Coin machines dont take cash or card. Auto bay doesn't work properly. Doesn't seem to be maintained very well. Tried to contact customer service and never got a response. I've seen people pay for an auto wash and the overhead door doesn't open. Really going down hill. I recommend hoffmans right down the road

I was in line ready to go in and the was broke so the gentleman who was in charge was very nice and apologetic and sent me through another wash and gave me top the line wash and gave me a free one for next time. I like this place because its inexpensive and my car comes just as clean as a soft cloth car wash which charges more.

I can't give a review on the car wash itself but two of the three vacuums were broken. I'm sure they do a great job washing your car because they've been in business a long time.

I pulled in and neither of the self wash bays could accept credit cards because the card readers were taped over. Fine. I drove across the street to my bank, took out $20 and returned. I pulled back into the self wash bay, went to the change dispenser and got my $20 of quarters.. returned to the wash bay and the first quarter I put in got stuck... I walked over to the other wash bay and it took my quarter. So I had to move over to that bay to wash my truck... luckily I went when no one else was there and was able to just hop around between the two wash bays freely. I used to use this place all the time, but I guess I'll have to find somewhere else that's hassle free...

First went to use the dog wash. Totally disappointed. I've used the dog wash multiple times without any problems. No shampoo, no conditioner and no dog deodorizer. Just water for 10 dollars. Car wash was fine.

I was there on 2/17 to use the self wash bay and had a frustrating experience. The card reader in both bays did not work. Water was backed up and made one of the bays a small lake of malaria water. Being that there are 5 car washes within 8 minutes of this one you would think they would do something to be more competitive or better quality. I'm sure the new owners were promised that this would be a "turn key" operation but I'm sorry, this is probably the 4th time that I've been here in 3 months that the card reader doesn't work and I'm not going to get cash and come back. This place is a joke.

Very convenient touch free car wash with three bays. Car came out reasonably clean every time. Much prefer this to the car washes that use either the big brush wheels or the heavy cloth that drags over your car. I've come out of them and found some scratches in the paint. Either of those types can have some grit or small stones caught in them from previous vehicles.

It's a car wash, nothing too fancy. It does have okay vacuum cleaners in the front. The first sucked my quarters, but I had better luck on the second one.

Problems with equipment occasionally. Rude patrons continue to clean there truck beds out and leave a muddy mess for others it's getting old..I've washed the bays out on my own dime to not walk in mud before I even wash my car. Numerous issues with machines eating my money but I don't bother to call because I don't wamt a wash code. I wash myself for a reason so yet to be compensated on about 15 bucks over the last year. But good location and the dryer is the selling point for me.

good car wash! I really like the blow dryer to finish off the wash. expecially when it's freezing outside! it helps keep the doors and windows from freezing shut. in and out fast, and they take credit cards. very convienent. seemed to have good pressure on the wash and dry cycles. plenty of soap. and wasn't too expensive.

Went to the car wash tonight as Hoffman's was closed about 8:30. spent 2 dollars at the quarter only vacuum and tried to purchase armor all wipes at the vending machine which were 1.50 but the machine wouldn't take 2 dollars. So 12 dollars for the ultimate wash. I've been there before. your things weren't filled we didn't get nearly the wash we should have. the rinse still leaked all over my truck while the dryers were going. very shoddy job. at the very least I deserve a free wash( however I could have sprayed it with a garden hose and had at look as good as it does now). Very unhappy and disappointed in the new management.

Pricing want up, but expected. Car wash didn't seem to work as well as it did before. Paid for Supreme was, $16.00. What used to be the multi-colored shine spray or wax did not come out. Came out looking like more soap for wash.

I go here quite often to support the smaller business. Always goes smoothly, however there was a time it didnt. Over a month ago I went there, put $10 in the machine and the wash NEVER started. I called with no answer, left a message and moved on to the next bay. Put another $10 in and the wash stared and I left with a clean car. I have called multiple times, each time with contact information as to a refund of the $10 the machine took from me. Details of the bay number and all. I still have yet to hear back from them. They have lost my service at this point. Time to give the bigger wash down the road my service, as sad as that is to say.

I would have given it 3 to 3½ but the system isn't as robust as I would like. I'm only commenting on the self-service. If your looking for the automatic ones please move to the next one. The water pressure seemed to be fine and the amount of soap was more than adequate. The bay was clean and the surrounding were presentable. The features I didn't care for were the change machine was broken and the pay station wouldn't accept bills. The guy in front of me just left. I used a credit card which I hate doing...I didn't have enough quarters to start the system. The way you line up is awkward and problematic. Didn't try the vacuums so no input.

I have to rate this place better than hofmans. This car wash has nvr damged my car. Hofmans damadged my car. This place is never running right. Doors dont work and or under sprey doesnt happen. Thats the whole point of going in there. Place is terribly run. I am currently searching for a even decent car wash. Instead. Im going to install something at my house.

Just like most car washes they do not keep up with the maintenance need to sustain a good quality car wash. The one next to McDonald’s is the same. They start out great and then the owners let them deteriorate. Check out the picture below. If this is how you want your vehicle washed. Then go to Joe’s.

DOG WASH would be nice if people CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES INSTEAD OF LEAVING IT A MESS. Not the owners fault so left a 5 star

I will never return to this place, broken machines, tiny print terms and trash piled up. Have not tried dog wash. As a Pro driver I need a place I can rely on, This ain't it. I boycott it for now.

I have been trying to support this smaller car wash since they put in the new bigger car wash in down the road. But so far every time I've been here there's been either an issue or I leave without a clean vehicle, which obviously defeats the purpose of even going in the first place. Around Christmas, my husband and I got a new truck. I stopped in to give it a wash about a week after having it. Once the wash was over, I pulled forward and I got out just to take a look and to my surprise the running boards were still covered in dirt. A few weeks later I try it again, and after swiping my card and waiting in line, the man in front of me got out of his truck in the car wash and came back to my window to tell me that the door was not working and that he had to push it open because it was going to hit his vehicle. Sure enough he pulls out, and the door starts to close slowly. I get the light to pull forward and just as he said, the door does not open and I have to get out and open it in order to get in and get the wash that I had just paid for. I just tried again today, and it'll probably be my last. I pulled out, to look again and there was still soap all over the back windshield and dirt still on the side of the truck. Not to mention the lights were out in the bay that I was in. And in I happened to notice that the bay with the broken door a few weeks before is now closed. It does seem to slowly be declining...and I have a feeling that the car wash down the road will be putting them out of business. The pictures below are from 3 separate washes. Basically 3 wasted trips...
