Change machine stole $5.00 from me. I called attendant later in the day and he took my information to supposedly send my refund. Never saw my $ again. It's the principal of the matter and poor business ethics. Parking lot is so full of pot holes it will probably damage your vehicle. Avoid the place.

The prices charged need to match the charges posted on the side of the building. The posted charge for an express wash is $8. The actual charge is $12. Other than that I got a good car wash.

Selected the “Big Show” drive thru car wash for $11. I drove in, it sprayed soap all over as the presoak and then immediately after told me to exit. Skipped all of the other steps. Didn’t even rinse the soap off. Then we had to pay another $3.50 to rinse our car off ourselves in one of the self serve bays.

The touchless car wash left my car untouched on the back. It says dirty as it was before I went through. The sides aren't much better and there's no dryer.

Used to love this car wash until today. While pulling into the entrance, their snow plow driver almost drove into me then proceeded to yell ""*** you" and "go f*** yourself" at me while another employee watched and did nothing but shrug his shoulders. I've been bringing my vehicles here and recommending this place to friends and family for ten years. They just lost my business.

Yesterday your credit card machine double charged me for the $5 car wash. I got charged $10 instead. This happened another time in the past. I would like to somehow be compensated. If not, I will never return and tell all my family and friends how you overcharge people.

Pretty disappointed with my $12 wash. The while back of my car is covered in some residue now after it dried. The young lady on staff was quite nice but my car does not look clean!

All I wanted to do was rinse my car as I don't have a hose at home. The pollen has been terrible, and I didn't want to wash the car, just for it to be covered again in 2 days. Minimum charge to turn on water is $5. I'll go down the road to Phoenix car wash where the minimum charge is dollars less.

Friendly staff, a bit expensive when doing it single washes but they do have memberships available. Vacuums worked great and are complimentary, they even had car wipes available.

Every time I've gone in the last several years the stalls are dirty and I have to use my own money to clean it to the point I feel comfortable using it. The last time I went there was a large pile of gravel, numerous flakes of what I'm assuming was house paint, and several large pieces of ice (it hadn't snowed in almost a week and had been in the 50s for the last 2 days). The previous attendants kept the place clean but ever since they hired the current person its gone down hill significantly

Wnt here for first time, will be the last. It tool 2 times thru to get the automatic wash to work completely, poor job drying. It wasn't till after I left I found the large rub mark on my passenger side mirror, thought for sure it was scratched thankfully it didn't damage the paint, still took a scotch pad to remove the marking on it. I should have known not to use it just by the looks of it and the overly large signs saying not responsible for damage to vehicle.

Never again. $15 and the car is barely any cleaner than when I started. $5 gets less than 5 minutes of wash time. Options on the dial were: Rinse, "soap" that barely cleans, wax (didn't dare try), a soap mop that looked super rough, "thank you" and "stop." No air dry blower, so enjoy the water spots on your not clean car too. Credit card automatically takes $5, then won't run again (might be the bank declining to prevent duplicate charges, but why set it up for only $5?) so then you have to use cash or a new card. Stopped because it was on my way home, but I definitely won't stop again.

There is no step-by-step instructions on this car wash, could be a nice thing if there was any guidance. I've been to other car wash places that have nice step by step instructions on how to do it, but this operation is set up for people to fail. I spent $15 and my car is still dirty

This place charges you double on your credit card. Happened to more people than just myself. Doesn’t even get your car clean AND tries to steal from you. A $5 wash will turn up as a $10 on your credit card statement. Wash and see

Giant hole at entrance may have damaged my vehicle today. Place was poorly kept. $6 minimum for self service wash. Wash wasn't great. If my vehicle is damaged, you will 100% be served and sued promptly.

Loved this car wash. For $15 and a tip, the gentleman used a brush and soap to scrub the tough areas around my Jeep. As my car proceeded forward through the was, he continued to scrub the back of my jeep as well, getting the tough areas that do not always come clean in an automatic car wash. I was very happy with how my jeep looked when done. Just visited again today and left feeling nothing but satisfied. I can not say enough about this place and the quality of work! Truly a diamond in the rough!
