Poor customer service at the desk. Didn't even acknowledge I was waiting to pay for some wiper blades. Stood there 10 minutes being ignored by the counter help. Seems they place more value on the phone customer, instead of the guy waiting at the desk waiting to pay therm money. Stay AWAY!

The most unfriendly experience. I walk up to the counter and the guy just looks at me. I asked him can I pay you? And he just nods then mumbles my total. Won't be back and thats a shame cause my husband is a huge car guy. Won't spend my money here.

My 2 YO Advance AGM battery wasn't holding a charge. I went in for a battery check. The lady at the counter resisted testing it. She rather rudely questioned and challenged if I had bought the battery at that store. FINALLY, she condescended to check my battery. It tested weak. She said I should take our home and charge it. I asked about my Advance guarantee and she said they replace the battery ONLY if they charge it and it then fails testing. Note: she told me they only in response to my specific request. Also note: she NEVER offered top test or for warranty. What a hostile encounter. This was unlike any I've ever had at this store like at other Advance store around the country.

Good place, the girl who attended me was very helpful and fine. She accepted me 5 old batteries and gave me in "gift card", $50 even though I didn't purchase a new battery.

I needed my battery replaced and it was done quickly. The downside was the the clinical term is obese employee who looked at me three times and said that the clerk who was waiting on another customer would help me as soon as he was done. The large employee was just standing down an aisle doing nothing while I waited. I got fast service from the second employee but was ignored by the first. Will Not return to this location.

Purchase a battery about 6 months ago unfortunately the car did start yesterday so I took the battery that has 3 year back to store #9601 Jesus tested the battery for some reason tested ok,I told him that the battery doesn't start the car and I need to move the car so could he exchange it. He said due to companyr policies he can't I had purchase another battery put it in the car the started right up he saw and understand but I have to speak with a manager.This morning went to the store to see a manager (DESTINY) First of all I would to know when did Advance auto customer service fell to this new low,she has kid running around the store like a daycare she's wearing these dirty flip flops I didn't that's how managers presented themself NO customer service skills what so ever. Jesus was so pleasant and understanding. NOW I have 2 battery and can't get a refund or exchange. I understand companyr policy but there are times where common sense is use to take of a customer.

Nothing like spending 242 dollars on a sensor, wait until next day when it comes in from a warehouse. Then find out it is not even for the make of my car , nor listed as a part for my car. Then get told it's electronic part no refunds. To sell it online...... I didn't even leave the store. Since the part looked nothing like what I had in my hand. So thier mistake is my problem.

Needed a new battery in the minivan. I didn't have a lot of time, and when I called them, they quoted me a price that included the battery, disposal of the old battery, and install of the new battery. From the time I walked in the store to when we drove away with the new battery installed it took all of 10 or 15 minutes. Excellent! I appreciated the help regarding what battery to choose, and getting the battery installed so quickly. Thanks Jeff!

Had such a great experience having my battery changed here yesterday afternoon. Joel helped me out and installed the battery for me, even though my battery is an absolute pain to get out!! And of course it started to rain as he was installing it, because it’s florida! His service was excellent and he was so friendly I had to go back in the store and buy a couple seat covers and accessories just give them more business for having such a great associate. Whatever you do make sure to keep Joel around and you’ll have a customer for life!

The manager at this store is amazing. I came in on a Sunday night b/c my battery in my tahoe went dead while I was in Orlando. She started to replace the battery when out of nowhere it started pouring rain. Rather than stopping and running back inside she kept working while I held an umbrella for her....it was raining so hard I don't think it really did anything. By the time it was done we were both soaked. She went above and beyond to help me out. Awesome Customer Service at this store.

This location really focuses on customer service, and makes sure that you have a great shopping experience. Jeff is a great wealth of knowledge, and Dylan provided above-and-beyond customer service. friendly service! I was asked by a young lady if I needed help finding anything as I entered which put me at ease. I rarely go in auto parts places so I appreciated the offer. my son needed a waterproof adhesive, which she located and then I shopped around and Mr Rojas checked me out. he helped me with a brake light for my vehicle. they were both friendly and upbeat. I recommend going to this location!

The laziest staff. I will never go to this store again. If it's not easy for them to look up, then you're not getting helped. If there is 3 employees, 2 are hiding. I needwd an older part, the boy behind the counter told me it would take too long to look up. Then just stared at me. Had another employee argue that they dont cary a spark plug that i bought from that same store earlier that year. He ended up finding the spark plugs in the back once I LOOKED IT UP MYSELF. These people have no interest in helping customers. I'll be at O'Reilly from now on.

My brake light wouldn’t turn off and I didn’t find out till about 7:15 PM so I called Pepboys where I usually go but they said they couldn’t get to me. Next I drove to Discount Tires, but they were already closed. Desperate, I went to Advanced Auto ( all were in the same block of Cypress Gardens Blvd., Winter Haven) and a young man named Jaime helped me out. He looked at my car and said he was sure he knew what to do and showed me a quick YouTube about replacing my brake light pad. So I bought the little part and went home and did it! Empowerment! Thanks to Jaime and his time at Advanced Auto!

All I needed was help with a blown fuse in my Nissan Rogue. I was told they couldn’t come look at my fuse box because it was a liability. Zero help. Didn’t seem interested in helping anyway. I went home, looked on YouTube and figured it out myself. Thanks anyway. Sure won’t be going back there.
