. I really appreciate the thoughtfulness. What an amazing thing to show customer appreciation! Even more reason to keep coming back!

Follow-up review: Months have passed since my original review and no one from Wash Hounds has reached out to address the damage to my rim or the way I was treated by management. That silence speaks volumes. Since then, I’ve been going to Soaring Car Wash, and the difference is night and day. No deep scratches on my wheels, careful guidance when pulling in, and customers are treated with respect. This confirms what I suspected. The issue wasn’t my car, it was Wash Hounds’ lack of care and accountability. If you value your vehicle and basic customer service, I still recommend going elsewhere.
