The pharmacy hours were changed without warning, with no message online or on the phone that the pharmacy is now closed on weekends. NOTHING. I called to check the status of my prescriptions—and the message said the pharmacy was open until 6pm. No it wasn’t. I drove there, and the pharmacy was closed. I actually needed those prescriptions, and have to wait until tomorrow to get them. I’m the future, please consider alerting customers online and on the phone. Thank you. A FORMER Walgreens customer.

First experience with this walgreens location was a miss for me. I ordered photo prints and showed up to get them after the availability time frame and they weren't printed. Luckily for me the manager had them printed quick. they were able to be printed in just a few minutes. This could have been avoided with better attention on the associates part who i saw coming from the back with beverages in her hand.

I had my doctor send my prescription to Walgreens a week ago they call on a Wednesday saying they are working on it. Friday I get a recording it will be available Saturday. I go there on Monday and they said they have to reorder it. It’s Wednesday night now and now they are telling me they have no prescription. Now I get Hum? I am not finding your order please check with you r doctor. My medication can’t go five days off without complications! I wouldn’t be here at Walgreens if Rite aid wasn’t shut done. I can’t even give Walgreens a one star! Now I have to call the doctor office to re send prescription and wait for Walgreens to reorder and my medication will be all messed up. WTH!!!! Plus now insurance will be messed up. This is not how a pharmacy should run a business

I have changed from walgreens pharmacy to a different company due to lack of staffing. I have contacted walgreens pharmacy 3 times now to remove me from auto refill status. I continue to get auto refills from walgreens which rejects my prescriptions at my preferred pharmacy. Luckily my medication is not life threatening. Walgreens, please look into your customer service short comings.

Never a problem when I go to the Walgreens in Pennsylvania avenue. Most workers are pretty nice especially the worker named Christina. Always positive attitude even when you have rude snappy customers come in. Usually a clean store, not always perfect but it happens.

My doctor filled my prescription and sent it over Friday afternoon. I chose this pharmacy specifically because their hours on Google stated they would be open until 10:00pm. When I sent someone to pick up my prescription around 7:00pm, they were unable to pick it up because there wasn’t a pharmacist on at that time. The staff then told the person I sent that their hours had changed due to being short on staff. I understand being short-staffed at a time like this. What I don’t understand is not changing your Google hours accordingly. I was then unable to change my script to a different pharmacy because my doctor’s office was closed by this time. So now it’s Friday evening, the pharmacy AND my doctor’s office are closed until Monday, and I am unable to get my medication. I had run out of my medication and NEEDED it this past weekend. This makes me concerned for people who need daily medication to live. Shame on you. Change your hours.

Absolutely amazing customer service. Put a large canvas order in and for same day and it was done in a hour, they were done perfectly as well! I have ordered from many other local Walgreens and have never EVER had same days done that quickly and many times they looked rushed and sloppy. In fact the only reason I placed this order at this Walgreens (which is further from my home) is because the one I normally use waited 24 hours after placing mg order to tell me they couldn’t fill it (so much for same day service from them)… but When I arrived to the store I was greeted with a smiling face even though the store was a half hour away from closing, customer service was fast and friendly. I am a working local photographer so I am very frequently filling orders and Because of this experience I will now be using this Walgreens as my number one photo center even though it is more out of the way then other Walgreens they won me over for sure!

The rudest employees are employed at this pharmacy. I was treated horribly by the staff, lied to by 4 employees and they refused my refills. I will never forget how abysmally u treated me. CVS says a big TY for the business!!! I'm amazed at how much better they treated me at CVS. Please don't get rxs here!

I ordered two identical photo books and selected same day printing because they were for out of country guests who were leaving the next day. The books were of everything they did while in the US and couldn’t be designed until their events were done. Went to the store to pick them up and 3 cashiers were standing around talking with one other customer in the store. When I asked for my photo books, one man told me the printer was down and asked for someone to help. He was semi rude about it and the lady came over and rudely told me the estimated pick up time isn’t accurate, especially if I submitted it the same day. However, the option I selected was for same day printing. She told me she had things to do before closing but she would try to get them done. I looked at my watch to see how much time before close and she gave me attitude about wanting to check her watch also. She said she tried to reset it but who knows if she actually did. Then basically told me she didn’t know what to tell me other than come back the next day. I get it, if the equipment doesn’t work then she can’t help that but she was so rude about it. I chose to walk away instead of saying anything rude. She continued to be rude even as I walked away. Why have an option for same day if it’s not possible? It’s no wonder the store was almost completely if they treat all their customers that way. This is the second time this has happened and I will not use Walgreens photo service again, possibly not at all.

Just a heads up, a worker is scanning everyones receipts with the fetch app for points. I went to scan my receipt for my prescriptions just now and it says it was already scanned. That bothers me

I came to pickup medication up around 1:20 p.m. on August 6, 2025 and was told by a young maybe Chinese girl/guy that they did not receive my prescription. I went back to my doctors office to let them know and they informed me that they most certainly did receive it and it was accepted at 1:13 p.m.. If they didn't want to fill it because they were going on lunch at 1:30 p.m. they could have just said that instead of lying to me If that is one thing I can not stand is a LIAR! Its bad business and this person should not be working the pick up/drop off counter if they don’t know how to do their job and/or can’t be honest with customers.

I always find the store and pharmacy staff helpful, but today, an employee named Jackie, blew me away. After leaving Walgreens, I noticed that a not inexpensive pin was no longer on my sweater. I searched my car, my office and then headed back to Walgreens, the only other place I'd been, to see if I might get lucky and find it in the parking lot or in the store. I retraced my steps to no avail, and then asked Jackie if someone might have turned it in. "I have it!", she replied with a smile. Jackie could easily have sold the pin for money, or worn it herself or any number of things a person of lesser character might have done in this situation, but she didn't. Instead, she made my day and proved that people of integrity exist in every corner of our lives. All we have to do is look. Thank you, Jackie. I hope Walgreens appreciates the person you are.

So I had a prescription put in on Friday and they didn’t have the brand I get so they told me that they would get the brand in Monday. That didn’t come in so finally on Tuesday it comes in and they tell me I need to come back later as there are to many people in front of me! I’ve been waiting until Friday! How many people are in front of me!? I’ve never had any issues with them but it looks like they have new people working. They don’t care!

The pharmacy team is great! They are helpful. informative and courteous. They work very hard to accommodate the customers needs. Chris the manager has helped me more than once above and beyond the call of duty. He is awesome. I read some of the comments here and they just don't make sense. This store was never opened until 10pm but they are open Saturday and Sunday so the lady that said she could not get her prescription Friday night could get it Saturday morning. The other comment about Walgreens vs CVS is ridiculous! CVS stopped accepting Medicare for prescriptions about 5yrs ago and when their business slowed they closed 3 stores in the area. CVS was extremely impersonal and never went the distance like Walgreens! I highly recommend this company for all of your needs

Terrible photo quality, the staff knows their equipment needs maintenance, and blames Walgreen corporate for the lack of the maintenance. What a hassle, go elsewhere if you care about your photo quality.

Chris went above & beyond to help me not only get the best possible price, along with ordering new inventory for my medication asap.
