Service was great. They pretreat the vehicle before it goes through the automatic carwash. My only issue was how tight it was to turn around after using the vacuum. Vacuums are only 75 cents, and I was able to clean my entire van without adding money!

Ended up doing the monthly plan, which I don’t normally do, because the wash does a very good job. Hand spray and hand dry before/after. Have a PPF wrap on my Tesla. No damage after 20+ washes to car or wheels. Price at $20/mo is great.

They are wonderful! I have gone a few times now. They normally offer rags to clean the inside of your car, but with COVID they aren’t handing them out, which is understandable! I had my dogs with me this past time, and the employees were so great. My dogs bark at everyone they see if they don’t know them, and they waved at my dogs through the window instead of ignoring them. It was so sweet! I will definitely keep going here.

I was in the neighborhood and decided to try out this place. I'm so impressed! Reading other reviews I wish I saw the tip jar at the end. Before I got into the wash the attendant gave me a wash cloth for the inside of the car. I wasn't expecting it, but I definitely needed it. Was a short and sweet wash and I'm definitely recommending it to my bf who works down the street. No more trying to figure out where to get his car washed! The towel wipe-down at the end was a nice touch, especially in this out-of-ordinary cold weather.

I've used the car wash a couple of times since it was automated, first time went smoothly, but today the reader wouldn't scan and there was no one around to help! A nice lady behind me got out and helped me put in manually. I know your trying to save money with the scanners but someone needs to be available to help out, when they don't work.

I pay for unlimited car washes monthly since I park outside under a tree. This is the best place to go for your car wash! They have 2 people hose your car down at the beginning and as you enter the car wash. Then they have 2 people at the end dry your car off! This helps ensure they do a better job than the machine alone because as we all now the drive through machines aren't perfect! I love them and their services! I will continue to use them!

I researched a number of the car washes in the area looking for the best deal on a monthly pass, and believe Rainbow is the best choice. The experience at Rainbow is good—it’s manned at the beginning to get you on the belt, then you go through an automatic wash with a manned towel drive at the end. It’s quick and painless—I really like that you can remain in the car. Just noting that they do not offer interior cleaning, so just heads up if that’s a deciding factor. If that isn’t a need, Rainbow is a great choice for speed and ease.

Great staff, but hard to navigate through because of the size of their lot. I have no complaints, whatsoever, of the job they did cleaning my truck. I just wish, they had more room. I think that if they had more room, they would be an amazing car wash.

It's a decent wash, I have a white car so dirt stands out and I always have to borrow towels and wipe clean wheel wells and bottom of my car myself, the wash never gets them but my car could be too low for the the wash the be able I guess... Update/edit: they've updated the wash a bit, I've updated car a bit, too low to even go through wash anymore. Prices gone up since last I was there, to be expected these days, so nice that it was only a couple bucks each wash. In line with other area places. Still a good wash on wife's car which hadn't been done all winter (it's March 1 now), not great but a 4 star wash n wipe down for sure.

I paid $10.00 for the basic car wash. There was VERY, VERY, VERY little soap (almost none)! When I told the guy at the end of the wash. He told me if I wanted soap I should have bought the $22.00 wash. I paid $10.00 for water!! DO NOT spend your money at this car wash. Charlie’s car wash and Tidal Wave have $10.00 washes with a lot of soap. Never going back to this place!!! I would haven given zero stars if was able!!

Be mindful of your car here, there wash scratched several spots on my sports cars beautiful paint. Thankfully it looks like it can be buffed out by a legitimate detail shop. Would of been an ok wash if not for the scratches.

I have been there several times. The first time was smooth and they did a great job on the vehicle. But I feel that you are not getting your moneys worth because the last two times I have gone to get my car washed. They did not properly dry the car, and it left streaks in the paint, I’m sorry, but if I’m paying for a product should be worth my money. I don’t think I will ever be going back there again.

The manager is very rude. He was using bad language towards his customers because they asked for a towel to dry their car inside. He doesn’t have respect for anyone and doesn’t know how to communicate with people. I will never wash my car there again. He shouldn’t be a manager or employee if you are going to argue and use bad words at your customers.
