Edit to reply to owner: You changed your response to make you seem less at fault (picture added). Obviously was not the foam. Foam was not even mentioned in below review. Additionally I did reach out but never received a reply from this store. Used this place about 6 or 7 times. Then my car received a dent when going through the wash. Heard a loud thunk and the window frame was damaged. Not going back.

The associates at this car wash are AMAZING and very friendly even under pressure. I’ll be coming here for a longgg time. Jesus and another phenomenal human helped me (unfortunately didn’t get their name) but they were working the entrance of the car wash between 6-7 today. Truly wonderful service! CONT. EDIT It’s been minute but i went back today and found out the name of the human that truly helped me out with a fiasco with my car during my wash is Moe! You’re amazing Moe!

I got the most expensive car wash. The attendant told me if it rained I could come back and get a free car wash. We'll it rained the next 2 days. When the rain stopped I went back to get my free car wash and was told it was only good for 24hrs after you have car washed. What a scam. Was I supposed come back to wash my car the next day while it was pouring rain. I will never go to this place a again.

The car wash just ripped my mirror off and they said they wouldn’t cover it and called the police on me! Nice .. I’m gonna call Tom Homan on them

I will not return to this car wash. Scratching sounds could be heard, and my driver side door appeared as this when I checked it after getting home. Never had such an experience with a car wash.

Thank you Sergio! I was having a hard time getting a car wash, but Sergio was patient to help me resolve the issue. My kids loved the car wash. I’ve been a Waterdrops customer since before my 5 year old was even born.

June 3rd, 2025 I pay a monthly membership fee that includes 1 car wash per day. The posted hours show that they close at 8pm. I pulled up at 7:57pm and the chain was locked across the driveway. A gentleman who works here walked out at 7:59 and I expressed my disappointment. He waited another minute, pulled out his phone and said, “It’s 8:00 it’s closed.” 😑 I said that’s not ok. He said, “ok” and walked away. I would understand if this is a restaurant and wanting to be seated 3 minutes before closing. That would be rude. But it’s a drive through car wash. I’d have been driving away by 8:02pm. So yeah. Not ok. Update: Waterdrops responded the next day and apologized for their employee’s mistake after checking the cameras. I have updated my one star ⭐️ review to five. Everyone makes mistakes. I appreciate the management taking responsibility for their employee’s mistake. That’s good business. 👊🏼

From the moment you drive in, the attentive staff ensure your car gets the care it deserves. The service offers excellent value, and they even include a free air freshener as a thoughtful touch. Exceptional wash, outstanding service—a top-notch establishment!

I’ve been here maybe 30 times. Going back to handwashing. Doesn’t touch back of our cars or vans anymore. Edited: btw we have been back so many times because I usually buy the cards and pre-pay for multiple washes. Wife just texted saying that her van is still dirty after going through the wash, large sections untouched which prompted my review. I started putting extra towels and spray bottles to clean up where the wash missed.

If i could rate a zero i would i got a car and wanted to get it cleaned up so I decided to come here but after the carwash when you park to vacuum out your car I noticed a side of my car was ripped off I got a manager and asked for a refund and if there’s any compensation they can do for the damage he said no I proceeded to ask why he said they’ll do an investigation and contact me. It has now been 3 weeks and have heard nothing

Did not clean top of vehicle, dirt streaks down the side. The brushes had visible debris on them, could see it dragging over windshield. The blowers were spitting debris onto car. Vacuum hose where I parked did not work I appreciate the response from management but I find the $7 washes at costco much better value and a better clean. I will not be making a return visit after spending $20 to leave feeling like I still need a wash.

Good wash. Not brushless but better than many. Big plus having a shaded area or you can vacuum and quick dry your car. Easy to find location.

The monthly membership is worth it. I pay 19.99, in two washes it pays for itself. Super clean and tidy. All the employees are really nice and welcoming. I do trip over the cement wheel stops all the time, so watch out for those. It might help if they were painted yellow or just a bright color.

A little on the expensive side, but the wash itself seems more thorough than the average service. The powerful vacuums are very effective, matched along with pressurized air to help dry off after the wash. Edit: Yeah, I still bought a subscription. Update 20Dec2022: The wash won't clean the back of an SUV, even after informing the staff several times. Considering canceling my subscription because I have to wash the car at home anyways now.

MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED TWO TIMES!!! No one is answering the phone. Since I am blocked on Instagram I thought I should share my post on here. It’s my fault entirely for giving this company a second chance. Fool me once shame on you Fool me twice shame on me. I went through the Camarillo car wash today when all the sudden boom something hits the top of my car. I pull into the vacuum bay only to discover that part of my roof rack had come off during my car wash. Luckily there was a very nice gentleman name Manuel who helped me put my roof rack back on and cleaned up the back of my car. This just seals the deal that I will never use this car wash company again. Did I mention that this is a brand new car??

Waterdrops is the best drive-thru car wash I’ve ever been at. I’m very impressed! The car comes out very clean and I love the chance to clean the interior on premises. I’m so glad my friend brought me to Waterdrops. I highly recommend it and will be returning soon. From now on this is where I’ll go.

GREAT car wash! Employees are pleasant and help you at the kiosk when available. I have had several satisfactory washes, but avoid going after very muddy vehicles. Some vacuum tools have been damaged, compromising suction and the air pressure tool works great on my grill and interior to remove dust. I am overall a happy customer. Check out their text pushes for a free wash!

Ive been a member for a little under a year now and have had great experiences until recently: 1/19/26 i went for a wash and noticed a few things that bummed me out on my new Genesis GV70: 1) license plate holder was pulled and rubber cleaning from car wash was stuck to it 2) wavy scratches were on the front hood of my car which I immediately noticed when I pulled into the vacuum area to dry off and vacuum the car. The Manager who helped me friday came out and inspected my car and took pictures and then completed an incident report. I provided my license, registration and insurance and received a copy of the report for my records. Update 1/30/2026: corporate connected with me and offered to buff out the scratches to which the manager Sergio personally did it and guess what....IT worked. Huge sigh of relief and good to know they are certified to detail cars if needed.

Update and warning to all: the owner replied to my email with a threat to a lawsuit if I didn’t delete the video of the employee conversation my Tesla recorded. Yes, I agree the conversation looks really bad for the car wash, but you don’t threaten lawsuits to customers with a simple request for a refund of one car wash. The owner did not offer a refund or any type of compensation. WARNING: unless the ownership changes, I would not risk using this car wash. The owner takes no responsibility if anything bad happens and refuses to make things right. Tonight, 11.26.25, I purchased a $25 car wash. When I pulled into the vacuum bay, it was covered in mud. I showed the three employees on duty the condition of the bay and the fresh mud now on my car, and I asked if I could run it through the wash one more time. They responded dismissively, stating they had no control over the cleanliness of the bays. They then gave me a condescending lecture about how my car could “get dirty” once I leave the car wash. I reminded them I had not left and was still parked in their vacuum bay. I asked again, but they refused, further stating they did not care about repeat business.
