Car wash was $15 and all it did was spray soap on my car for 10 seconds and then told me to exit. Customer service number doesn’t go through. Just wasted my time and money.

Used the new brush system in the third stall. Rinse left soap all over my car. Just use the standard spray stalls or you have to re wash your car.

Went to the car wash around noon. Highly suggest not to use far left wash. Car looked the same way it did coming out as it did going in!!

I paid $13 at get n go for a car wash at this place and it would have looked better if I didn't wash it and all reached out to get n go for a refund 0 response would not recommend if you're looking for a clean vehicle.

Very happy with the wash I got today. Worth the money. I washed my truck at the “competition “ today as well. I was treated poorly and the truck is not clean. Time to cancel that membership and sign up here

Got the most expensive wash and vehicle still dirty! Almost like dust. Looks awful. Will not use this Blue Tide again. Oh and one of their lanes is always shut down.

Was best, now the worst. The two left lanes (the only touch-free options) are almost always closed. They were just open now but one is totally inoperable at the screen and the other didn’t accept a valid code. I spoke to one of the workers or the owner perhaps, they mentioned the change was to update the payment software, etc. I never had an issue before, now, it’s all issues. Stay away till it’s fixed.

Paid for $13 wash. Green arrow to drive ahead. Never started wash. Told me to exit. Called number said they would credit money back. I haven't seen it yet after 3 days. Was removed after a week. Thank you!

The only way I wouldn't complain about this wash is if it were in a church parking lot and the proceeds went curing something. The "works wash" will leave your vehicle looking like it just left the construction site. The "spotless" rinse might as well be called the cheetah. if you enjoy washing your vehicle before you wash your vehicle this is the wash for you

I pay $39.24 a month for these washes to be down about half the time that I try to use them. Having the top tier unlimited wash pass is useless when they’re always out of order.

The last three times I’ve visited this wash location two of the lanes have been out of order. This is not cool, considering I pay a monthly membership fee to use the car washes and this one is the only convenient location on the entire east side of Sioux Falls. It is my understanding that Get-n-Go AutoSpa will be somehow merging with Blue Tide Car Wash, but I’m not sure if my membership will work with that location. Customer service was not able to tell me much about that. Nor can I get into my account because they’re transitioning their system over to the Blue Tide. In other words, Auto Spa will be under the Blue Tide logo, but probably won’t let Auto Spa members use that wash. Confused yet? **Update Fall 2022: maintenance on this car wash has been spot on, all lanes working, touchless and the lane that uses brushes. Vacuums are strong and always free.

I was disappointed! First, I was at a washer door that didn't open - secondly, after waiting for quite some time-when I called the number and spoke to someone- it opened. I had a terrible wash- NOT cleaned -MY car was very dirty (like dusty) when it was "done"! I paid $14.99 and will have to get it washed again!

Id give this place 0 stars if I could. Was in the wash for a total of 2 minutes and it only ran water over my car. 🙃 $15 for water? My car should not be DIRTY after going through a car wash. Especially for $15. Will never go here again.

Very Disappointing Experience I went through the car wash, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. One of the hoses had burst, and there was barely any water pressure throughout. My car came out still dirty—there was noticeable dirt along the entire bottom half, and soap scum was left on the surface. For a car wash that's on the more expensive side, this was incredibly disappointing. I expected a much better clean from a touchless wash. Unfortunately, it wasn’t worth the money, and I won’t be returning.

This place is basically a scam. Paid for the 2nd fanciest wash and all it did was spay water for a couple min and tell me it was done. I picked a package with tri color foam and it must have been three shades of invisible cuz I never saw it. They got a little board telling you what stage of the wash you're in and it just went from cleaning to drying and skipped all the other stages. Car was still visibly dirty after. It didn't remove the bird poop or the dirty handprints. Would give 0 stars if I could. Won't ever go back and would recommend you avoid it as well unless you like wasting your time and money.
