Well worth it. Our service person was so helpful and truly knew her job well. We had been traveling so our car was pretty dirty. She let us go through again and did a bug brush on our bumper and windshield. When we pass through town again I know where we will go to wash the car. Thank you!

Basic car wash is now $10.00, but it's the best automatic I've ever experienced. The bug soak gate is just what I needed and it's great! I purchased a 4 pack of gift cards for the price of 3 at a warehouse club so the cost will be more palatable to this cheapskate. ;)

I went to the self-serve Bay. One was open. The other was closed. It is supposed to be $5 for 10 minutes. The staff is very friendly. The equipment looks new and well-maintained. High pressure detergent has a good pressure and washes off most dirt. Clear coat protectant is the same as wax and it really actually comes out. I'm surprised because most car washes don't have anything but water. The foam brush has lots of foam and works well. It looks like they only take credit cards.

Used the self service bay today and even pre rinsed the brush still scratched my car very badly also the bay doesn’t have a dryer and this locations water is so hard my car has mineral spots all over terrible experience

The car wash is fine, but the fact that they have been charging my car for four months and the lady told me that the pass was paid by month not auto pay I don’t live near any crew car washes. I was just out there working for a month so I got the pass being charged months after is insane.

Carwash broke off my rear windshield wiper, so I filed a claim with the manager. I asked if we should remove the wiper so it didn’t scratch my back hatch.l, as it was sharp and jagged. He told me not to remove it. I went in for a second wash, told them to secure the wiper and they claimed they did, but they did not. The wiper was ripped off in the wash and slammed into my bumper when it flew off causing a large scratch. Also The wiper did in fact scratch my back hatch near the window from flipping around. I contacted customer service and they agreed to buy a new wiper but refused to repair paint damages that their negligence caused. I’ve been a member for about two years, hundreds of dollars yearly and they won’t take responsibility for the damages they caused.

I had driven 5000 miles in 10 days through desolate highways covered in bugs in the midwest. This wash did an amazing job, but due to the layers of bugs that had accumulated, some had still remained on. They allowed me to go though the wash again to ensure my car was clean. Very friendly staff and would recommend to anyone.

The wash clothes are never cleaned, and they are black. No wonder my car is scratched so bad. Also the manager is not doing anything about the damage. Update: the cooperation sent me an official response of NOT reimbursing me for the damage. I'm currently waiting for a court date for small claims settlement.

I will start off by saying the customer service was wonderful - very friendly and quick. I am extremely disappointed in the fact that I paid $29 and my vehicle came out with streaks all over the windows and did not get clean. This is not a laser wash, this has the swishy fabric things that somewhat swish around your vehicle and don't do much for actual cleaning. I will not be using this place again and will now have to spend additional money to reclean my vehicle. Highly recommend going somewhere else for a better cleaning experience.

A bad costly experience and poor quality washes caused me to leave. We don't live on a gravel road. After one wash I have dirty drops if I don't hand dry, as well, my '23 Explorer back window never looks clean. Recently my FORD grill emblem ripped out while in the wash. We got it back, slightly damaged. My car is pristine. I wash at least once a week, often going thru twice, I had the Ultimate package. I would always find pieces of the "brush fabric" on my car on any place that may "catch"...the EXPLORER letters, side view mirror area (tried to always fold when I went thru after that). I finally cancelled my membership due to to the emblem rip out. Which ultimately cost me $250.00 to buy a new part and clips, plus the install which involves nearly taking the front grill off. SUPER ANNOYING!

I’m actually just so disappointed. I used to come here all the time, and now they have changed their process and wash around, and it SUCKS. First of all, it cost me nearly $25. It lasts maybe 45 seconds total, and I came out of the wash and it literally didn’t get any of the bugs off the grill or my mirrors. It looked like I didn’t even get a wash. Just super disappointed, will be finding a new wash. If you’re going to charge more, do better.

I have a membership and have visited Crew several times. I was getting a good car wash and could go once a week if I wanted. A few days later I discovered swirled marks (scratches) on the lower part of driver and passenger doors. I took it in they sent pictures to their main office. Then was told no one else reported damage to their car that day. Here is the problem; I did not notice the scratches until the sun hit my car just right. You have to inspect your car before you drive off. So, if your car gets scratched be ready for a automated email that says "no one else complained so it did not happen". Very disappointed so easy for Crew to take no responsibility. Even if someone did have damage to their car they just say no one else complained. If you see swirl marks on your car especially down low chances are it was the car wash. But you will have to buff it out or go to a body shop. If I could cancel my membership I would but I will not even get a partial refund. I hope I get this response, "Please feel free to contact our Support team so we can help answer any questions you may have regarding your vehicle". Such automated responses.

I went through today knowing my car was filthy due to where I work. Semis, hog haulers and dump truck pass my corner lot daily and always get my car filthy (it’s unfortunately unavoidable.) When I pulled up, a team lead approached my car and reminded me of free re-washes if all the spots couldn’t come off. As I went through the wash another employee followed my car through to wash to ensure it to be clean and met me at the end, asking me to go through again so my car could be perfectly clean. When I started my second time through again, I was met with the same team lead who told me some extra steps to help get the rest of the grime off (mopping the front end and wind shield). I didn’t have intentions of doing a second wash because I knew my car was gross and just wanted to majority off and would come back again another day. I really appreciate the team working to ensure my car was completely clean before they sent me on my way. I’ve been a long time customer and still intend to return. This was just a cherry on top of such quality service.

This was my first time at this Crew Carwash location. It’s easy to find. The staff members were friendly and the wash did a good job. I liked that the vacuum bay that I used had a hose on both sides, although one of them didn’t have good suction. It was a good experience overall.

Went through on Wednesday December 3rd with my truck. They had to stop the line for some reason, which happens I understand, but the equipment did not stop. The brushes beat against my driver and passenger side doors in the same spot waiting on them to start the line back up. When I exited the carwash I got out and examined and sure enough there were scratches all up down the location I was stopped at. I went over to show the employee and manager who were both apologetic and understanding. They helped file a claim and told me customer service would reach out in 5 business days or so. Monday I got an email saying basically they reviewed the incident and believe they are not at fault. Called them the next day to get more info and the person who answered was extremely rude and kept saying the same 3 talking points over and over reassuring me that it’s impossible the brushes did that and that no one else from that day has complained. I told him no one may have got stuck in the same spot I was in and that if you truly did review the video footage you would see the spot the brushes were stuck in is the exact location of all the scratches. The rep still insisted that it was not them and it was impossible for the equipment to do that. After a tireless back and forth I finally hung up in frustration. I understand they probably have people everyday try to blame stuff on them but this truly was their fault and to take no responsibility is highly disappointing. I cancelled my monthly membership and will never be returning to a crew wash again. Be warned if you go they will not take responsibility.
