Worst run circle k I ever been to at lunch time. One girl on register and one on floor. The girl on the floor should have went stop and help when the line got to 7 people not keep doing what you're doing and wait till there's 15 people in line. I seen it Monday and Friday the only two times I went in this week. You have 2 employee behind the counter at noon time. The store should want the customers out the door as fast possible so more can in.

Jacelyne I think that's her name.. at cashier , black young lady , long hair or wig , overweight, was EXTREMELY rude to me when I asked if she could help me on showing me how to play the lottery as I never did it before. Thanks to William her Co-worker , I could play. I don't know why she treated me so bad , since I was kind to her. Thank you William! If I win , I will give you some thousands 🤝 :) And to you , rude lady , see in the picture below what you get. Watch out ... Someday u can treat bad the wrong person..... and regret , I know someone that lost car because of a angry costumer ... but luckily I'm sweetheart . No criminal history.

Been coming here for about 7 years now. This store has been some kind of freak show for the several past years. And has been going downhill for as long. But today was my worst shopping there ever. First, theres a sign on the counter saying that the register is for lotto, ebt and cash back only. Shes rudely directing those waiting in line, to the self checkout keyosk, even if they are getting alcohol, and again rudely telling them how to use it if they get stuck. The cashier, who is busy eating and chomping down food like some kind of horse between customers, asks me if I was getting lotto, and if I wasn't to use the keyosk. I said I was. I get to the register and start my order with, 2 packs of camel menthol, she stops me and says, I thought you said you was getting lotto? I am. She rings the lotto, cigarettes, and alcohol up, puts them in a bag. It wasn't till I got home that I saw she gave me the wrong lotto tickets. Either the wrong ones are labeled on the display, on the rack, or she just flat out gave me the wrong ones on purpose. Very rude, very short with people like she's pissed she's got customers. Today was the last time I go to that store. I'll drive down to the other ends of CGB to 7-11 or wawa before I back there again. Cashier- Shanice W

I was here a few weeks ago after 5:30. If I'm late and need an Uber ride I will stop here just to get breakfast. I had to contact the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services to report that they milk on the shelf from March. This place doesn't care about having fresh dairy products on the store shelf. Since this milk was spoiled months ago. The employees don't bother to check for product rotation nor bother to inspect for or remove anything past the sell by date. Nobody is going to care if you buy a product past the sell by date if you get sick from after you purchase it.

Lately, very dirty inside, especially fountain area. Some staff very friendly, yet others are rude and unprofessional. But, they do have the cheapest drinks around.

The lady that works the right now this shift right now old lady brown hair most horrible customer service I ever had in my life. She’s very rude. They need to find somebody better. I’m gonna stop coming. I’m gonna tell my friends to stop coming.

If you need something quickly, then by all means this place has a cool machine inside that is self service. Besides that the customer service here is trash and the workers are very disrespectful. I literally came in today and there was one person in use of the automatic machine, so I had to wait in line instead of the worker who was behind the register asking me if I needed help or checking me out, especially when I only have one item in hand she literally ignored me didn’t greet me as I just waited my turn to use the automatic machine. What is the point of having workers if they don’t work or do anything?

The employee sent us to self pay, he was doing nothing, the machines for ice drinks didnt have co2, no nacho cheese, no chilli, so far the worst i have been in all the ones I visited

This store needs a refresh for sure. It's absolutely ridiculous. Every time you stop here to get a fountain drink which I get Powerade. It's always broken down. For someone that works outside all the time and relies on this place. It's very disappointing when you stop and nothing's working.

Yes, I went to the store Friday night. It was at actually early Saturday morning at 1:45 AM. The worker was just over there making himself a cup of coffee while the store was a complete mess all the cups were out so I couldn’t get a soda and half of the sodas were out. The guy said give me a minute. I’ll go back and get some cups. It took him at least five minutes to come back out with them and the store was a complete mess. The store is going downhill from what it used to be. It’s kind of disappointing.

I like this store. Clean and friendly. The late-night shift is the best. The bathrooms are clean and stock! Always busy but still fast to check out.

Beware they scam people...Charged me more that i actually purchased...and no it's not a temporary hold. They charged my credit card almost $15 more than I actually bought. Currently disputing with my bank.

This location has definitely went down hill. Tried to pay with $5 in quarters for gas and the cashier yelled at me. I would have went to the self service but it was card only. I even started off with I'm so sorry but she wasnt having it. I admit I ended up cussing at her after she yelled but I wasn't gonna be talked to like that over some change. Aug 25th around 620pm older looking lady.

12/23/2023 Christmas 🎄time and people need to be nice. As I made a mistake to stop at this Circle K for gas ⛽️ . The woman at cashier was on the phone 📱. Took her few minute to process my card as I was looking at her continuing talking on phone and I was waiting for my receipt. She called me weirdo and I told her to get off the phone and take care your customers. She must be the manager. At 8:45 am with aggravation on Christmas time. It’s not a first time this woman is rude to customers. I was the only customer in the store and I guess I was bothering her, when she was on the phone. The cashier today didn’t like my comment when I told her that my credit card is good and she was saying “we don’t take your card” “Oh, yes you do” . And keep looking at me with evil eyes and I did the same back at her lol.
