Been coming here a while now. Great car wash (when the touchless bays aren't closed). Self-serve bays are great but recently this location has had a problem with spiders on the ceiling. They drip black sticky liquid onto vehicles as I'm washing them. A bit of pest control would go a long way.

Not happy with the car wash. They advertise having someone there to dry the vehicle, most days there’s nobody available. I pay for the unlimited monthly but everytime I go I am still asked if I want extras added. If that was the case I’d increase the package I am currently paying for to include those.

I have been getting my car washed here ever since it opened. Does a great job washing the car. What I love the most is the customer service and the attentiveness of the team members. John Frey the manager is very helpful. I recently started getting my car, detailed the inside and outside and they have done an incredible job. I have car washes close to home where I could go, but I prefer coming here.

I recently took my car to Splash car wash and was thoroughly impressed. The service was quick, and the results were outstanding. My car had been neglected for a while, but after their premium wash package, it looked like it just rolled off the dealership lot. Update: They put a $10 hold on my card when I used it, and that is what I saw on my account... it was a pending $10 charge. The actual charge was $3.75 in the end, so I've changed my rating. I don't recommend using your credit card. It's not very clear how it works and somehow my quick rinse off/wash in a bay was $10.

Very upset!!! I’ve been here a few times and never had a problem. We are not from here but I do work for a company close by. At 1220 today I went to wash my van and I paid $10 and I pulled in and the soap started and the water came on to rinse....and that was it! The bar kept moving and the red x came on and a loud beep. The car wash malfunctioned. The lights turned off and my car was still soapy. I reversed to see what the money machine Said and get a phone number. I called several times for a busy signal and I tried the website and it said insecure site. When I finally got through the phone number it said the office was closed. I went down to the next manual wash to rinse my car. I lost my $10 and had to pay another $5 to rinse the soap. And I can’t get through to any one. 😔

4 Seasons is my new go to local car wash during the times I can’t hand wash my vehicles at home. The new owners have a clear plan to improve the facility and update it with new equipment. They also repacked portions of the lot which is great. The upgraded coin machines not have credit card capability which is a game changer. Huge lot as well which makes it group friendly for car clubs.

Terrible, I paid over $20 for an automated wash and they closed the door to the wash as soon as I paid. Cars backed up behind me. The teenage employees sat in the office with a line of cars witching us until people started getting out of their cars. I could have driven to another car wash and paid less and been done sooner.

I highly recommend this car wash! The team is always friendly and attentive. The wash does a great job cleaning my Jeep, especially in those hard-to-reach spots that other washes miss. Plus, they're always making improvements to the facility, which is a big plus.

I went for a car wash and they asked if I wanted the promo to get free washes for the rest of the month so I agreed. They did not mention that it would be signing up for a monthly subscription thereafter. After getting charged for the next month I called to have the charges reversed and cancel the subscription which they said was done but I am still getting charged. I feel very deceived and now have to deal with the hassle of calling their corporate offices once again.

Was supposed to be touchless from Google til you pay and get around the corner and see it’s not. They lined up my wheel right against the side rail so they’ve got swipes in the machined surface now. Plus my side molding that’s outside the wheel edge has a dig in it behind the wheel now. Also notice I now have a 1/4” chip taken out of my black painted portion on a pearl white car. I never use these for this exact reason, no idea how much my paint is swirled now but it was out the door busy so I’m sure a ton

They can't keep their equipment running in cold weather and they don't seem to do anything to rectify the situation. I have (had) an unlimited membership in the winter months because they have a touch less automatic car wash. The problem is it's never working. There's always something wrong with it or it was cold last week and the pipes froze and still aren't unfrozen. I am not there to damage my car with the brushed wash. If other people want to do that, have at it, it wrecks your paint. Just wipe your car off with 400 grit sandpaper, it does about the same thing, maybe less damage. One of the many many many times the touch less car wash wasn't working, the employees told me they could turn the brushes off on the other automatic wash and I could go through that. Anyone wanna take a guess what happened as soon as my car came in? If you guessed the brushes came down on my car, you get one of the four stars that's not lit up in my review. I laid on my horn until they stopped the car wash. It was then explained to me that stuff happens and essentially they can't guarantee the brushes would not come down. This past month after having the touch less car wash down more than it was up, I asked an employee about a possible refund, and he explained that they weren't going to do that, and he went on to explain all of the problems they have with that machine. What he didn't mention was a single solution that they are trying to fix the problems. It's upstate New York, it gets cold here. Insulate your pipes, add heaters, something...if it's -10 out...fine. if it's 20 and sunny out and you're saying stuff is frozen, maybe you should be doing something about it. Another thing that angered me was when the touch less car wash was actually working. I went through and afterwords headed up the road to Wegmans. I realized I wasn't satisfied with how clean the car was (it's a pretty low bar for these automatic washes) so I decided to stop again on the way back through. When I pulled back up the screen said I had reached my limit for washes. I guess I have a different definition of "unlimited" than they do. I've left here frustrated far far far more than satisfied. I'm done with this place
