Love our Rimrock Walmart where we always find what we're looking for! The store is always clean with well stocked shelves and friendly, knowledgeable associates that are always ready to help!

Only one employee out of three in this situation was genuinely apologetic about how unnecessary our problem was and she was the only one with any basic logic of customer service. Walmart, if you’re going to make me un-bag and rescan my own items 3 times because your employees are profiling, then just close self check out altogether. First terminal: employee gave me a BS reason over not taking my items out of my cart and made us rescan everything at another one. Second terminal, after taking everything out now, didn’t even security stop she just stopped me from paying, cancelled my whole transaction again, and told us go to a cashier. Three re-scans later, and my total was still the exact same as the first time. Front end manager was no better. Wanted to make him aware of the situation because apparently they have no idea what happens on their sales floor but mostly got a confused "what do you want me to do about it" stare. And the audacity to tell me “there’s 3 Walmarts in town” when I told him this is the only one I CHOOSE to shop at for convenience. I’ll go to the other two since you’ve made that your point and not my concerns of having to deal with this every time I come in.

The qualifications for working at this place must be breathing. Went to get GV Fiesta Blend cheese, which is recalled by the way. It was on the shelf and went to check out and the item wouldn't scan. Associate came over and said this is recalled. I said if it's recalled then why don't you take it off the shelf. The associate said I've been informed that it has. I rolled my eyes and the associate said what? I said how do you think it ended up in my cart? No common sense with these group of individuals. It must start from the management down as I've encountered a number of problems with this store. Sam Walton is rolling around in his grave with the number of out of stocks this store has and the "to go" pickers running around with their carts and cutting everyone off.

Whent today to try to buy 6 tires Cooper 265/70/17 for a Ram 3500 that has 235/80/17 on it. Jeff the Automotive Manager (REFUSED) to install them because he thinks they won’t fit, I asked for his supervisor Melise and she said whatever Jeff say he’s the professional even when I told Jeff and Melise that I was ok with them I told them I used to have them on that particular truck. As a Walmart customer I felt bad, upset and disappointed, I been shopping with Walmart all my life this was not cool. I wish they’ll have better training when it comes to this. $1000 tires I was not asking for nothing free. I went to this BMT Auto and they installed them and balanced with no problems JEFF😡

It's classic Walmart. But the staff is always so helpful and I use their auto department to fill my tires. They once walked out to the parking lot and jumped my car. So yeah 5* for this Walmart

My orders from online pickup are never ready on time and they always struggle to find what I ordered and give me several substitutions 🙄 also the team lead Peggy is very rude to her employees. The one on North Ave is much better and more competent

Ive always had neutral or okay interactions here, but last night was probably my last straw for this walmart. My boyfriend and I were looking at the stress balls in the toy aisle when a girl from the entire other end of the aisle came to ask if we needed anything. I know managers want workers to be more friendly and helpful, so I jokingly said "just testing out the product" while squeezing a stress ball. She gave us a weirded-out look and said "Okay..." No, "let me know if you need anything". No, "okay! have a good night." Just "Okay." in a rude tone. I did end up leaving with some slime, and my boyfriend also bought two stress balls. We were not loitering, were paying customers. I had things in my hand that I was going to buy. We didn't let it ruin our night but its just small negative and passive aggressive interactions that build up over time.

I enjoy the Scan and go feature but have an issue at this store due to the fact that on busy weekends you have to flag a cashier or someone down to get to the Scan and Go isle in the center of the store. I've had conversation with an asm there and they tell me it's not open because people don't allow Spark Shoppers to use this. Even though it's clearly marked. Unlike it's always open at the North Ave location as you see in the below picture. The Rim rock always is bannered off as pictured in the second photo. Then 0n Labor day this happened, see 3rd photo.. shop and go bamnered off so I had to use a regular register. And then I had to flag down an associate so I could get thru the line. God they are making the check out so difficult here! We'll today.. 10 17... they closed the end of the Scan and go.. to what end other than stopping scan and go Spark Shoppers i haven't a clue..

Usually have what I need and I love Walmart Plus perks, but this town is really getting shady and our Walmarts are the top spots known for that. I would easily pay more tax or make a donation to cover better security.

Online ordering. I ordered wrapping paper that was two rolls and totaled 50 sq ft of 5 dollars, we pick up the order and they substituted it for felt wrapping paper that was a dollar more and half the square footage, it was 30 feet and not two rolls, only one. I go in expecting there to be NO wrapping paper because it’s the 23 of December but nope, full aisles of the same package I ordered, I mean there was over 30 options of the same thing. I go to exchange the guy at customer service at 9:40 pm was half asleep and put the difference of 60 cents on a gift card….? Bro what am I gonna buy for 60 cents seriously couldn’t have put it back on my card? Overall amazed by the laziness and lack of customer service you get paid to do this so do your job correctly? Not that hard bruh.

Great customer service, and it's awesome to shop at a Walmart in a town where crime isn't like it is in the bigger cities. These small towns have their priorities straight, and the people are morally and ethically sound. Nothing is locked up in this towns stores, which says a lot!

I just had a wonderful experience at this location for curbside pick-up. My team member Jax noticed that a box of pasta (a beef noodle side dish) had accidentally broken open and some pasta had spilled out instead of returning it or just stuffing it into my trunk Jax took the time to go back into the store to get me a new one. BRAVO Jax and thank you for the great customer service

Had everything I needed, very well stocked! the staff is something! There's a gal there with bright red pink dyed hair at the west end of the store Im assuming produce. No manners! while I asked her where I could find the seasoning section she ignored me first off then when i said excuse me she snapped her hair back and said cant you read the signs. Highly recommend asking the return center for help before her!

Never get a oil change here , my family and I paid for a oil change service drove it off the lot and the car Oil light was On for the first time since owning the car (1 year now ) and when I checked the car after braking down in the snow with our newborn the car had no oil ! .. they offered to get it towed and came back claiming they did nothing wrong and that my car was old and that could have happened to anyone . Spoke to general manager from automotive and besides being unprofessional as she knew me from working there years ago ,speaking in a degrading way towards us when asked to speak to the store manager because they were upset that I asked them for a refund for both the oils change that cause this whole issue and the taxi they offered to pay just because we decided to file a claim with Walmart.

Purchased printer ink . When I was going to install the new cartridge noticed that the package looked like it was open and sealed with masking tape. There is no way of me knowing if this is a new printer ink cartridge and if someone returned it and stole the original ink cartridge that was in there. If it was a return is customer service not paying attention to returns and how they are sealed? Now I have to make a trip back to Walmart because it never occurred to me that something like this would happen . This is frustrating!! So beware of items purchased at Walmart they may be returns that are already opened and possibly used or may not even be whats supposed to be inside.

Went to Walmart to find the zolli suckers for my kid cause it’s hard to get him to brush his teeth and he loves candy and he loves these suckers and no more fighting and he is two he went to the dentist and no cavity’s at all I’m in love thank god for this candy

There is this really wide worker that just stands at the front of Walmart right next to the exit. This worker stared me down when I was walking in the store like I was his next meal like I know I look that good but eyes to your self. So I did my shopping it was perfectly fine except for the fact a lot of workers were staring at me. There was this really old creepy guy. I asked if I could help but he said no and walked off. I felt like I had a bounty in that store. Y’all need to back off. So now I went to check out all of my stuff I scanned every item. I was going to leave and the same guy who was watching me when I was walking in asked for my receipt. That’s fine I don’t care that he asked for my receipt because it’s a normal thing to ask. But then he proceeds to say “that looks like more items in your bag than you bought” and I was already tired of him because it was taking him so long to look at a RECEIPT and I was having a bad day. So I responded with a couple of profanity’s that I shall not repeat and then “I can take all of the stuff out of the bag just so you can look at them as long as you don’t take anything to eat for yourself.” But after that he just said I could leave as a should’ve been. This was a terrible experience I will try to get a photo of him next time I go to upload a photo. P.S. restock your NehDoh’s Walmart my daughter wanted one but you guys didn’t have any. Thank you.
