$5 for 6.5 minutes....enough to pressure soap then pressure rinse. All I wanted. I drive an old Dodge van and even got her roof done too.****EDIT**** one downside....no lights. You can't see a thing at night. They need lights where you vacuum and more in wash bays

Very convenient, well maintained equipment. Especially the tap reader for credit cards while I'm blasting the white walls on the caddy. Spot free water is excellent.

As good as any self serve car wash can be i guess. Everything worked, brushes and spray. Spot free rinse is pretty decent. 5 bucks will give you just over 5 minutes to wash your car so gotta be quick.

The first bay $$ machine did not work. I moved to another and asked for $7 time but it charged me $15. From now on I will go to 5 points carwash as I do with my other car.

Stopped at this Car Wash on 3/20/2020 for a vacuum, however I have used their wash stations before. Poor water pressure. *** The hose was broken at one vacuum station behind wash stations. So I chose one that appeared to be working. Cost was $1.25 for 3 min Super. 4 min regular... *** There was no difference. Poor suction. I put in 2 $1.00 tokens which afforded me just over 5 min. I only vacuumed front carpets. Poor suction. Took all the time I had and still wouldn't pick up fox tails or tiny dirt clods in work truck. *** Don't use these guys it's a rip-off. *** Honest evaluation. I don't have anything against car washes but I do have a problem with municipalities that force hard working people off their own land by issuing tickets for using their own water.

Pro: Solid price for the wash & soap Con: Air dryer option is very low pressure and does not to a very good job. Didn’t use the vacuums so can’t comment on those.

Original post: Vacuums have zero suction. Don’t waste your money. Updated: Had a quick response from the owner after the original review and technicians were sent to correct the issue. Was offered a refund and an apology for the inconvenience. As long as the equipment is up and running, decent spot for a quick wash and vacuum for cheap.

The hose detached from the blower and the clamp put a scratch on my vehicle. This was very disappointing.

Can't explain how happy it makes me to be able to wash and clean my car and location is perfect when combining other errands and getting off work really late. Mostly great place but it's too bad those going through the trash cant have more respect for others and tidy up after themselves. Another downside is some people do not rehang the vacuum or other hoses so the test of us get to pick up dirty hoses with our hands and have to use them inside our cars. As you can see the comments are directed at bad behavior that affects the rest of us, not the actual business itself.

The vacuum brushes don’t work very well for a brush that’s suppose to clean carpet inside of a vehicle. If you had very light colored carpet in your car, it would probably end up just as dirty. I’m not sure when was the last time this place decided to upgrade their equipment or clean their facility. The facility is a great concept, there’s no need for attendants with the machines they have; however, it’s not very well maintained. If they fixed some of their machines and cleaned their brushes or had covers on the brush to avoid further filth on the brushes that would be helpful. I don’t think the owners cares much of having a facility that is above the bare minimum. I was given more time after I had some issue with one of the machines, either way this place needs major improvements.

The concrete is so super slick, it was lole falling on black ice. Fell on back and neck while washing car. No one was around from car wash to assist. Been I. Pain all day.

I go here fairly often. Water pressure is always good and haven't had any issues. The low pressure rinse water does a good job of not leaving spots if you dry your car afterwards, and there's always been soap when I've tried. Also the customer service is great. I made a dumb mistake and forgot to stop my wash, which ended up running up the max charge of around $13. I contacted them and explained the situation and they fixed it asap. Very friendly people and I'll continue to recommend this wash to friends.

I have a small car, and everything was how I expected it to go in a self-service car wash, machines for washing take cards, bills and quarters. The vacuum was strong, and the aroma sprayer was satisfying. It's a small lot, but there were still big trucks able to get in and make the tight turns maybe because there weren't that many people at the time.

Went to wash my car. Bay 1 I put the $3 and the high pressure was not working. Lost my money. Called the number on the door and no one answers. Total waste of my time and money.

One of my favorite carwashes in Ventura, $3 minimum payment. I paid $12 and got like 20 minutes or so, which is more than enough time to clean off everything. I think my only problem is that the air dryers really don't work that well, so instead of wasting time drying, just go for a quick drive around town. It'll be dry in no time.

I thought it was expensive, but everything worked correctly. I'm used to vegas where I put in one $1 token at a time first to pre-soak and then soap. I use my own washing mitt. Add another coin to rinse and then third to wax and spotfree rinse. I had to put in $3.00 to start the wash. I'm glad I didn't try the brush. By the time I sprayed soap, Then rinse. Time was up really fast. To fast. But everything work.

My first time being here. Took a large Ford Excursion in here just because it was such a large truck. Right away someone came over that worked there or owned it and helped me. He was extremely polite and helpful. If I need to do another self-serve car wash I will come to this place. The equipment to wash the vehicle was adequate the pressure was extremely good.

Excellent self-service car wash—clean, well-maintained, and easy to use. What really sets this place apart is that they’re the only self-service car wash around that offers microfiber towels, and they’re priced very reasonably, which made a huge difference in getting a great finish. I had never used a self-service car wash before, and Juan was incredibly nice and patient, taking the time to walk me through everything. Because of his help, the whole experience was smooth and stress-free. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.
