It’s Walmart. In a plaza that has an almost $ store. Trampoline park Xfinity. Beauty care store and so much more. It’s Walmart. It’s messy but the lighting is good and selection is good for just about everything They have food groceries. No fresh meat or deli so everything is frozen. They have dairy sections and they are in coolers behind glass Health and beauty sections. Housewares tire shop ( very helpful). Car center electronics Clothing baby care. Dishes. Etc. Basic things all Walmarts have. Long lines 15 registers where only 1 or 2 are open. And 8 self checkouts.

This wartmart is so unprofessional i took my car battery because it wasn't working properly i was told to leave it for an hr to be tested in order to get another one back at 3:30 pm on dec4 i waited for more than 3 hrs when he (Robert) come out and said it would need to b tested again to leave my info so he would call when it was done so he called 2 hrs later at 8pm saying that the batterry needed further testing anyway he never called back so i went to the store to find my batterry with a receipt with my info on a shopping cart Good Job!👎

I always love going to Walmart to watch the Goofy people. Something about Walmart brings off the weird in a lot of people. Just watch the videos online and you'll see what I mean. Anyway, fair prices

Good prices, good product selection, centralized location, but they need to do something about people parking in the fire lanes all the time and the homeless/panhandlers/beggars outside the doors many times. Store could use a facelift and makeover…

Not too much of a variety. Also they don’t have plenty of really small or really large sizes. The cashiers were very slow. They charge $.10 for each plastic bag. There is no frozen food or supermarket food at this Walmart.

Cashiers are usually friendly, the store is kind of clean, half of associates know the answer when asked about the location of items and the deals are generally good, especially if you buy in bulk. This store has a nails place. There is a Subway too but this makes the entire store very smelly.

Employees with the food carts are terrible. No respect for normal shoppers. Close to hitting my wife several times with their cart. Update: why does Walmart allow people to have a dog on a lease, walking around in the store, peeing on the floor in the food isle? I understand service dogs, but do not bring your dog into a food store to piss where we shop. How disrespectful are you!

Store staff always friendly but shelves aren't always stocked and the selection for the frozen and cooler section is minimal. And no fresh fruit. But they have parking lot security as well as store. And vibrant helpful employees

I scheduled an oil change for 11:30. It took until noon to finally check in. Then i waited until 2pm before taking my keys and leaving without the oil change even happening. Waste of 2.5 hours of my life. Who knows how much longer I would have been waiting there for.

I used to go to the southington Walmart when I lived in southington but have since moved to Wolcott and the Waterbury Walmart is closer. The difference is unbelievable. Cashier lines in Waterbury are always opened usually five or six of them with friendly talkative helpful cashiers who will bag for you and double bag if necessary. Cashiers in southington are grumpy and refuse to bag for you. I also find the customers in Waterbury to be much friendlier and helpful to each other than in southington. I usually find just what I'm looking for and in the place the app says it is unlike southington that is often out of things I need. Plus in Waterbury I can use my phone store app because they have decent Wi-Fi service unlike southington.

I was visiting CT. from FL. and stopped off at Walmart to buy stuff for a graduation party. Not one plastic or paper bag on site! Why have the bag holders if you're not going to supply the bags? We had to place all our items back in the cart because I knew that employee was NOT going to come out from behind that register to do it! Why not get the app with a scanner like your sister/brother store?!? Or at least have a cashier assistant/packer like Costco.

Had tires and oil change done. Price was good and they did a good job. They asked us to make an appointment to come in. We dropped the car off and we got a message when it was ready. Great service and amazing price.
