*UPDATED REVIEW* after calling and letting them know I am not happy with the work they had me bring my car back and did a better job. The employees are all very nice. I will give them another try in a couple weeks. I paid for the supreme wash. Should include full wipe down inside and fragrance. There is still dust in door handle, dirt when you open trunk, dust on outside of the door, and NO fragrance was done. I do not know if the. "Magic wax" was done but I doubt it. Employees are really nice but seems like there is no organization...with as many people I seen touch my car, it should be spotless. I am very unsatisfied.

This is my second time with VIP Carwash! Rafeek and his team of hard workers did an amazing job both exterior and interior!!! They all made sure I received the right cleaning plus, made sure I was discounted which is always helpful!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

As a student trying to be efficient with both time and money, I was extremely disappointed with this car wash. The service was painfully slow, which already raised concerns. Although my car appeared clean at first glance, that impression didn’t last. Once I got home and the car had dried, I noticed multiple spots they completely missed—something a professional service should never overlook. Worse still, I discovered physical damage: clear scrapes on the surface that were definitely not there before. That level of carelessness is unacceptable. I take responsibility for not doing a closer inspection before leaving, but frankly, a customer shouldn't have to. For the price and the time investment, this experience was deeply frustrating. I strongly advise avoiding this place.

Got a car wash at this location after the new owners took over, all I can say is WOW! They left my car looking like it just got out the dealership. The interior is perfect and the outside looks amazing too! Worth every penny,thank you so much! 5/08/25 I came here today again and wanted to update my review because ever since the new owners took over, they never disappoint with their customer service and how perfect my car looks. My car literally looks like it just got out the dealer. Very clean inside and out and smells great! Thank you so much for caring about your customers and their needs. Please don't ever change, worth every single penny I spend every time I come here. Thank you very much! You guys are awesome!

I used their service, but the organization was terrible. I had to cancel. They need to hire a manager who knows how to organize all the cars. I went and asked them to just clean the inside; I didn't need anything done outside. I waited for 45 minutes, and they never did. That's why I left and canceled my subscription. It's useless.

Not the place to get ur car detailed. Paid for There full 170 dollar detailing was promised full inside and outside detailing, the truth is the service you get is not a detail it’s just an automated car wash and vacuum, and they rub on and quickly rub off some polish, I paid for a detail and was promised full inside outside detail including polish and clay bar and polish, but when I got the car back it seemed as they just washed and vacuumed it they are not the place to take your car for a detail just go to a self service car wash and vacuum it urself, or to a 15 20 dollar wash where they vacuum your car, you will come out a head.

When I get a car wash I don't want to get home only to clean the car again. The car wash was good until I found a big " #2 " on my window. Picture below. Its removable but why am I out doing this on a Friday evening after I paid to wash the car??.

I have been charged $49.99 monthly for 4 months, September thru December, which I never agreed to. I was charged $29.99 in August but I wasn't told it was for a monthly service. I asked the manager for 2 months credit for Sept & Oct on 11.17.25. I did not get a credit. I have been disputing monthly charges ever since but they keep charging my card. So frustrating.

Been going here for 6+ years. Nobody else washes my car like VIP! Larry always looks out. The manager is great! The whole team always has good energy and they make sure they take good care of my car whenever I come. Price is very reasonable for the job that’s being done. I recommend everyone to come here.

First time here, actually was a recommendation from a neighbor who swears by the place. Very impressive job, they must have 8 different guys cleaning the car. All of the age markings came off of the paint . Usually I’m all about speed but they took their time and really did an awesome job. Windows were spotless. Plenty of places to sit while your car is detailed. 5***** all the way here.

The company does an amazing job cleaning inside and outside vechiles. However, with that being side they'll hardly listen to customers at times. I try to explain that I wanted to the inside clean but kept waving me off. Still a great company to ha e your vechiles cleaned and detailed. Be patient with them and they'll do a good job taking car of y'all.

If I could use one word to describe my experience here today, it would simply be "AMAZING". First time at Wash and Wax Pros. I was recommended here by the manager at my regular Carwash. That should tell you something...... One of my cars a 2014 Chevrolet SS, needed some TLC on the paint. Black car, hot Florida sun, you know the rest..... The paint was looking a bit rough. Faded, ugly and sad. My regular Carwash tried, but just simply couldn't do the job. The manager sent me here. Boy am I glad that he did. The manager Mr. Peralta, a total gentleman. Treated me nicely and professional. He put his guys to work on the SS. At once point, there were 5 guys on the car. I mean, they went to work. About 1 1/2 hour later, my car was looking beautiful. Day and night difference. I was just amazed as to how it came out. The place was very clean and organized. The bathrooms were clean as well. Plenty of places to sit while you wait for your car. You can sit inside in the AC or outside. Very happy with the service. Highly recommended. Will definitely visit again when I need to detail another car. Thank you very much for checking in. Service Manager Piero is very professional and helpful. Calm and cool. He walks you through the options. Sold on the $99 - 3 month unlimited no contract deal! Can be used in Sunrise and Davie also. Great customer service here. General Manager here is Jose Peralta. Very hospitable when you call or meet him. Highly recommended.
