I had an amazing experience! The staff was very attentive and welcoming. Yuri, along with other team members, helped clean my car after I spilled wine all over the back carpet, which seeped into the fabric. The final result was as if the spill had never happened! The service was fast, efficient, and economical. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.

This place is absolutely fantastic. They use the best products on the market, reverse osmosis water that literally prevents spots on your car, and a ceramic body gloss that after a few applications sticks to your car and never lets bugs, dirt, or water stay on it! I will not take my Tesla anywhere else, and Tesla‘s are known for their sensitive paint. This place handles it well, I trust no one else!

Make sure to get a breakdown of what they are charging you for. Came to wash the outside and wash seats, was told $85 for everything. Hour later was told car was done, upon inspection noticed the entire outside was still dirty. When confronting the manager he tries explaining what I paid for was just washing my seats. Long argument later they washed the car but kept arguing we didn't read the prices

I used this place today and was referred to them through a friend and am very disappointed, This is why I hate using car wash places, I paid 48 plus $10 tip and they didn’t even clean it all the way, Now I am home having to try and the clean it myself! I will never use this place or anyone else again, everyone it is the same thing! I only found one person who cleaned my car properly but he is gone.. i worked hard to save for the money to get it cleaned and it was just wasted.. I would have rathered spent that on my kids if I would have known this place was going to be another bad place. From the receipt below you can see what day I came here and see it is thier address just in case people think I am not telling the truth.

Second time I have the same problem. Took my husband's car and even after we paid sooo much(almost$50) the bugs in the front were still in. Last Saturday I gave it another try and took my car, same thing. Bugs still on. Interior was not well cleaned and rugs were still have dirt on it. Very dissatisfied. Almost $40 dollars wash for nothing.

My car was Susposibly washed and ceramic today??? Car full of spots because they didn’t dry it fast enough due to only one employee and he was already working on another vehicle, finally another staff girl came out, by then the car was starting to dry with spots, windshield not clean outside either???remind you the temp today is 60 degrees currently. I spoke with manager to no avail? I rated a 1 because I couldn’t rate lower!!! They have a false sign stating if your not happy let them know they will re wash which is a ball face lie. Don’t go there ever!!!!!

Come here regularly and have a monthly payment plan and every time I come which is about 3x a month they never have enough people. Even when there is no other cars there the person doing my car has to stop to sign in a car or has to go to the tunnel and direct them in. When it gets to the drying part again not enough helpers. My car can sit for 10-15 min dried up and was never wiped down. Again they need more people to help instead of 4-5.

For 53.46$ I had the worst service ever. I have a suvwith 3rd rd seat for all that money they did not touch. How is that possible. A Profesional place would have said it's extra or can we clean the third row. No wonder they were no where to be found for a tip. They knew they got me. NEVER AGAIN. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WORST

They are getting better but need more help. If I have to drive to the vacuums area and wipe down my car and wipe down areas in the inside then it’s only a 2-3 star service. Give me 5 stars service and I’ll be more than happy to give you 5 stars. Thanks.

Spent $40 on wash, vacuum, and dash shine only to walk to my car and still see spots on my car and then get in my car and see dirt and crumbs under the radio. My child would have done a better job. Giving it 2 stars only because there wasn't a long line (which should have been my clue for a Saturday morning). I'm mainly writing this review to remind myself not to go back here.
