I generally really like this car wash. The staff that washes the cars is super friendly and they do a great job. However, the receptionist was unfriendly and didn’t look up from her phone as she was waiting on us. She had an air of annoyance as if we were taking her away from her conversation (which she continued to have on her cell phone while she waited on us). A little costumer service goes a long way. I want to continue to get my car washed here but she needs to do better.

Been regular customer here since the opened but have not had issues lately though. 1. Was charged from wrong gift card (bought exterior basic package but charged for exterior + interior). Was told to send an email have sent multiple no response to fix it. They called once rang once no message. 2. Did a most expensive wash and interior. Interior cleaning was worst thst I’ve had done multiple times had to point out several spots they missed (I.e. cleaning back of seat for example). Noticed others when home. 3. Did that similar wash - they did not turn off my auto wipers I pointed it out to them when wash started and noticed it was on they said not an issue. Got home rained 3 days later and noticed my windshield wipers were missing. Couldn’t drive car went a few days later they had them they were broken and had to buy new ones before the snow tomorrow.

Hate to do this to what’s probably a great local business, but if your hours are listed on Google, they should match when you’re actually open. We made a long drive to this well-respected car wash only to find it closed, with no explanation. Just a heads-up accurate hours save customers a lot of time and frustration.

I only did the outer wash ($20) and it was great imo. Quick run through the machine and a nice wipe down by the staff afterwards. My car was so gross looking and now it's shiny. ✨ I don't wash my car that often so to me it's a pretty good deal. Will definitely be back!

Excellent first experience! From the start I had a gentleman named German greet me and explain everything. I signed up for mobile texts so they gave me a discount which was unexpected but I’m very grateful. However German explained the membership to me and I do plan on coming back soon to sign up for it. The wash itself was good; checking out not so much. The cashier had a very intense attitude with me and another customer who was also checking out. The other employees were friendly but the cashier’s attitude is a definite deterrent to ever bringing my car there again or referring anyone else to. Her attitude was simply unacceptable. Spend your money where it’s appreciated and you’re treated appropriately.
