“Can you refill my propane tank?” “Yes, we can.” “Great! I’m on my way!” I drive across town (town isn’t that big, but still…I go.). “Where do I get my propane tank filled?” “Around back.” I go around back… “Sorry sir, our tank and pump are broken. No refills. Hoping they’ll come to fix it this week…” How does the cashier inside not aware of what services are available. Their propane system has been broken for a while now! Sigh.

Horrible car wash. They always leave the window hazy because they don't clean their rags. They scratched my hood and trunk of my car. Have not gone back in months and will not ever go back to this car wash. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else

They gave me the run around after they drove my car and had accident. Accidents happen, how you handle it is more important. First they tried to deliver the car without telling us there was an accident. Thank god there was another customer there that saw the accident and mentioned it. Then they would not give us their insurance information. Then the contacts provided kept giving us run around. Finally filled with my own insurance as they stopped answering their calls. Worse thing a business or anyone for that matter can do after an accident is make things worse, these guys did nothing but try to make it hard. Unprofessional, unethical, wont be going back.

Got my new car here and they did ok. Charged $50 for a full in and out clean on a new 15 day off car little dust outside. It is what it is but I will not return it’s not a HAND WASH it’s a machine and that’s what causes swirls.

they advertise hand wash but i go inside and they are running the vehicle through a machine wash system! crazy! then they charged me an extra dollar for an SUV charge that i didn't see until outside when i looked at my receipt. no sign or mention of that anywhere. finally, i get the vehicle and there is still stuff stuck on it that neither the machine or finisher caught. bad job and won't go back.

I purchased the $21.95 wash on June 26, 2017, which was just shy of getting a full detail. It was supposed to include wiping down the interior, etc. When I got my mother's truck back & started to get in, I noticed that the inside of the driver's side door was filthy. I pointed it out to the gentleman who had been working on my car. He sprayed it & half-heartedly wiped it, partially cleaning the area, saying, "This car is very dirty." No kidding! For what other reason would I have taken my mother's truck to the CAR WASH?!?!?!? I had to go, & didn't notice the extent of the poor wash & inside cleaning until a few days later, when I had a chance to breathe. It looked as though they hadn't vacuumed, as there was still dog hair everywhere, & he hadn't touched the dashboard - it was not only still dirty from not being cared for for some time, but it was even dusty, indicating that their rag hadn't touched it. The windshield was horribly streaked - I know this is often an area that's not done well at car washed, but this was BAD. The entire console had clearly not been touched, which is the same for all four doors, with the exception of the wipe done after I pointed it out. Don't go to this car wash. You'll be throwing your money away!

I went to go through the car wash and the side mirror got knocked off in the middle of it. Manager denied liability, and will not cover any damages. He did try to glue it back on... with Krazy glue and gorilla glue tape, after spending 30 minutes with him. Not pleased with lack of accountability for this business and I am not shocked it has a low rating. The employees are nice and I could tell they felt bad. They mentioned this is NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED, and the fact that management has not done anything to replace the machine is outrageous. Things happen but the way this business handled it was not acceptable. The number 1 thing is to take accountability. Protect your cars, your time, and energy and go somewhere else!

I can’t say for everyone else’s experience but mine wasn’t bad. In desperate need to a detailing on my car , I came here and they do a mini detail for my SUV for $159 which included shampooing seats and carpets. It wasn’t perfect (like my cup holders weren’t cleaned out? And they forgot to give me back one of my floor mats and I had to come back the next week for it). But my car was sparkling afterwards!

I usually don’t write reviews for anything but I needed to. Let me make one thing perfectly clear— they did a great job cleaning my car. Fantastic. I paid 70 dollars for the hand wax and wash, which took 40 minutes. No problem, that’s to be expected. But when you call me over to come get my car, and the man washing my car refuses to give me my keys until I tip him— that’s unacceptable. Under no circumstances should someone’s keys be held from them. I’m so appreciative of the work and if I had the cash to tip, I would’ve. But I couldn’t, and after paying 70 dollars for a car wash, I was denied my keys. I had to get the man who took the order in the first place to tell him to give me my keys. This car wash is great, but the workers are not.

If I could give it no stars I would. Their car wash machine stripped the paint from my car and they have given me the run around when I've attempted to have them repair it. Similar thing happened to someone else the same day I got my ca washed and he and I happened to connect over this issue. Both of us have had challenges getting any type of refund and/or repair made. They told me to get an estimate and once I did they said it wasn't "specific enough". Even after submitting the estimate they acted like they didn't understand what the issue was or what I needed and kept stating they'd "bring this to management" yet I never received a call back. Awful place. Don't go.

DO NOT EVER GO HERE. Even with the handwash I ended up with a dirty hood and one of the letterings taken off. The manager only offered $5 for the letter...which one of his workers took off! Also offered to buff/clean the hood but said he might scratch it...THEN WHY OFFER??! Unbelievable. Not to mention when I said I needed gas they never told me that they do it for me (do not recommend, even at its emptiest my car doesnt take more than $45 in gas and I paid $50 for a tank apparently with their 10 cents off discount), didnt wipe down seats, and left lots of things inside dirty. (Pictures below) Tried to tell the manager and he wouldnt listen. He had refutations for all of my concerns. The absolute worst customer service I have ever seen. If you care about your car, do not ever go here. They will pretend to listen to your concerns but it will just go in one ear and out the other and not offer any reasonable solutions to remedy things.

I took my dirty car to Ponderosa car wash this morning, like I have done for many years and have always gotten excellent service from the time Alex the manager writes my slip to the last swipe of my car by Edwin. Never had a problem or complaint about the work that had been done. I hope the car wash and the people that work there never leave. Thank you guys for a sparkling clean car!

I am very impressed with the car wash. No issues. Based off reviews I assume it depends on which employee you get but my guy did a great job. People need to understand, these places are a car wash, not a mobile detailer that spends 3 hours on your car. A $30 wash is very different expectations from a $120 detail. The cup holders and air vents are a common missed spot and all of those were cleaned. The inside of the doors were also cleaned.

I was extremely disappointed with the car wash service. I paid to have my car cleaned, but when I picked it up, I noticed the job was done carelessly and superficially. The roof still has visible stains and dirt, the doors have marks and residue, and even some interior areas, like the side of the seat and the trim near the hood release, were left dirty. The staff was polite and attentive, but the service itself was far below expectations. Based on the reviews, I was expecting a much better and more thorough result. Unfortunately, the car was not cleaned properly.
