Second time using this location. Wash was on par with most locations I’ve used. However, both times I’ve gone they haven’t had any cleans towels, and even the dirty towel container was empty. I noticed everyone had their own towels. I asked one of them if that was normal and they responded that they keep a towel in their car because they never have them. Kinda disappointing.

Of the four different locations I use this is the only location that the tire shine gets on all for tires. I have a small car the other three locations I use it never gets the passenger side. The attendance at this location always use the bug removal spray some of the other locations the kids are lazy and don't even spray your car or barely spray the dirt and dust off your car this location the employees are not glued to their phone and actually do the job they're supposed to be doing. The only reason that I gave it four stars instead of five which actually before and a half stars is that the place smells. Whenever you go in the tunnel be sure and close your vents because the inside stinks I don't know why but it's doable but that is the only thing I can find wrong with this location please use and enjoy this location I'm very appreciative of the people who work there

Today, Feb. 6 I went to car wash and once again person with spray wand didn’t spray bugs off front of car. Went to wipe down and no towels. Couldn’t find anyone to take talk to. This will be my last time there as these two situations have been too common last several times I’ve gone.

Was in there a couple weeks ago , big brush on the right side wasn't working left a mess on the right side , went in there this week and the same big brush wasn't working , same results , don't they do maintenance around there , The Bonner Springs wash is just as bad , vehicle never gets clean

IF YOUR CAR OR SUV is over 8 years old and their car wash damages your vehicle they will no cover the damage they said they aren't liable my running board got ripped off during a visit and my vehicle is 2010 ford expedition with powered remote running boards now I have to pay out of pocket for their wash damaging my SUV now I have to get a lawyer and sue them for the damage I will never take a vehicle of mine or recommend them to anyone they laugh at you to your face and tell you it's not there problem and you enter the wash at your own risk we don't except any responsibility for damage

$15 car wash. Didn't spray off the front bumper area. The side brushes didn't even touch my vehicle. The tire shine looked like spots. Overall very poor car wash. Had to wash by hand when I got home.

What is the one thing all GO Car wash’s have in common?. When you enter the wash bay the attendant will only spray the left side of your car!!! All the other car wash’s in town have 2 attendants spraying both sides of your car clean before it enters the wash.

Spend your money else where. Enter at your own risk if your vehicle is older than 8yrs old. Any damages occurred here by either their wash or by attendant not paying attention isn't on them.

Had driven by this place a number of times and finally decided to give it a try. Purchased the $20 car wash and it did an excellent job on my ‘19 Charger after some local birds had a “dive bombing” contest on it. Came out better than any automated car wash I’ve been to thus far.

You guys illegally collected my info and signed me up for a membership using a credit card I used for a single car wash. I never gave you my phone number, address, or license plate, but you had it somehow.A police report is being filed; this is theft of my credit card and identity.

My sweet car Kitty needed a wash, this turned out great for a once over just to tidy her up. It’s always fun to go through the car wash! There are several options available to tidy up your vehicle, almost everything was around the $20 range. I would use them again.

Worst go wash i've been to yet. Mechanically this place is great as far as I can tell. But even though they have this huge parking lot, they don't have very many vacuums. Also, it's the only go wash. I've been too that doesn't have a vacuum on both sides. I also believe it's the only goal wash. I've been to so far that does not have awnings over your car while you're drying it in the vacuum area. Now, for the worst part, they were out of towels. No big deal however, when I walked all the way around and asked about getting a towel, the employee walked away and never told me anything. Here I am sitting there, acting like I'm working at the place as people are driving up only to realize he's not coming back. He put one half stack of towels on the towel area and disappeared. This place has amazing potential, but what I actually ask the second attendant that was sitting down.Monitoring the non members lane, "is this a new place" they said, no, this place is six years old. I legit thought they just hadn't finished building on. The only reason this place did not get one star is the young little lady, that was Manning the prewash, did a fabulous job all by herself as other people were doing nothing. She did her job great. But one person out of three people don't make a great team. Just side note: the other young lady that was sitting down monitoring the non-members lane in my opinion, was where she needed to be. And was very pleasant to deal with, so i'm not hating on her at all. Finally my overall opinion of this place is that if you live in the area and you're looking for a membership car washes to go to and you're not just driving through, (ie: vacuum and drying station) avoid this one.

Good carwash, only thing is, they never have towels, seems like it's always empty when I go there. Bring your own drying towels! And vacuums are either clogged or not working properly. And on today's date. No vacuum hoses!
