He did ppf and ceramic on my wife's motorcycle. In under 1000 miles a rock tore right through the ppf, so it didn't last very long. I called him multiple times, left at least one message and tried contacting him through his Facebook page. He read my message and didn't respond. This is over the course of months. Absolutely 0 service after the sale or standing behind his product.

He is very passionate and does very detailed work. Also upfront about everything at a decent price. Ceramic and protective film was done on my new car. Edit: With the one year annual detailing maintenance by him, I’ve reached out multiple times. Had a set date once but he didn’t reach out to do it when he said he would. After multiple messages he just said calendar issue on phone. I can not recommend them anymore. Not sure what happened. I don’t have time to keep reaching out for someone do something. I do that at work all day for work. Also I wish he would have recommended paint correction before hand or thought they would have. The clear protective film I think could have been better. He mentioned at the time too when was done. I’ll look around to get second opinion. — update he got back to me and is going to fix the clear protective film on his dime. Adding stars back

I took my car for an interior detail and they did a phenomenal job. Every corner of the car was meticulously clean at a completely fair price. Even did a quick wash of the outside which was totally unexpected. So friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with I would bring my car back to them a million times. One thing to note, the business is in a residential area, which threw me off at first. All-in-all incredible experience.

Richard was very thorough in explaining all the products used, how the coating works, and was very professional. Dropped off on a Thursday evening and picked up Sunday afternoon. I brought him my new KTM 1290 Super Adventure S with under 300 miles to wash, detail and ceramic coat. I wanted to preserve the paint and plastics as best as possible. I was impressed by his clean and professional work area. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about what he does, and he was more than happy to answer my questions. When I picked it up, the bike was immaculate. His attention to detail is top notch. I am noticing details in the paint on a new bike that I didn't see before. Impressive. It's no embellishment to say that the bike was in better condition than when I picked it up from the dealer. ***UPDATE*** After nearly a full riding season full of bugs and road grime, I'm happy to report that the ceramic coating has held up amazingly! The bugs are still wiping right off, even after being lazy and letting them sit on the bike for a week or so before washing it. Ceramic coatings applied by a professional are 100% legit.
