Dropped my MDX off today at 9:00 for an oil change, injector cleaning, and winterization. I had a scheduled appointment. I stopped back at 2:30 pm to pick it up. It hadn’t been into the service bay yet. 5.5 hours and nothing! Why do I make an appointment???? Haven’t been here in 5+ years. It seems to have gone downhill drastically!

Buying a new Acura RDX was a very pleasant experience. I discovered what the trade in value was on my 2023 Honda Pilot, I decided to look at the Acura. I left a message via Vern Eides web site and received a call almost immediately from Jacob. I live in Rapid city so we made arrangements to meet the next day. He was waiting for me with the vehicle I was interested in and after an evaluation of my trade in I left with a new 2025 RDX.

Comunication was very much lacking in the beging towards the end communications was alot better. My key folds into my fob, upon pickup noticed it had been forced closed as the pin holding my key came out a little and gouged the key case evntually resuling in the pin allowing the key to fall of fob. Could be more careful with keys that fold. Eli was a great help and super nice,he exsplained everything and tried his best to give me time frames of services!
