Oil dripping after the service... See pictures.... Had a bad experience there. I took my car for oil change on Sep 10, 2017. Lately, I notice that the oil is dripping on the floor. I spoke to manager there Shawn. Since I am out of state they don't do anything to address this poor labor. I took my car to a nearby service center and they found both the drain plug and oil filter was loose that the oil was dripping and fixed it for free. They wanted you guys to know about this too. Funny that Shawn says that the car might not have made this far if it dripping. BAD SERVICE and BAD issue handling

Overall, was a decent experience. I liked how I didn't have to get out of my car. I went in with a 15-dollar-off coupon, which I was allowed to keep for reuse as many times as I wanted, up to the expiration date. I don't think I would of thought of this place as an option for an oil change without the coupon because it sits pretty far off the road behind a rash of trees, so the visibility is extremely poor and I was a bit unsure as to how to get to it, the road it sits on stretches back and around so it's not immediately apparent. The location is no fault of anyone who works there, I'm just saying it's easy to miss. The only thing I didn't really like was how one of the mechanics came in my passenger-side door and took my glove compartment and unhinged it without asking if that was okay. When the glove compartment was dangling off the hinges, he reached up and pulled out a filter that had bits of leaves, twigs, and other debris caught in the folds of the filter. He explained that the filter basically filtered the air from the AC/heat and told me how much it would cost to replace. When I told him I couldn't really afford to replace it, he stuck the filter back up in the car without at least shaking the twigs and leaves out of it as a courtesy, it would of taken three seconds just to shake all the debris loose but he just put it back up there, twigs and all. The mechanics seemed knowledgeable and pointed out certain things on my car that might need replacing, and offered some sort of engine cleaning service they could do at a cost. It didn't feel like they were pressuring me, it seemed like they just wanted me to know about all of the services they provide. They even checked the brake lights/turn signals/brights which was cool. As far as time goes, it was probably the quickest oil change I've ever had. In terms of cost, they are almost exactly the same as Wal-Mart, but the coupon definitely made it cheaper. I have other vehiches so it was nice they let me keep the coupon for re-use. I will most likely switch from Wal-Mart to Oil Changers for future services, and I do recommend trying this place if you haven't done so yet. Like I said, it's a bit hidden out of the way but once you find it, it's worth it. 4/5

Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Went in for oil change way over priced. They were very polite which is why it's a 1 star. They Took my glove box out to check my cabin filter and it's still sitting on my floorboard. Didn't reset my oil percentage like most other places do. Then it's oh well we charge 109 dollars just to turn a plug drain transmission fluid and refill it. Um yeah no thanks. Out of all places I've ever gotten an oil change I'd never go back here. They kept wanting to add more and more and more. I understand mine is high mileage so it does cost a lil more but 90 dollars? That's ridiculous.
