Kevin and his entire crew at Carbon Elite are top notch at all of their detailing services. I've been bringing my car there since more than a year ago, for ceramic coating and frequent maintence washes. The black paint on my car always appears super dirty from doing a lot of daily driving, but seeing it clean is absolutely rewarding. At the price point, you are getting so much value for your dollar if you care about your car as much as I do. They are real car guys that will go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is perfect everytime. Their attitude and service is amazing, and even the little things like communication is very prompt. Because they are so amazing at what they do, you might want to wait a bit to schedule a wash or other services as they do have busy times. These guys work past midnight so often to get things done for their customers without sacrificing perfection! I will keep bringing my vehicles to them, and so will all of the customers that I have referred to them.

This is my first time using Carbon Elite. I was looking to support a small business and I couldn't be more pleased. I did an interior detail. This car did a 30 day camping tour of Lake Michigan and moved 2 households in the last 4 months. The inside was so bad! Now, My car looks brand new inside! I already scheduled an exterior detail for next week. Prices are good, customer service was fantastic! I definitely recommend this business with a 5 star rating.

This was my first time getting my car detailed. They were able to get all the dog hair out and we’re made my car look brand new! Booked an interior detail. Amazing service, including a ride back home and delivery of the car back when they were done. It took them a while but the results are AMAZING. Interior looks like new. All the sand and sticky kid marks removed. No gloopy shiney finishes, no overly perfumed products, just an OEM production line clean interior.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Second time brining my Lambo to Kevin and his team. I just have to share Kevin’s customer service is phenomenal. He was also able to get my wife’s Jeep done too and they did an amazing job!!! I had my lambo fully ceramic coated and put away for winter. I’ll definitely keep brining my cars there.

I can’t think of anyone better in the Indiana region to work on my car. Kevin and his team put their utmost attention to detail. They scrutinise every single part of the car and ensure that even the parts you don’t see are clean (that’s true - I saw it myself when they did it). Their prices are reasonable and their work is done at a decent rate. Besides that, Kevin and his team (Angel and John) are always happy to chat with their customers and provide the best service that they can do. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jan. 2023: Professional in top 1% percentile! I'm always scared on my 34 years old Mazda since all interior pieces are crazily fragile, I don't even trust myself in touching any of those; but these guys did a fantastic job on cleaning everything! You can entrust them with any car that you have. Again, professionals are professionals! This isn't just any detailing shop. This is a group of skilled people doing a show off on what they are capable of when it comes to what they love. After the complete detailing for the interior and the exterior, I even felt stepping into my own car has become a sin, since I'm just too dirty compared to what is in front of me. The amount of passion, effort and professionalism these people put into their work is simply amazing. And I am certain that I can entrust my RX7 to these guys for the quality of their job. Indeed a fantastic experience, and will come back again and again. This is the top 1% of the pyramid in detailing in this area for sure.

I Got my CT4-V cleaned by Carbon Elite, and I can't say enough good things about them and the employees. Kevin was super easy to work with and extremely flexible when it came to booking my detail. I asked him to also detail the interior last minute and he was able to work it in. They paid attention to every detail and left no corner untouched. No questions asked the car looked better then it did coming off the lot. They really went the extra mile to make my car look its absolute best, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

Best service in town. Kevin and his team took great care of both my car and me. I spilled biryani all over my seat tracks and could only book an appointment for 2 days after, but Kevin offered to squeeze me in on the same day and got my car looking and smelling like new. As an international student, good reputation is alway what i am looking for when I am visiting businesses, and Carbon elite has definitely earn it. Great quality and great crew.
