I've been going to Velvet Touch for some 36 years, with 3 different cars. They do a tremendous job. I always get an interior/exterior wash before a date. Many women comment, "Wow, your car really looks nice." He serves coffee too with Fox News Channel on the TV.

I have made the mistake of coming here twice. As soon as I came the second time I realized my mistake. There are vacuums but you cannot use them yourself. You have to pay for them to do the vacuuming for you. Also, this is not just a drive-through car wash. There were two cars in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to get through. They drive your car through the car wash themselves. And they do a lot of the washing by hand. I would not recommend unless you have a lot of time. The cleaning job was no better than any other car wash.

Very busy. They seem to do a pretty good job of detailing your car. I do feel it is a bit pricey... Cost me S25+ for vacuuming, armor all tires and undercarriage wash. After tip is over $30. Not something I am willing to do more than once during the winter and do myself in spring and fall... So overall is worth it.

Service is decent I suppose.. Always have to look the car over since I’m a fleet driver and my work order for detailing is reimbursed. The owner is very awkward and never greets or looks me in the eye. No sense of customer service almost like he’s doing me a favor! He paces around like he’s got somewhere to go, but ultimately this is it for you guy.. Make the most of it . He blasts Fox News on the TV and hangs unnecessary newspaper clippings on the bulletin board almost like he’s waiting for a reaction from someone.. A very odd fellow for sure! Car wash is decent, but look things over before pulling out!

Received a packet of car washes as a Christmas gift and took my Corvette there for the first time today. I've never taken my Corvette to a car wash before, but I've been told they do great work at this spot and I've seen a handful of exotic cars come through. I am incredibly disappointed with the car wash itself let alone the service and the owners. Before the car wash even began , I had to return to the entrance to turn my car off because they could not get the antenna down which is completely understandable , it's an 89. Halfway through I heard my car kick on and then turn off again. I poked my head around to see what's going on and I see the workers switching out from the driver seat because they keep stalling out my car. As I continue to watch them stall out my car several times while over-revving and burning up my clutch, I see my antenna get bent sideways! I walk in towards my car to fix the antenna and it is clearly messed up. They eventually get my car to the drying portion and I asked to speak to an owner. The guy I was talking to said he was a partial owner and all he had to say to me was that my car sat too low so their belt couldn't pick up that it was still there so that's why they had to continuously restart it and that he was sorry. I'm sorry, but sorry doesn't cut it! Who knows what kind of damage they did to my clutch let alone my transmission and now I'm at home trying to fix my antenna - and this guy, who is a partial owner, didn't even offer me a refund for the car wash. What a joke! The cherry on top is that when I sat in my car there was a puddle in the driver's seat as well because they kept cracking the window down to talk to the drivers throughout the entire thing. Again this was my first time there but I know they've been in business for a while, if they knew my car was going to be an issue then they should have just said so in the first place and I would have gladly taken my car elsewhere.

They do a great job and I highly recommend them. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was a heaviest man with a mustache who would look over at me and it made me a bit uncomfortable. It was at the end of the car wash so it wasn't too bad.

The employees were fast and friendly. No hassle car wash that was quick and easy. Prices were good, I got the happy hour exterior wash and a chassis bath for just $11.61. I look forward to continuing business with them especially due to the salt during Cleveland winters.

Don't go. On sign it reads one thing but read fast Young girl missed many spots. All the car washes I've gone to read $7.00 not 10.75 when you get leave cuz he said it's a full car wash. You'll be d disappointed because it's the size of your garage. Compared to Sergeant's clean it's the size of your garage. Hope the new one called clean gives you a better price and stands behind your car washes. This man offered us nothing like I got you haha pretty bad.

Absolutely the worst car wash I have ever experience their water pressure was not working due to a clogged pipe no soap came out of the dispensers and I literally stayed in my vehicle and watched the process and saw no soap and trickles of water come out to my car when I confronted the owner he was very rude very disrespectful and didn’t care one bit called me a liar basically and would not refund my money! I would never go back to them even if you paid for my car wash

This place is a ripoff and complete joke. Strike 1... they had a 15 year old with no drivers license pull my $75,000 SUV into the wash Strike 2... the 15 year old pulled my truck almost sideways onto the wheel track and took a chunk out of my rim and tire Strike 3... the owner refused to pay for the damages and told me "maybe the damage was already there"... what a joke. His employees clearly seen what happened!! This wash is highly overpriced and has dishonest people running the place.

First time and I thoroughly enjoyed it. First time around unfortunately, there was so much mud caked onto my back tire that they had me go around the second time. No big deal twice the clean. Very friendly and fast paced workers. They have a lot of energy and a lot of stamina props to them. I went to go pay and the man ripped up the tab and said “happy new year” super nice to comp me on having to go around twice. No big deal. Thank you Velvet Touch.

The first time I went there, it was good enough. Now, it was like they didn't do anything at all with the inside, I can tell they vacuumed somewhat. My car smelled like an old bathroom from a hole in the wall bar. Old rag? I don't. I wasn't expecting this.

The employees are great and polite and listen to what you want. They don’t add any extra fees and treat your car/truck with respect. The waiting area has always been clean and fresh and the viewing windows to watch your car go through the was is fun for both kids and adults. This is imho one of the best car washes in the area.

Very bad car wash I paid $41 to have them vacuum and wash everything and they did it not neatly and everything was just smeared not wiped and everything was dirty as it was. I do not recommend this car wash at all you will just throw your money away.
