I'm not exaggerating when I say the service was extremely slow—more than 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change. There were too many employees, all scattered around, playing and chatting. Most of them were unprofessional.

Probably shouldn't advertise Instant oil change. Spent 45 minutes waiting for 1 car ahead of me. Neither of the 3 lanes moved in that time. Didn't look like anyone was doing anything , just playing on their computers. Ended up leaving and going to empire where I got right in, and left 10 mins later. I feel bad for the people that waited at Valvoline. They're probably still there

Just got my oil changed. Pulling into the bay is so stressful for me (stupid, I know!), but Dylan was super nice. He was great, so kind and knowledgeable. EVERYONE I've ever encountered here has been wonderful. And the run through of blinkers and lights! OMG I panic and forget everything. Last time the guy had to do it for me. Lol. Great place with great employees.

This location needs to make better use of communication with the customer. They need to become friendlier also. I came in for Only an engine oil and filter change and expressed that right from the start. The very next words out of the guy who "directed" me in was, "okay we will check your tire pressure in a minute." So then I had to reiterate Only Engine Oil and Filter change. I bring my own Valvoline Restore and Protect oil and a Wix oil filter. A guy in a large SUV came into the spot next to me after I pulled in and yet they completed his vehicle before mine. They didn't bother checking my lights as is normal practice at the other locations I have used. They did scan the sticker inside my door and ask for my mileage. They did have me start my engine after they finished and then gave me the reminder sticker for the windshield. They did show me my oil level on the dipstick but that was the extent of the communication. I will make sure not to return to this location.

After waiting over an hour for my oil change, I finally had it done...only to return a few hours later (and wait another 45 minutes) because they didn't properly secure my skid plate and it was dragging on the ground. They eventually fixed it, defending that no significant damage was done, but refused to give any form of reimbursement or refund. I understand that mistakes happen, especially on busy days, but mistakes seem to be the commonplace place in my experience with Valvoline with little to no pathway to make up for the inconvenience.

I had Andrew help me and explain to me what each service item meant and he was very knowledgeable but also very personal and made my visit that was longer than usual so much more enjoyable. I thought Andrew did an excellent job balancing my service with the other cars in the bays and it was an amazing experience, if I had not had such good service I probably would not have gotten the package and upgraded if Andrew had not been so good at communicating with me. We talked about fishing and life and it was what I needed that day so for that reason I felt compelled to leave a review.

Went today for an oil change and pulled up to one of the bays, was greeted by Wan and then within 10 minutes, it was my turn. Alex was the mechanic that worked on my vehicle, he was efficient, friendly, and walked me through additional services (with explanation). He was not pushy about getting the services done and was polite when I declined. Oil change was completed in 15 min or less - as advertised. They seem to always have coupons too. Will be returning to this location for a future oil change!

When I got to the location on 41st and S west I saw a big line but they still got me in super quick and well organized. Inside my service was very professional and efficient. Although what had really impressed me was Preston, he walked me through the process explained everything to me and was just amazing overall. If you go to valvoline ask for Preston!

From the start of pulling into the garage. Was greeted by Preston and it felt good to be walked through with wat all needed to be done for the oil change and all the other tasks that are done such as wipers, washer fluid, and the tire pressure also. Overall it was a awesome experience. The whole team was great in helping. I would recommend this place and also will be going back. 💯👍
