I’m rating this Walmart one star because this is what happens when you can’t get good food prepared right. It was only 6pm and the hot food section should have shut down, instead, they allowed me to the dried out, hard, nobody wants to eat food sitting in the display area.

Horrible Walmart . Packed , parking lot sucks - the pick up is more like a hang out 10-15 min wait to get my order ridiculous. Can’t stand it anymore I’ll drive across town to the other location.

I was missing 20 items from my delivery order. Not sure if the driver took the items or dropped it at the wrong house. I had to drive up to the store to get my items because noone was answering the phones which made me even more mad.. When I got there both Selene and Jose made everything right and with urgency. Thanks guys! Execellent customer service.

It ok place to shop but they are short staff because they love firing people so they always short staff and can't help the customer. Also never give them any star when you check out because ever time they get 5 star only the mangers get a bonus. They don't deserve a bonus.

Did an online pick up 2 pack of buns and 2 pans were missing guess what I got… a refund for one pack of buns. Then I did I delivery shipment for proteins shakes 30$ worth a week later still not here they said it’s delayed but at my local Walmart that’s 2 mins away.. AND NO HELP , NO PRODUCT, NO REFUNDS. Customer service was no help and neither was the mangers I spoke with. 🤦♀️

Walmart employees now will ignore you and go out of the way not to help. The only time they approach is when you leave and they stop you to check your receipt. You want us to work for you as a cashier then treat us like thieves on the way out. How about you bring back full time cashiers and have employees assist customers and stop with the receipt Nazis at the door. It's fun to ignore them and just keep walking it sends a message. Walmart sucks Publix is better all around and Amazon is better for anything that's not groceries

This store is better than Haines City Walmart - cleaner, more modern, more stocked, better quality items, they have a lot more items to choose from, the staff is super friendly, and very helpful. It has a bank, a nail salon, subway, and more!

Always has everything I need at great prices. Just like everyone elses thought process, majority of lanes closed and a lot of employees. Checking out is always a long wait for the most part

We do grocery pickup here and one of the associates Chris is always great. He is always kind, puts in effort to make sure the delivery is correct, and everything is loaded correctly.

This Walmart has everything even an automotive section. Great outdoors? Acquired several interactions with their employees. I'll last few visits and they've been very pleasant, friendly and helpful. Plenty of self-checkouts if you like that sort of thing. I hate the idea of putting somebody out of a job so I always go to a regular check out lane when available. I had a manager special on this great two-piece desk that forms like an L. Regularly 139 manager special was just $99!

One of the Best Wal-Mart!!! Parking lot clean. Peaceful and quiet, I was shocked that I could think and not be annoyed or distracted by the music. What a difference to my local store. It was well organized. I was able to find what I was looking for. Maybe it was early, but still. Friendly staff (busy working, but friendly greeted me with a smile and all)

Great job keeping me out of the store. first you made us get used to the self checkouts and everything was going great with the roundabout, but then you took that away and wait times are so much longer, not to mention, the design is stupid. There’s no personal space each other is up on another one.. The lines were stupidly positioned and then you decided people were stealing too much. You went back to cashiers like duh, you did not foresee that happening. So now you’ve hired the slowest cashiers it's is so painful. I do all my shopping online now. And because I do, I’m not spending as much money with Walmart like I used to because I’m no longer walking in the store looking at ooh I like that putting it in my cart I have saved so much money. I thank you for pissing me off With your every five years, let’s remodel the store so we keep the customers guessing where it is now. I love Lowe’s. Everything’s in the same place from the day it opened I can go and get exactly what I want and be on my way. Too bad Walmart doesn’t share that motto. I think Walmart motto is let’s make it as difficult as possible. Thank you for saving me so much money by your changing the stores every five years Taken away, the self checkouts after making us do our own self checkouts with no employee discount. Smooth move on your end I’m thankful I’m saving about $1700 a year I estimate compared to what I did in the last two years great job deterring customers from coming back

We went in to get some snacks since we are in town on an Air BnB. The store was clean and shelves well stocked. We were able to get everything we wanted and the prices are decent. The lines were a little long but tolerable. Several guys were on the parking lot getting carts. There was plenty of parking spaces available.

One of the worst Walmart experiences I’ve ever had frankly. I stood in the automotive section for 20 minutes, waiting for an associate to come help me get a $48 power inverter from behind a locked case, after waiting the 20 minutes, I was told that because it was 1:45 in the afternoon that they didn’t have people working in automotive that early so they had someone dual task who was across the store. Whenever I asked roughly how long it would take for someone to get there as I had already been there for 20 minutes. I was informed that they weren’t sure but it would just be a few minutes more, I had been told that about three times by the time this final gentleman came up and talked to me, so I walked out. It’s absurd, if you’re going to lock things up you need to have personnel with keys ready to assist your customers. It’s just that simple no customer or patron of your store, should have to wait 20 or 30 minutes for an associate to come let them in to get a product that they’re wanting to buy from you. I pressed the assistance button multiple times and heard it broadcasted throughout the store numerous times. This experience is unacceptable and inexcusable. If I wanted to put a pack of fuses in my pocket and walk around the store I’m sure I would have been approached faster than I was trying to get assistance from any of the 4 employees I spoke to. Use your eye in the sky cameras to proactively help customers the way you proactively try to prevent theft.

They alright, but not all that!! Store is clean for the most part and associates are helpful in a way. They got some good headphones, but I'm not paying the $16.00 for them when In the past the price was like $10. Same quality, same sound but higher price!! Now once that price drops back down to normal prices, then we can talk. But other then that they pretty straight, I don't really use cashiers I prefer self checkout, hince why I got Walmart+, scan & go makes that 10 times easier, not mention no one needs to see what your buying, not even the cashiers. They got camera's, they can see exactly every scan you do at the register. Because had a few issues in the past with associates eyeballing me at the register them had the Nerve to ask for my receipt. Like you got camera's, a phone connected to the register & your watching me but you still think I'm stealing?? Like nah bruh, because I'm disciplined unless disrespected!! But that's another discussion. Overall, the store could be better but it's useful in a way!!

I was targeted by Rhonda to check my receipt. No one else was checked. She wasn’t even at the exit door.

This location seems to be fairly busy, at least on the few occasions I've visited. Many of the main action alleys have merchandise displays and this limits mobility and makes it hard to navigate the store during high traffic times. The store personnel, the ones I've encountered, seem to speak English as a second language and struggle to communicate and even answer basic/simple questions. I stopped purchasing food or any edible items from Walmart about a year ago but still stop in from time to time to purchase non-food items on occasion but that will probably stop soon. It's worth paying more at Publix or Target to have a more pleasurable overall shopping experience. I would like to see Walmart improve their locations but I don't think their leadership truly have it as a priority and they think the only thing that matters is the lowest prices at all costs, experience and quality be damned. They're attracting the lowest common denominator on purpose.

I would like to recognize the amazing service I received from David at Walmart Pickup. When I arrived to pick up my order, David was extremely kind, professional, and helpful from the very beginning. He greeted me with a great attitude and made the whole pickup process smooth and pleasant. I had a question about an additional pillow, and instead of just giving a quick answer, he took the time to assist me properly. He made sure I got the extra pillow I needed and that everything in my order was correct and in perfect condition. What really stood out to me was his willingness to go above and beyond. He didn’t rush the interaction, he was patient, respectful, and genuinely cared about helping me. That level of customer service is not something you see every day, especially during busy pickup hours. Thanks to David, my experience was not only fast and efficient but also enjoyable. Employees like him make a big difference and represent Walmart in the best way possible. Walmart is very fortunate to have David on their Pickup team. I truly appreciate his help and outstanding customer service. Thank you again, David!
