We have shopped at advanced auto for years that’s where my husband gets all his car parts and the things that we need for our vehicles but today when we went in there I was totally disgusted. There were two guys behind the counter I went up to ask the one guy a question he pulled his mask down to talk to me and told me he doesn’t like masks. Number one you don’t pull your mask down when a customer is right there. So after that happened my husband and I finished picking up what we needed as we were getting ready to go to the checkout I looked over towards the checkout counter and another guy name Steven was walking around behind the counter with his mask completely pulled down in fact he walked in the store apparently from a break with his mask completely down and continued to keep it completely down so as we walked over to the counter I said to him, aren’t you supposed to be wearing your mask inside the store? He replied very rudely, only when we’re dealing with customers. Well in New York State there’s a mandate and I thought they’re supposed to be wearing their masks at all times while they are working as long as customers are there so I was just blown away by that. And then after we were leaving two people walked into the store neither one of them had masks on and they were allowed to be in the store without masks on. Clearly this store is not following the mandates up by the state and they really need to be re-educated on proper procedures during this virus because they clearly are not following them.

Horrible! I call over and over noboby answers. Finally get someone they say hold then wait forever then rings again and no answer. This happens everytime i call there so calling doesn't work. Go to the store in person is the only way to talk to someone. They always have phone issues or so they say. All my business goes to autozone they always answer the phone. I have a fleet of 5 trucks and 2 personal vehicles.

This place was once such a great auto parts store but now it's just become a nightmare to deal with. The cashier's are not only tough to find but are always in a horrible mood and act as if your bothering them if you need any assistance. Save yourself money and the headache and go to Napa or Autozone which are both nearby choices for parts.

Great supplies to fix your own car . do some research on YouTube and anyone can be their own mechanic. The staff is helpful and will assist you In The process with your questions. Learning to do basic maintainable on your vehicle is essential to keeping a long-lasting ride.

I've been in here several times but the cashiers are always busy. If I can count on anything it's that I'll wait 20 minutes before I get to talk to anybody about what I need for my vehicle. The other day, I walked in and one of the workers was going on and on cussing and complaining about his job. This was so unprofessional and made me want to leave. I expect more from this company.

Prices seem to be a bit high in my opinion, but, it seems to be that way everywhere. The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. And the store is always clean and well stocked

I stop here once in a while on my way home from work, the service is usually good. The parts selection, on the other hand, is lame. Why would you have 20 brakepad options on the website, 10 options at that store location, but only keep 1 option in stock. Its an ongoing issue, I've noticed at other Advance Auto stores same deal. Whatever, there open Sunday so that makes up for it in my book

Spoke with store associate Cara today on Robinson St in Binghamton regarding the coolant in my 2015 Nissan Sentra. She was friendly, quick, efficient & got to the bottom of it immediately. A very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service! Great job!

Store layout can be a bit confusing, not laid out the same in different locals. Always have to wait in line with one cashier, yet at least 4 employees on duty. HOWEVER, employees are always courteous and knowledgeable.

Not very helpful. Not very knowledgeable, and I was getting muffler parts and clamps. The supervisor who was helping me, stopped mid sentence, and started taking phone calls. I was all ready to pay. There were 3 people behind me, and I could tell they were becoming frustrated. After he took the 4th phone call, I left. Thanks for your wonderful service. We all, (the other people trying to give you money) had a nice laugh at the joke customer service was that day.

Came in during the week to exchange a ATV battery under the extended warranty. The staff at counter wouldn't figure out how to exchange. The manager (Tom?) seemed to be bothered to come over n assist. Eventually he did, but he was obviously annoyed we the transaction and interrupting what he was working on. My preference is to stop at other locations such as Endwell or Upper Front. Staff seem to be happier and more aware of what's on hand.

Service person was pleasant and helped me locate the correct battery. She stopped and helped with out needing to search for help. The battery was in stock and the whole transaction took less than 10 minutes. Wasn't happy with the store attaching a add-on product that appeared to come with the battery purchase then tried charging an additional charge.

Busy place....great service. The workers are busy, but took apart my Key FOB to put in new traits, (free of charge)! When the FOB key battery is Low, change it Fast OR you have to hold solid FOB head unit to your push button start TO STOP YOUR LOUD HORN FROM SQUEALING! Advanced Auto guys are fantastic and never see them in a 'bad nor upset' mood. Due to diverse customers that have anger issues, I am sure Advanced Auto meets these people too! I am very good in personality traits, and never get upset. I am sure they like me when I drop in! I always smile & say thank you, several times....

It was a great battery purchase and installation. The only problem was I couldn't get the $20 rebate because I couldn't remember my very old phone number to update my account. I don't think it is right. I had the same email. Or this would have gotten a 5 star.

Today my car broke down right in front of your store. An employee, Mikey, went above and beyond to help me. There were some loose wires near the battery that he tightened and my car started back up. Mikey is 100% excellent employee. Thank you Mikey for making a HUGE difference in my life! I will be buying all my parts/merchandise from Advanced Auto Parts from here forward.
