Facilities are typically clean and well-kept, as well as a little above average in terms of manual wash. I find the biggest issue with car washes, to be the efficiency of the vacuums. I know they go through a lot of wear and tear, but we are paying for it by the minute. It better work well. Ward's, has done a pretty decent job as far as I'm concerned.

High pressure wash has essentially no soap....your garden hose water will do a better job at removing dirt. The foam brush is foamy, but it will not even remove bugs. They've cut corners for inflation. It's garbage.

Great price; soap and rinse works consistency. $4 gets you roughly 6 minutes of pressure washer time. Wash bays have credit card readers and you can press the button to add time as needed. However, other customers are often inconsiderate and don't move their cars once they are done washing even when a line of cars are waiting to use the wash bay. If you are off the timer and drying, waxing, or cleaning the interior of your car, please move out of the wash bay.

I've been going here off and on over this past summer with no issues. I went one week ago and one of the stalls did not water my car down, rinse or wash it. Looked like it never went through. That's life, but my pet peeve is when no one cares enough to return your call about the issue. I left 3 vice messages. So to me that's like stealing. I'm a customer they have lost.

Been washing my car here for years. for the last two weeks the spot free rinse has been out of order, leaving my car coated in hard water spots. No notices up telling you it is not working so you put in money only to find out it was just wasted. Either keep it working or tell folks it is not working so they dont waste their money. You owe me a couple of washes because of this.

Went through the automatic car wash, and it didn't even clean my car. My 5 year old nephew could've cleaned the car better than that car wash did. Absolute joke and waste of my money!!! Will never stop and wash my car there ever again!!!! Honestly they don't even deserve a star!

Went through the auto car wash and paid $9. It does alright, but still had soap on my SUV in a couple spot. Can't attach picture to the review which should be an option.

Don't use the automatic car wash as it doesn't work well at all. We had to pull into the wash bin to actually wash the truck. The wash been smells like rancid window wash bucket at a gas station that never changes them out. They could really use an overhaul for their automatic wash and some deep cleaning.

Automatic car wash was decent. Paid for the premium wash, but it didn't do the undercarriage wash or the presoak. Period more for those two things and it's a bummer it didn't actually do the job.

Generous amounts of products dispensed and very fair time per paid cycle. The clear coat left a remarkable shine. Highly recommend this car wash. I would've given 5 stars if more vacuums were available and maybe vending products. Two trashcan for the entire place is a little undeserved, but overall great car wash

Have tried the auto wash a couple times, doesn't clean the car of grime such as after a rain. Needs an overhaul of the auto washes. The self service requires tokens and I would rather use quarters. They do have soft water, but would only suggest if needing to wash minimal dust off a car.

One of the vest diy car washes in town but if youd rather pull thru an automated car wash they got your back i stop there at least once a week. And will comtinue to do so unless theh build one of tge same quality closer to home. Thanks to the staff or whoever keeps it so spotless clean and in working order

The place looks nice and newish. They have only 4 self wash bays and one of them was out of order. It was a bit of a wait on a tired Friday after work. They have 2 Auto wash bays which is exactly what I was trying to avoid using. I'm still waiting so I don't know if the tokens are going to be a problem/hassle or not. I prefer the car washes where you can use quarters/bills or a credit card.

Disappointed. Went through the automatic wash and my car looks like I haven't even washed it at all. The person who was in front of me was pulled over in the parking lot cleaning off their car too. I will spend a little more money and go to a better car wash next time.

It was pretty good. The soap power wash could've been better. Didn't have the dirt removal power I was expecting. I saw most people were using the brush, but those can actually scratch your paint, depending on who used it before you so I avoid them.

Have so many little problems here. Tried to get air freshener got stuck twice!! Coins they give don't always work. Had to buy more to finish my car wash. 10$ car wash turned into a 16$ car wash!!
