Great choices. However, took over 15 mins to secure motorized shopping cart for the disabled. Either carts were in use or left in outside heat. Teens have been known to abuse these electric carts by running them all over the large parking lot &/or inside Walmart but Walmart mgrs have advised their employees to not tell the non- disabled kids to remove themselves from these carts for use by a real disabled adults! Guess so not considered discrimination. Frustrating!

It was cool till I went in bathroom cuz ladies are dirty and nasty they should clean up after their self janitors ain't their slaves they should be ashamed of their self. It should be like that anywhere you go restaurants or stores. Make sure put back what you don't buy back where you got it. It make it hard for employees to keep store clean.

Auto service is terrible, if you don't have an appointment they will just work you in but slowly. Being there first no longer matters, appointments take precedent. Not the poor workers fault.

For the Hispanic lady that works at Walmart by the entrance door is not suppose to chase customers out the store. She has done this more than once. She will be off doing one thing and then “running” to try and ask for a recipe past the point she is suppose to.

I don't really go into Walmart like I used to unless if I need something important or if I'm with my mom for her shopping. But I had a bad experience. Whenever I'm inside, I automatically thinks I'm being watched when I didn't steal nothing out this store. Around in November, I went to do a return that morning, and after wise, went to go browse to see if I need anything. I couldn't think of anything I need, so I wander around the store. when i got to the toy section, I notice this uncover secret shopper was stalking me. remind you, I've never had anything in me or under me. So, I went to buy mouthwash and heading to check out. again, I seen the same person was heading for my way and he immediately turned back like he was looking for me. I went to check out and purchase the mouthwash . As I'm walking out the door, the same exact creeping guy came from the self check out the same time I got finished checking out. That’s odd. As I'm walking toward my car, the same guy parks his car in front of mine. This is very strange to me. I’d parked near the entrance/exit of the parking lot and there is plenty of parking for the creepy guy to park at. This is exactly why I don't like shopping alone nor I want to go Walmart to shop. I always fear someone is going to attack me or worst. Please be careful out there.

I had a problem at the other Walmart on 4th street when I ordered tires and scheduled to have them put on. I called the day before to confirm the appointment, because i live way out of town, and was told everything was good to go. I then drove 40 miles to get the tires put on only to be told they couldn't do it and someone should have called me. I was the last appointment of the day and it seemed like they just didn't want to bother with it. They had me load the tires into my truck and sent me to try this Walmart. The supervisor Jasmine did all the calls and paperwork to get everything moved to this Walmart and really went above and beyond to get this taken care of. Then the technician Randy stayed late to do the work and make sure I didn't have to make another 80 mile round trip. I am very grateful to both of them for working so hard to help me during this frustrating situation.

Grumpy unsatisfied people should not work at Walmart. Walmart is the greatest place to work and shop. If you (employee) dont like what you doing , working at Walmart, or don't like to answer questions you should not work in an environment like that. Came up to a store to do work on my car, and gentleman was filing up order on the ipad, while asking me questions , at the second when I wasnt asking questions, I added , yes , I have a warranty, but in return I was just waved off (spot of im busy / occupied /and frankly I either don't care or not listening , because I filling up the paperwork) perhaps age of the employee is the reason I got answered like that. Overall I have nothing bad to say about walmart. I love this place. If you feel I as customer wrong in any ways by leaving a comment like that let me know.

I enjoy Walmart for the consistency of the store layout and prices. I came in from out of town and not only did they have an auto center, they also had a Murphy gas station which was not only 10 cents cheaper than the nearest station but with the Walmart+ app, I got another 10 cents off. Walmart+ is awesome and it also allows me other fun perks. 👍👍

This location on Gilmer Rd in Longview is always clean and well stocked. Plenty of parking. Friendly employees. Only 'issue' I had was the person who was supposed to be manning the sportsman dept register was off wondering around. Luckily a passing by associate was kind enough to stop and help me. Thank you.

I absolutely hate the auto service department at this store! It takes forever to get checked in because everything is on computer. Once that ordeal is over the service department takes over. It is obvious they are paid by the hour because they are in NO HURRY WHATSOEVER! It took well over an hour to get a flat tire repaired. I was able to watch the technician wandering around the shop visiting the other techs and searching (aimlessly) for tools. The flat repair was warrantied, but it isn't worth the trouble. Individual repair shops actually WANT your business. Walmart could care LESS!

The ladies in the bakery are who inspired me to write this review. Trinity in particular, is always so helpful and truly is an artist when decorating a cake. I purchased approximately 15 cakes this year from this location and each one proved better than the last. Thank you ladies for your kindness, professionalism and always making the cakes look/taste so yummy!!

I completely understand the self service check out now days.... BUT.... Employees should still offer assistance and greet customers down the isles! Evertime I go, I speak to Employees saying hi how are you, etc... basic greetings... and all I get is the dont speak to me stare! Employees always act like you told them to dig a 6ft deep hole with a tooth pick if you ask for assistance... I wish lack of customer service would be punished by the Bosses/Corporate.... whomever... Please put it back on the standards of employment again!

If needing to call and speak to your pharmacist or an associate at the pharmacy then this isn’t the pharmacy to use. They NEVER answer the phone. I’m not the type of person to leave negative reviews but I have finally have had enough. I work. I can’t leave work just to ask a question about my medications. I was out of town for a week. I called several days in a row. I finally had to call a different Walmart, have that particular Rx sent to that location si I could talk to someone about my medication. Medication is about a persons health. You need to have trust in your pharmacy!!! This location is the absolute worst!!!!

Y'alls store was impressive. It was spic and span. The produce was the best I've seen in Longview for awhile. Floors were shining. Shelves were fronted. Nothing was out of place and it smelled good. Fantastic job!!!

I’m usually not someone who leaves reviews about store employees, but I feel the need to share this experience. Today at the register, the cashier asked how I was doing. I answered each time, but apparently not loudly enough for her to hear. She assumed I didn’t respond and began scanning my groceries very aggressively, slamming items on the register, which felt rude and unnecessary. She then said she had asked me three times how I was doing, and I explained that I had answered each time. After that, the interaction improved and she was nicer, but the initial attitude and slamming of groceries in front of my children really bothered me. I don’t like confrontation, I usually use self-checkout, and choosing a register this time ended up being a poor decision. Because of this experience, I don’t feel comfortable shopping at this location anymore. It was inappropriate and uncomfortable, especially in front of my kids. And also, there is guy putting things away on some shelves near the front of the store and I have picked up a bloom glacier drink off of one of the shelves in my childhood proceeded to drop it in the car and it got a whole punctured in it and then it was spraying everywhere and so I picked it up, and I tried my best to clean up the mess as much as I can, and I found this worker and I explained what happened and he kind of the Lucky he gave me was also really rude. I don’t know I think at the end of the day this location is to do a lot better. Their employees need to do a lot better. I have children with me and so I think you guys need to be more mindful of that and stop giving me sideways glances every time I ask questions or give you items I mean instead of leaving it on the floor I went and gave it to somebody. I couldn’t find a trashcan so I don’t know what was expected of me to do and why I had so many terrible interactions today at this location, but I can guarantee you that I will not be back because of it.

A BIG vote of thankfulness for Walmart employees this afternoon. With all the unknowns that lie ahead with the predicted winter storm, many people waiting in line for a numbered spot for their grocery p/u. Over and over again, I saw employees with a smile on their face, heard kindness in their words, putting others above themselves. There were employees directing traffic for the p/u line, employees going in/out bringing groceries out to customers & loading in their cars . Thank you Walmart😊
