Paid $12 for a car wash. It got the car all soapy, the brushes started but only did up to the mirrors then stopped altogether. It didn't finish the wash, never rinsed the car and the dryers never came on. Had to pay an additional $6 just to get the car rinsed off.

No better with the rate increase. Due to the distance and height of the pay machine, it is very difficult to reach the buttons and money slot. Can only get vehicle so close, in order to prevent scratching it on the yellow guard posts. Observed several people getting out of their vehicle to access the pay machine.

Weirdest car wash I've ever been to. You drive in and the car wash moves around your car. It's fully automated. It did an OK job of washing the car. But it's the best car wash around.

Guy who runs this place is a jerk off... or at least the person my wife dealt with here. No refunds only fake coins that he claims to be one dollar worth and can be used anywhere. What a joke. Lucky I was not there.

Best no touch car wash around. The lines tend to get a little long but sometimes you have to be patient when you're too lazy to wash your own car.

While in the car wash the track broke hit the ground we were stuck in the car wash.. My boyfriend forced the brushes back to be able to get my car out. I've called the number on the door e time and still no call back of the damage done to my car and my refund.

Ran the ole family truckster through after a long several states trip. It got all the dirt off but some hard to remove small spots were still there, as I suspected. Price was good 👍

Horrible. Only giving one star because it makes me rate it. Used the touchless car wash, paid $10 and it half-@$$ed spray soap on my vehicle and stayed and the back spraying. Never rinsed or anything. Sign told me to exit and I had to drive through the dryers and dry all the soap all over my car. Now I'm forced to wash my car which I was hoping not to have to do. UGH!!! I'm sure I'll get nowhere with the owner but I'll call and complain anyway.

They accept cash. But be careful you get funny money "tokens" as change. Of course there is no one on premise to get real American dollars if you're upset so enjoy your monopoly money.

Super expensive the time doesn't match up with what it says, in brandon i can do all the setting in 10 minutes here I get to do 6 of the 9 setting in 10 minutes while rushing EVERY single one. Something is off here I recommend no ONE to come and use this self wash or any other one. This place is off by miles and ive used plenty of these self or automated washes before. Dont waste your money and do it yourself. Also the coins you get are very very weird and seems to me like they only work here. Scae your money and go elsewhere or do it at home.

Went to detail my car and clean it, the amount paid to use the self service wash is okay but the time is not worth it. And the automatic carwash is to over priced when $12 is the best you can go and it only wash it like the $8 only so what's the difference. No under carriage wash or nothing. Clean area but something's need to be worth the money spent. Good area though

I like coming here to wash my rental vehicles. I rent from U-Haul every so often and I also prefer to drive clean vehicles that I'm given so this is my go to location where you can manually wash your vehicles that won't leave scratches like automated brushes. I really like detailing and live in an apartment building so I have to use public car washes and the Auto Spa is the best car wash in Winter Haven. They also have automated bays as well. I never used their vacuums so I don't know how good they are. The average price going with each chemical and time to apply them and the rinsing for a truck or van is $10-$13. It takes a good 10-13 minutes to wash trucks and vans.
