Joe. Oh you mean. THE MAN. This crew does it all. My car lives a crazy life. And everytime I bring it to UCC, I’m blown away by how it turns out. Like nothing ever happened to it. Please BEWARE. If I could give this place a zero star rate I would. BEYOND RUDE. I came in to inquire pricing and in hopes to receive some customer assistance. Instead I was met with such a utterly rude man. All I needed was help, instead he had the audacity to criticize me. He even had the balls to throw my keys at me. This isn't a place with good customer service, nonetheless a safe place for your car. Please, I pray this doesn't happen to anyone else. Joe Kings, shame on you.

I came here to have a spill taken care of in my back seat. The crew went above and beyond my expectations! I thought they were just going to clean the one part of the seat the spill was on, but the entire back of the car was polished. It looks even better than when I originally bought it! They were also super accommodating of the fact I had to bring my toddler along and got me to a place I could hang out with her while waiting for the car. Most places wouldn't have cared the way these guys did.

Years ago when I first moved to Maine ( ‘96) I had no transportation for my boys and I. An older women gave me her car It was an old 4 door boxed ford , maroon inside and out, no power anything- lol. ( can’t recall the model or year) . It was free, I was thankful. One problem, she carted around all her long haired dogs in it for years. And I am asthmatic and highly allergic to DOGS . When the car was dropped off I couldn’t even get into it.. There was so much dog hair I thought the interior was beige. And the smell l? I remember simply crying when I saw the condition of the car. Someone told me about Joe King . He was like no problem “ I got you, we got this” . When that car came back one would have thought it was newly upholstered, the maroon interior was vibrant ! Smell, what dogs? I was able to drive that car without it effecting my health. Joe King is not just a miracle worker. He is a human being who truly gets people and will take his time to work with you to get what you need done right. Twenty three years later, I continue to refer to Joe when I want the job done right .

I dropped my car off to have the seats shampooed. They were very grungy & dirty. I not expecting to see what I did when I got into the car. The seats were very nearly perfect! They look almost like they did the day I bought the car! Not only were the seats cleaned but so was the rest of the car! The attention to detail this business takes is impeccable & a very rare thing to find now adays. I highly recommend Ultimate Car Care!

I brought my elderly parents' car in because of mouse damage and odor. I am not kidding, the odor was overwhelming! Joe and his crew were beyond wonderful and so helpful! The mouse problem was far worse than I had expected. Joe found nests everywhere and even dead mice. Because my parents can't smell any longer because of a medication they take, they didn't realize the problem existed. Joe was fantastic and by the end of the day, the car looked and smelled brand new. This job was a huge undertaking but Joe and his crew took it all in stride and definitely did a miraculous job in restoring my parents' car!
