Racially profiled today, which is unfortunate. I will not be shopping at this location again. I’d rather travel to West Lafayette, instead. The least staff could have done was to apologize once they saw all of my items had been scanned. Instead, 3 associates had to come to my self-checkout lane as one rummaged through my already scanned groceries, just embarrassing.

I prefer going to the other Walmart this one’s pretty ghetto. I got two pairs of jeans from them and as I was cashing out, they said the jeans weren’t on sale even though they were in the clearance section and it said they were on sale on the tag. The lady that helped me was nice, but I believe it was the manager who came over and said the jeans weren’t on sale because it’s pant season and the jeans are full price someone just switched the tags but the problem with that it was a whole rack on both sides of them on Clarence with some Levi shorts so you’re telling me someone went through and switch tags for almost 20 pairs of jeans but didn’t buy any of them let’s be for real so I’m assuming someone messed up I will definitely be going to Meijer from now on at least there they give points and the tag is what it is. They don’t get change their mind at the register.

I arrived early enough to do a little bit of shopping, picking up a few nibbles and some water for the Sprinter van. And then, because this Walmart Supercenter tolerates overnight parking, I took a spot on the side opposite the auto center as it's furthest away from the roadway. Easy and mostly quiet. The store is in good condition. I thought it was well stocked, my checkout was quick and the restrooms were okay. Definitely a better than average Walmart.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The Walmart on Commerce Park Drive is always clean, well-organized, and convenient. The staff are friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure customers find what they need. The store is well-stocked with a great variety of groceries, household items, and everyday essentials. Checkout is usually quick and easy, and the overall shopping experience is smooth every time I visit. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for good service and a reliable place to shop.

Store was busy. Some of the aisles needed attention but overall store was clean. Was able to find everything I needed. Employees were friendly and helpful.

This Walmart is always busy and usually has fairly friendly staff although I can definitely say that the staff at other Walmarts I've been to tend to be more cheerful and friendly. Pretty good overall.

Stopped here to use their charging stations. Hate that rideshare users from IND airport to Lafayette NEVER tip so the ride generally worthless. It’s 2hrs of driving so $10-$20 tip is expected!

They stocked product on the shelf that wasn't allowed to be sold yet but there was no signs on the shelf. Waited for 30 min to talk to a manager. John finally showed up and all he could say is there not for sale. Showed him the attached picture and he didn't care and had an attitude about it and just grabbed the product and walked away. I asked for his name and he wouldn't tell me. Never apologized like all manager training says you should. And he didn't care it was on the shelf either. I was a manager at Menards for 10 years and this is not how you treat someone when the store makes a mistake. I would love to give a 5 star to the cashier as he was really nice and told his supervisor to call for a manager cause John never came the first or second time they payed for him. I hope someone from Walmart sees this and makes John do more training. Just cause there a huge company doesn't mean they can treat customers bad when they made a mistake.

I appreciate the care the delivery driver had for the gift going to my cousin yesterday. There was a family emergency and I needed the gift to be cancelled. I was able to call the driver who was literally a minute away. She answered and cancelled the item for me. Thank you Walmart for allowing us to speak to the driver and a special thanks to the driver who answered and returned the gift for me. You helped in a sad situation.

Good place for groceries and variety. They don't take tap payments, so take your physical card with you. Sometimes it's difficult to track prices and shelves can be messy, but it's a good place to find everything. And prices are more affordable than other stores, but on certain categories. So keep reference prices from other places and then decide if it's better.

I got everything on my list. It was in and out fast. There were several assisted lines open so the checkout time was fast. Over all, a good experience.

pretty rude and offputting staff. Had to retrieve a card from my car, but I didn’t want my items to go away, so I attempted to get the attention of a heavyset employee with a brown shirt. Took me multiple attempts as he blatantly ignored me and continue talking to other coworkers who were screaming, swear words. After I finally got his attention to inform him, he waved his arm off and had a mug faced completely ignoring me. Will not shop at this particular Walmart for a little while.

Good shopping trip other than the fact I had to wait 17 minutes for deli meat to be sliced. I was the only customer at the counter! 2 people were there, 17 minutes! absolutely crazy

The management does not care about customer service, however, they love getting their bonuses and profit sharing. When it comes being handicapped or disabled, they never have enough of the motorized carts, because over half are broken down, and they say that walmart cannot afford to go out and buy any. They have taken away 90% of the benches for elderly handicapped disabled or just someone that wants to sit down and take a break at the front of the store. I call customer service and make complaints. And i'm never hear back from anyone

If I could give 0 stars I would! Buyer beware, I had my oil changed at Walmart the techs failed to to put an oil filter and oil in my car causing my engine to seize. I had to go out and buy a new car. I’ve been dealing with the claims adjuster doing everything they asked. Even paid for the tow to get it inspected at their request. An independent shop says engine failed due to no oil in the motor. Walmarts claim adjuster told me they won’t pay out because it’s no evidence that the missing filter cause the engine to seize. What!! That’s fine, I’ll be seeing Walmart in court!

Truckers, be aware, don't park on this lot because they will boot you and charge over $1000 to get it removed. Private property and a predatory towing company. Lafayette police and Walmart are completely fine with them overcharging.

The outdoor section is very disappointing. All plants are dying due to not being watered. Don't sell plants if you can't take care of them properly before they're sold.

Consistently don't have what I'm looking for, multiple times it's gone and they "don't get them very often." That in and of itself is not necessarily deserving of the 1 star, but the attitude that comes along with me asking is. It's like nobody likes working there.

To whom it may concern, which is clearly no one who cares about dignity or respect, I am writing this from a place of sheer anger and humiliation after my recent visit to your Commerce Dr. Walmart. My previous review focused on the general incompetence, but my most recent experience crossed a line into outright discrimination. My sister and I were in the final steps of paying for our items at the self-checkout. We had scanned our items, our bags were in the cart, and we were literally about to insert our card to complete the payment. At that exact moment, a "Loss Prevention" employee approached us. They did not approach anyone else in the surrounding self-checkout stations. They singled out my sister and me. They immediately demanded to check our bags and our receipt, treating us like criminals before we had even finished the transaction. We were racially profiled, plain and simple. Before we could even process this humiliation, the employee then took our scanned items and began aggressively re-scanning them on the machine we were using, as if our own scanning was inherently suspicious. They watched us like hawks, creating a scene and making us feel like we had done something wrong simply for existing in that store. We had not even left the checkout area, let alone the store. This was not "security." This was a targeted act of harassment. The entire store is a post-apocalyptic landscape of spilled dreams and absent employees, yet the one time staff miraculously appears is to racially profile two shoppers who were actively trying to give you money. This establishment is not merely incompetent; it is hostile and discriminatory. It is a place where customers are presumed guilty based on their skin tone. The profound disrespect and the stain of being publicly accused like that is something we will not forget. If I could rate this experience a negative number of stars, I would. Since that is not an option, this one star is a mark of shame on your store. It represents the one moment your staff decided to engage, not to help, but to harm. We will never return, and we will be sharing this experience far and wide. You have lost customers for life.
