I went to Soapy shark Car Wash today and had a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful .one of the guys came over right away when my barcode wasn’t working and got it fixed in no time. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and has everything you need right there. It was quick, easy, and convenient, and I love that it’s so close to where I live. I’ll definitely be washing my car here from now on!

Decent car wash for free but I can tell you I would not pay the amount of money they want for the wash they supposedly gave me. None of the tires looked great and bird crap still all over the car and this was supposed to be the high-end wash with graphene probably won't go back comic book for free what can I say, not a bad deal.

Absolutely terrible experience. Not only did my car come out completely scratched with swirls all over the paint, but the customer service was unbelievably unhelpful. When I called to speak with the manager, he basically brushed me off and said that because my car is more than 7 years old, they “can’t do anything about it.” What makes it worse is that I watched several cars after mine come out with the SAME scratches, and they didn’t even bother to stop the wash, inspect the equipment, or change the brushes. They just kept running cars through like nothing was wrong. This place clearly doesn’t care about their customers or their vehicles. Avoid this car wash if you value your car’s paint or basic customer service.

I am very disappointed. When I went for a car wash, they told me they had a special going on where for the same price I could get 1 month of car washes and so it is the same price, so I said okay. Without me knowing, they set me up for an ongoing monthly membership. When I noticed a charge a month later I tried to call them and left a message, but they never got back to me and they didn’t refund me.

Just had the best experience at Soapy Shark! Louis greeted me with a smile and happily listed my options as a first time guest. Not only was the wash superb, but they made sure to pressure wash my tires, and even hand dried my car. My vehicle had dried wet mud all over it, so I really put them to the test. I’m canceling my other car wash membership as we speak! Well worth going out of my way from Boynton.

Wow! What an amazing car wash! If I could give more stars I would! Im new to this area and was looking for a place to wash my car. Whoever is the owner of this car wash have to put one on Biscayne Blvd, in Miami. With so many luxury cars there and not having a car wash like this one, residents on Biscayne will benefit from all this place provides. From the entrance they have an area where you self prep with different brushes for the tires and for the body of the car. . Then I drove forward and there is friendly staff helping you with the service you want to choose. As I’m driving in to I was very impressed by the amazing machines they have, wow! Lots of water and lots of foam soap, not like other car washes. And is entertaining at the same time with all the different color lights and signs explaining what your car is getting done as the machine drives the car forward. Is very cool! Right when I got out from the machines I could already tell how clean my car was and dry. There is an area covered with a tent so you don’t have to worry about the sun. In that same area they provide you with clean towels, glass cleaner, other things and vacuum; I have never use a vacuum so powerful then that one, so to vacuum is so fast because how good it is, wow! They have amazing music playing with good sound. I went to the restroom and that’s another thing, I was impressed again: I have never been to a public place and see such a clean bathroom floor, sink, toilet and smells very clean. I love everything at this place, is beautiful! The person in charge is always walking by to check if you need any help or have questions. His name is John, friendly guy and extremely attentive providing a great customer service as well the rest of the team, everyone customers service is great! I recommend this place if you really looking to an amazing car wash! I love it will come here every time I need to wash my car. Thank you soapy shark for providing such a cool and comfortable place to wash our cars!

I paid extra for a tire wash only to find out I had to wash my own tires. Never going back. The “manager” offered me to go through again. I asked for a refund so that I could go get a real wash. I shouldn’t have to go through a car wash twice in order to get my car washed.

Good car wash, but no dryers point at the back of the car. You have to pull to the vac area, get a towel and dry it yourself. For the price, it's just not worth it. I have asked, emailed, left messages about the dryers, I get no response. I went to this location because it is so convenient. But if I have to work on drying my car, for that price, even a membership, no thanks. I called to cancel my membership. The girl on the phone said it was done. Then 2 weeks later I was charged for the next month. I went in, in person, and the account was still active. Finally it was canceled. Communication from management is poor. If it can be worse than poor, this car wash management is there.

I love this car wash. My car came out clean, shiny and dry, and the vacuum stations are covered with plenty of room to open doors. Excellent customer service, and I was in and out quickly. The conveyor belt system is much better than other washes because it doesn’t scratch your rims or mess up your alignment. 5 Stars!!!

I came to this car wash on 11/08 to get a car wash and when I came out of the automated wash there was a chip in my paint on the hood. The car is only a couple of months old and I would like to get it repaired. I spoke with Alma and Fernand on site and they were able to identify that the damage was not there prior to my arrival. We began an incident report and I was told they would be in touch with me about the repair. I haven't heard back yet and I am not able to get in touch with anyone via phone or email. I don't live local to this location and I was in town for the day so it's difficult to go to the business directly. I would appreciate a callback or some form of communication from the business to let me know where we are in the process and how we can go about resolving this amicably. I went on my own and got a quote for the repair in case they wanted to compare prices but I've heard nothing from them. I would love someone to reach out to me to resolve this issue.

After a long drive, I needed a wash. I’ve been a member for a couple months at Soapy Shark on okeechobee. The staff are very helpful and the wash quality is high. I’ve always had a great experience at this car wash. The vacuums are strong and work very well. I love that the employees come by and ask how I’m doing and if I have any questions. Soapy shark is by far the best car wash in west Palm Beach Florida!!!
