Eddy is a great mechanic, he work with me with ordering my parts and getting them put on in a timely manner. I had my truck towed to him and had it back right when he said it would be done. He took pictures of the parts that were already broken as he was fixing the transfer case, starter and alternator. He work is awesome!!!! I really appreciate everything he did for me!!!! He was very professional and every step of the way he keeps in contact with you to let you know how things are going.. I will definitely return in the future no matter what I’m driving!!! Thank you for all that you guys do!!

My husband and our entire family are in the middle of a cross country road trip and we had engine trouble so we called Dwayne and he did everything he could to get the parts they needed the same day and had us come in immediately. Dwayne and Vess were truly amazing and so nice they got us in and out as fast as possible and even helped my husband take the U-Haul trailer off and back on. They were very welcoming and we are truly grateful for everything they did for us. If you are looking for a great shop with great people you found it here.

For real! These guys are the best. I have had my car fixed on several occasions here. They know their stuff really well. Eddy is well experienced and will do his best to help you out. Also, he keeps you informed on the progress of the repair and always gets the job done on time. The most recent job they did on my car was a complete engine replacement. I had an engine failure and I went straight to them like I've done in the past. They had it replaced. They did a very good job and even had my car detailed too. The price I paid to get the job done was worth every penny. I was happy and satisfied with the quality of job they performed on my car. Without reservations, I will recommend this place to anyone who wishes to get their car fixed.

Went here to fix a dent I had by my rear driver door. Upon picking it up I saw a spot that was chipped that wasn’t there before and it started getting worse over the next few days. I’ve seen they have all types of enthusiast cars from E36 M3’s to 280Z and even R32’s but they don’t show the same TLC to an ol run in the mill Jetta huh?

I had them tinted my SUV more than a year ago and I used them because they receive good reviews on quality but it turns out the contrary. Initially, they messed up tinting two of the windows with bubbles and crease and I had to return to their shop twice to get it fixed, it was just a waste of time. Now, the corner at one of the window is starting to peel off, it is just poor craftsmanship.

Yes his partners paint shop does a good job. But beware of doing business with Dweane dosent care about what inconveniences his shop creates for the customer. See my posted pictures. Also make sure to check everything they do on your car you might be paying for a new bumper and they will just patch and paint the current one had i not checked and inspected my bumper they would have gotten away with it. Now I bring in my car to get worked on for a job that was already paid for and was told the car would be ready by Sunday. Texted him sunday morning. He replied to go get a rental car and that my car will not be ready until Tuesday. No rental car company is open Sunday the Herts he sent me 2 the info was not accurate about being open. Now I have no car no way to get to work and still have to deal with this place last time I support a local shop for any work on my car. Just an FYI my car was held for about 7 weeks on a job that should of taken about 3 at most 4 to complete. See my picture conversation between the owner Dweane. Save your self the head ache.

I was lucky to find Upper Echelon on my search to get a chrome delete on my Volvo XC90. Dwayne was so responsive, meticulous and attentive throughout the entire process. I wasn’t sure how he was going to manage doing vinyl wrap on an intricate grille that could not be deconstructed- but somehow he pulled it off beautifully!! I love how my car turned out. Dwayne is so personable and truly cares about the needs and requests of his customers. I already have another appointment to smoke my tail lights in two weeks. I have had 2 things done here so far. I have had my bumper fixed and repainted with a 3 stage paint a couple of months ago and then just recently had some aesthetic parts put on that i brought in. They did amazing, they're all very kind, respectful, hard working men. Their prices are very affordable+reasonable and they are very responsive and quick when contacting through phone. I know I didn't get anything crazy done, but they have definitely taken good care of my car and made sure everything is up to a T before giving it back. I will be returning. Plus they have great music taste, never have i gone there and not felt good vibes.
