First time trying Valvoline and it is such a game changer. Staff was nice and informative and didn’t feel like I was being pressured into anything. Floor manager took care of me and I appreciated how the staff was so vocal with what they were doing for obvious safety reasons. Will never go back to rude staff at the dealership and hours of waiting.

Fast friendly service. The check engine light came on but they were quick to address the issue. A sensor on the airfilter accidentally got disconnected and they were quick to fix it and clear the check engine light

This is the worst service I have ever had. I was told they could rotate my tires and look at my brakes.And once I was there, they said, nope, they can't do any of that. They asked me if I wanted him to check the cabin filter. And I said sure, and they said, never mind we can't do that. Then, they asked me if my wiper blades need replaced. Then, they tried to push all the fluid flushes that they could possibly find. Don't waste your time or money going here.

This shop is fantastic! It takes 2 hours to get my oil changed at the Ford dealership in GJ and over an hour at another local shop in town. In pursuit of a faster service I tried Valvoline today and it was a great experience. Josh and everyone else I worked with were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. I HIGHLY recommend you take your car to this Valvoline for your oil change and maintenance needs!

I got my oil changed and when I got home I realized the oil was leaking, so I went back and I got the plug replaced so I got home and the oil was leaking again 🫢 I called Valvoline office and explain the problem, I couldn’t go back again cause I live 45 mins away and the oil was leaking!!! Doug Steele the area manager give me a call back and I explain the situation and he figured out to get to my house the next day at 5:40 am they got here and fix the problem! I really appreciate that they drove 45 mins to get that fixed. I haven’t see any more oil leaking again but I will keep an eye! Thank you so much for taking care of the leak professionally.

They are incredibly nice and helpful. They don’t try and say there’s a million things wrong with your car and that you need to fix it. I usually do all my own oil changes but stopping by was a really pleasant surprise!! Would highly recommended to anyone who needs to get in and out. Plus it wasn’t expensive!!

Kiran (I think that was his name, he was the floor manager when I came in on 11/16), was so informative and friendly. He didn’t push unnecessary services or anything like that. He was just very informative and helpful. The team doing the oil change did great as well and I was out of there in 15 minutes. Valvoline is definitely the best place to get an oil change in town!

My service team was: CSR: Corey, TOPSIDE: Domenic, BOTTOMSIDE: Curen. I had gone in on Saturday January 3rd at about 4:36-4:37 to get a quick top off on my Toyota because I had to get on the road to a family emergency I had in Denver, CO. During this top off the service my vehicle and I received to me was unacceptable and unprofessional. I believe if you request a top off policy is to check: Motor oil, Coolant, Tire pressure, Transmission, Window washer fluid, and brake fluid. The only thing that got checked on my vehicle that day was the motor oil nothing else. I was then told they had ran out of all other fluids for the day and couldn't help me fill up the rest of the liquids. The guy that was checking my car seemed lost/confused and kept asking the other guy that my car seemed like it needed oil, but he wasn't sure if it was a yes or a no, but he just filled it up to make sure. Well he did fill it up alright! I wasn't comfortable with this service so I stopped at my mechanics shop to take a second look because I felt off at the service I received at Valvoline. My mechanic and I discovered they had over filled my motor oil. This could have caused engine damage or worse. I really trusted Valvoline with many other services that I've gotten in the past, but I will not be returning. This is not how you treat your customers and their vehicles.

My oil change was fast and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They offered to check a lot of things other than what I was there for, which would have been helpful, but I very specifically said that the oil change was the only thing I wanted done or looked at. I assume it's not the employees fault, and that they are required to be thorough, but it felt unnecessary.
