This car wash is terrible for actually washing your vehicle. I used a self serve wash bay and it was $1.50 just to start timer, and the first (3) modes had the pressure of a water fountain! Then, all (3) of the pre-wash/pre-cleaner modes obviously had the exact same chemicals... It was just a pointless trip. If u want a great self serve experience, do yourself a favor & go over to Deno's Car Wash on Ruckriegal!

I also bought the top car wash and also have dirt streaks on multiple large areas of my vehicle. Only number provided it's a fax #. So I'll be reporting to the BBB for poor product quality, poor customer service, and no means of a refund. I hope the owner reads this and knows karma catches up eventually. Don't go to this rip off

I put $10 in the change machine and it only gave me $2 in quarters. Needs to be a better way of getting hold of someone for problems like this.I better get my money back. I will not be back to this car wash ever again.

No card readers on self serve. I only had a $20, so went to automatic. Bay 2 took my payment, but was out of order and was not marked. ‘Refund’ button does not work. No one answers the phone number - just rings and rings. Cards to fill out and ‘someone will contact you’. Total of three cards, all were already filled out. No recourse. Scam. Bay taking payments all day with no washes and no recourse.

I took one car over on March 2nd, 2021 for the deluxe cleaning. The machine did not give me my change and said it was out of service. Luckily I at least got my wash that was overcharged. I took another car over half an hour later and chose a different section. It didn't even clean the bird poop off my car. I've had problems before and I don't know why I went back.

Everything worked as I expected it to, and I was able to remove the salt from my vehicle that had accumulated from the snow and ice storms the past 2 weeks. I will probably use the facility again next time I am in the area and the need arises.

My daughter wanted to get the car washed, so we did just that. Paid $6 which was the cheapest for the automatic one and it was worth it. I had a magnet on the back and when I took it off before going in, it had grime all around. This was the first car wash to wash ALL of that grime away! We then used the vacuums. 75cents for, I think, 3 minutes. It was enough time to clean exactly what I needed. The suction was way better than the expensive place down the road. I won't go anywhere else! I'm very happy with the service I got.

On two separate occasions I have tried to wash my car using the automatic car wash. Both times, I ended up paying double for the super deluxe wash. The first time the machine did nothing so I had to back out, go to a different bay, repay, and get my car washed. The second time the machine stopped after soap only so I had to back out, go to another bay, repay, and get my car washed. Both times I tried to call the business, and after multiple attempts of only getting what sounded like a fax machine tone, I gave up. Will not be coming back until I either get a refund or the machines are fixed and someone is on location to assist when the machines are down rather than customers paying twice for once wash.

I have used this car wash many times in the past without any issues. However, today just wasn't my day! 1st .. The coin dispenser ate 50 cents of the $1.50... 2nd... The foam soap brush did not work... Forcing me to use the high pressure soap setting... Which was quite ineffective on my vehicle... as that left a dirty film in many places. I also had issues with the vacuum... The nozzle would not stay on the hose.needless to say I was not pleased with my car washing experience at this location.

The price is reasonable I think $8 wS the highest for the first one of 3 automatic terminal you come to. It had really good water pressure and seemed to do a good job on the wash except when it came time to dry my car. The dryers were acting like they barely was pushing any air out. I ended up having to towel dry my car when after most washes unless it's the Self-wash; the auto dryers usually get iT decently just not here.

Well don’t use the white touchless machine. It doesn’t swivel the sprayers anymore and your car only gets half as clean. Had to pay another $4 and go through the yellow touch less machine on the right. Called the number and all I got was a dial tone…not surprised.

pretty small car wash with only 2 bays but u really never have to wait and all the machines work and never have a problem washing my car. I really stop going to any car wash like these. I usually just wash my car by hand with all the spray on washes n waxes. but when I did go here it was always a good place

Haven’t found a car wash cheaper in the area, just a couple months ago everyone raised their prices to $4 here it’s 2$ and 75 cents to vacuum. The high pressure wash is great and the vacuums are strong.

I came through here due to have birds make a mess on my windows and the wash didn't get it off, I had to get out and wipe it off after the wash to clean it because the water wasn't as strong for the top, but the sides is a different story...I realized what happened as I went to clean it off myself. Though the pressure for the windows wasn't enough to get it off, the pressure for the sides of my car was...IT REMOVED SOME OF THE PAINT! I'm in disbelief and left a message with them so hopefully I hear from them soon.

Soft touch wash wasn't working, so I went to touch less. It sure did take my money, but it didn't work. In just the time that I was there, it took the money of two other men and myself. I called their phone number but no answer, just screeching like a fax machine. At the office door they have pieces of paper for you to write your name, address, and phone number and just set it there out in the open for any random person to get your information. That's a huge nope for me. There's no telling how many people's money they got. I won't go back. There are plenty of car washes that are manned by people while you're there. I recommend going to one of them.
