I had turkey juice from thanksgiving spilt all over my backseat in my Toyota 4Runner I searched for places to clean the inside of my car came across this place and I made an appointment and I was completely satisfied and even got my headlights cleaned so much better distance view . And I just spilt a drink all in the front I called and off for another interior cleaning I go lol .

On March 3, 2021, I took my fiancé, 2012 Suburban Z71 to LUX Auto Detail. This detail job was for my fiancé’s birthday & actually was on the day of his birthday. I scheduled the appointment for March 3, 2021 @ 9:00 am on the day of February 17, 2021, at which time LUX Auto Detail charged me $260.00 for the 3 hr 30 min Premium detail. On March 3, 2021 @ 9:00 I dropped the Suburban off expecting it to be completed by 12:30 pm or 1:00 pm the latest. LUX Auto was still not done with the Suburban when I came back at 2:30. And coming back later was per LUX’s request because they still needed to wash it. Then I noticed they had missed the whole back passenger side. He wanted me to wait even longer so he could get the missed spot. Then he charged me another $90.00 for pet hair. Anthony from LUX Auto let me know that the floor mats are still drying in the back and everything that was left in the truck was in our crate we had in the center between the bucket seats. Well, the front driver original Chevy floor mat was missing, cell phone holder for vent missing, brand new 3-way trailer hitch & the keys, keys that went to privately owned land were on same key ring with 3-way trailer hitch, rubber mats that were in the cup holders. LUX Auto was contacted by my fiancé, to find out where the missing items were. Anthony Miles denied that those items were ever a part of the vehicle. He offered to replace the front driver floor mat, but nothing else. When the mat came in, it was not an original like the one that was missing. It was a cheap Walmart brand. Anthony from LUX offered to take 30% off the next time we came, but there is no way we were going to a place that steals belongings out of your vehicle while they have it. Anthony was told this in person while picking up the mat as, well, as requesting a refund, but was denied the refund. I then reached out to him again on July 12, 2021 @ 1:42 to try and resolve before coming to the BBB to get my money back. Anthony Miles from LUX Auto Detail told me to feel free to reach out to BBB.

I choose this company because the owner had to courage to stand up to bad reviews and refute them. To the woman with the missing floor mat and the man 20 hours away, you definitely help my choose. The job on my wife’s Grand Cherokee was the best I have ever seen. I have had auto’s detailed locally and in other states and absolutely none of them came close to this finished product. The auto looks better than new and we had them undercoat it as well. They put two coats of undercoating on and the owner has the pictures to prove it. We will be taking our other vehicle to them and I am sure that it will look even better Rt Han the Grand Cherokee. To all the haters out there who want to ruin a hard working business, please go away or better yet crawl back under your rock. Great job gentleman and we will be seeing you soon

Owner was very down to earth to speak to on the phone. Told him I needed my Ram 1500 Outdoorsman's interior detailed for a trade-in and he was happy to oblige. Dropped it off to his shop which was surrounded by a tall security gate. Nice to know my vehicle would be locked in there overnight. He did an amazing job getting all my children's stains and gooey candy out of the seats. Truck smelled great and he even offered to come back to meet me after hours because I got out of work late. Then he offered to give me $20 off because I had to wait for him to get there. That's morals. Highly recommend.

Lux Auto did an amazing job on my car! They are extremely reasonable with the price considering the amount of dog hair that was in my car! Anthony and his crew were extremely polite and professional. My car hasn’t looked this good since I got it 8 years ago. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars was because there were some streaks left on my windshield that I didn’t see till I drove away and when cleaning the windows (which was done amazingly. I couldn’t believe how clear they were) they didn’t put the windows down and clean the top edge. Honestly though, the amount of work they did was superb. My car was there all day, but I wish I had before pictures to show how dirty it really was! My husband was even impressed by how clean they got my tire rims! My beautiful car is now ready to drive me to my vacation destination. I will certainly come back to Lux and will recommend them to friends! ** I have updated this rating to 5 stars due to Anthony being amazing and offering me a free wash. I honestly should have given 5 stars to begin with because I still can’t believe how clean my car is lol. Yes there were a few streaks and the tops of the windows weren’t done but that is just nit picking compared to everything else that was done exceptionally! As mentioned earlier I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Anthony and his crew did an amazing job on my wife's 7 year old car. When Anthony finished it looked like it just came from the showroom. The inside looked amazing, dirt and stains and pet hair gone. Outside cleaned and waxed, looks sharp. Anthony was great to deal with. Great personality, professional and accommodating. Highly recommend this business. Keep up the great work.

Anthony always gets me right with any mechanical need. Great work here, check out the paint correction + ceramic coating they did on my Q50. 10 years in the rust belt and its looking brand new.
