Not satisfied at all with the quality of service. I purchased the most expensive package that wasn't a detail ($31). The only extras this option had were the VIP interior vacuum option and hot wax. The only difference I noticed when they were cleaning was bringing out a vacuum and vacuuming the drivers side floorboard area only. The interior of my care looked like it got a 10 second wipe down and barely any better than when I went in. They did not vacuum the trunk at all. The wheels were shined, but the rims still had plenty of brake dust on them in multiple missed spots.

Westwood car wash is excellent. I always loved doing my own car care but on occasion when I couldn't over the years, this is where I go. Car looks even better than when I do it myself and I'm thorough + fussy. Still think it's very cool you can watch the process thru the glass wall! The gift shop is very handy + reasonable. Please remember to leave a tip in the box on the way out for the workers who do an excellent job! The pic was taken by me before I knew about this review because I admire my car + dont trust it to just anyone. Try them, feels great sitting in a clean ride.

Terrible all around. The most expensive of their package deals ($30+) says double vacuum, double interior cleaning, and whatever else. It didn't look like I had it cleaned inside at all! Seriously they spent a few minutes after I pulled through the car wash, including wiping it down. I opened the teunk and they never even touched it w the vac! Had to show him and he did it quickly with a bad attitude. They were rushing to the next car while most of my rugs and upholstery looked untouched. Inexcusable even if I had paid for the lesser service.

I got the platinum, workers were very nice as well as the ladies inside. However, they could’ve done a much better job at vacuuming the inside. My car wasn’t too bad to begin with but there are many spots that could have been easily vacuumed. I will probably vacuum it myself. Overall good experience though.

Don’t bother with this place. No matter what price you pay the car is still dirty and you apparently have to pay more. I came with my toddler, moved my car seats and expected the car to be clean at the end. Completely dirty. I had to clean the car myself. Don’t waste your time- just go to Ho-Ho-Kus car wash instead. They would never allow a customer to clean their own car after paying the highest price. This place is a joke.

Just spent $33 on a platinum car wash and the car is still dirty. Not sure what they washed. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. The grill was still dirty and so were the windows.

Do not go here! Car wash isn’t worth it and they scratched my car and the owner refused to do anything about it but offer me a couple free car washes. I would never trust them with my car again. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

The employees are great but the machine to wash is terrible . They do scratch your vehicle!! I’m so upset it did it to my new car. I should’ve listened to the reviews . Never again.

I am beyond disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism I just experienced from the woman who is the owner or manager at this establishment. She seemed bothered that I was dissatisfied with the car wash, and didn’t offer to have them clean it further. I paid for the VIP platinum and received the bare minimum. I would equate the level of outside cleanliness to driving down a street with an open fire hydrant in NYC. The inside was barely vacuumed and it is supposed to be a double vacuum. I removed the car sear and they barely got the crumbs left behind. I had to shake the floor mats out on my own, and pointed out severally areas they didn’t wipe down. I was told they couldn’t get the milk out of the leather, which was easy when I did it in front if them, when I borrowed their rag and spray bottle. I do not blame the actual staff who clean the car. I blame management for selling me on a service they do nor have the capability to provide. I expressed that this has happened before and was given an eye roll and no apologies. I will not be returning.

Awful service and very rushed. They don’t care if you get the least expensive or most expensive wash they treat your car no differently at all. They also tend to leave several hours before their closing hours without updating their website just very disorganized and I would recommend the one in Closter to anybody that lives in the area

Terrible, I should have learned my lesson by now on this place. I got the Platinum for $32 and my car is still dirty. There’s no one from ownership outside overseeing anything, ever either. I have to stand there like a drill sergeant calling the workers out each time they cut corners. They are probably paid peanuts anyway, I can’t blame them. The hood of my car is still dirty after a car wash? This is not the first time. Upgrade or change out your equipment, no? Done going here.

Update 2023 Well I'm done with this place. Been coming here for over 5y. Prices go up and service gets worse. I even pointed out to the guy a few spots before car went in. Grime was still there. Door jams dirty trunk jam not touched and bumper just filthy. Interior? I don't even think they let the cloth touch anything other then windows and those had lint everywhere. Not sure what I just paid $36 for but that's the last time I do. I used to go to sunset in closeter many years ago but westwood was 5min closer. Back to sunset where I get my money's worth and car is actually clean when I leave. Shame cause I liked the smiles at the counter and my kid liked watching the car wash 2020 review They do a real nice job. People are friendly and cash only. Girls at counter are always extremely nice as are the people outside. Never walk away dissatisfied

My car pulls out and the license plate is hanging off one of their machines broke the front plate holder and then I had a little bit of sap on the front windshield. I asked if they could remove it and I struggle to find somebody that speaks English. Finally the guy came up and said no we don't have anything to remove that I said you don't have bug and tar remover or sap remover at a car wash. I just spent $14 for it a mediocre wash. Place hasn't changed and never will. Half the car wasn't cleaned

I left my truck in to get cleaned. I paid top price to get a nice job done. Once it was done I looked at my truck and it was not correctly wash. When I spoke to the guy that was cleaning it, his response was he will not do anything more it was finished. It was 40% done. I then spoke to customer service which she referred me to the same guy that told me it was done and refused to do anything else for me. Customer service on staff is so rude. I would not recommend this to stay away from this place

Save your money. I just spent about $35 to have my car returned like this. I wish I took a look at the inside before I tipped $10! After the wash I had to drive across the street to buy wipes at the dollar store and finish off what I supposedly paid for. By the way the wipes from Just A Buck were expired so take a look at those before you buy. I’m sure I’m not the only one who will venture across the street to buy wipes after going here. The pictures speak for themselves.
