I can’t give 5 stars because of this: My oil change and tire rotation was completed in just over an hour yesterday, but the service agent was a bit unfriendly, when I mentioned that my appointment was 1:45 and is 2:00 pm and I am still waiting, she didn’t apologize she continued talking ignoring my observation. Other than that everything is fine, maybe next time I would request a different service agent.
